I couldn’t find the location and no shuttle to the location of the car. The website description makes it seem as though it’s the airport area. It is not. Tried to call the facility but no answer. Ended up getting a rental from hertz which provides transportation to car rental area. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDER.Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

Very poor experience. No one was at the airport to meet us. Tried for hours and finally got Green Motion on the phone. We rented two cars and they did not have any. They told us to take a taxi 2 hours away to Tulum and get cars there. Sounded like another scam in Mexico. We cancelled and paid for rentals at Hertz. We are trying to get our money back and having trouble. I would Never recommend Green Motion and I’ll likely never go to Mexico again.Reviewed 30 Dec 2023
