Large, inviting hotel with friendly staff and amenities to make this a comfortable place to stay for several nights. Filling, excellent breakfast. In-room wifi and manager's cocktail hour. Loads of parking under the hotel--with plenty of space! The two rooms feel separate---two TVs. This would work well for families I imagine. This will be the hotel I use when I return to Glendale.
Absolutely nothing. I couldn't wait to get outta that hotel. Everything. The staff-rude, non-friendly. Poor customer service skills, Experienced BED BUGS in the rooms, Rooms were not cleaned, Food on the floor-scattered- from previous customer, Toilets had urine & pubic hair all over, sink had toothpaste markings from others, Stains & Water damage on the walls--felt like a motel 6!! Not Embassey Suites at $200+/night!! Then having to fight for what's right to please the customer after horrible vacation experience. Ruined everything. Will never stay here again.
Location, staff, everything the hotel had to offer! One morning the power went out and we had to go down 12 flights of stairs to get breakfast, then back up 12 flights and back down again to start our day.
Paying for parking
Check in was fast and easy, afternoon reception was nice: glass of wine and a snack. Free breakfast was great, so easy to go downstairs and get a bite to eat, I'm let station, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal.. very complete breakfast with lots of seating. The room was also very clean, we had a view of the lobby but it was fine. The beds were super comfy and bathroom was large and clean. Location was easy to find and right off the freeway exit and 10 min from universal studios. The parking was $14 a day which is a little steep in my opinion. The power went out for about 10 min, but the elevators were out of service for 2 hours until one elevator was back in service, which made it difficult to take the luggage down. Other than that great hotel.
great room, space, and vibe Man in front questioned if I parked inside or not even after I told him I'm moving my car. I parked outside instead. I was also charged inappropriately for the parking
Pillows, beds, comfort of whole room. Excellent staff. Shuttle was lincoln town car. Across from 24hr grocery store. No view just another room 4 feet away. No pool. Spa water was warm but not hot. Did I mention, no pool!
This is a very efficient, comfortable and stylish hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Clearly, they hire customer oriented staff and pay great attention to detail. I'll definately return.
this hotel had the most comfortable bed i have slept in away from home. the stylish simple decor is relaxing and the small details are appreciated. the central location is one of the primary reasons i selected this hotel. very pleased with my experience at this hotel.
Very nice room with good comfort Expensive breakfast! Including tax and normal tip we paid almost 70 dollars for a three persons continental breakfast (toast, muffin and fruit).
Just how nice the staff was and the welcome feeling each time you entered the doors An $93 dollars charge a day later after paying the bill that was not given a reason for what it was for.
The rooms were clean and comfortable The staff were attentive and courtious The smoke alarm tests Lack of king bed availaîlity
Very clean Quite far from main la attraction. Neighborhood is a no man's land at night.
The guy at the front counter was very helpful room was clean but on the street didn't like that didn't seem like a four-star but did have a minibar valet guy stunk up my car not going back to this hotel because a dirty animal
The peace and quite and very relaxing and clean Leaving
Everything was great! Would recommend to others
The parking fair is charged on the card you leave on file. Self Peking however you are required to pay 18 dollars a day. Not a way we wanted to spend our honeymoon
Very convinient hotel, close to Universal Studios, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Very accomodating staff. We will for sure be back. Just the parking fee.
I was super impressed by the staff at the Hotel. Can't think of anything
Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Friendly front service. Gift/snack shop located near lobby. $19 a night to park in their garage & the parking spots are for small compact cars. The walls are thin and our room was across from the ice machine. Needless to say but I got little sleep the one night I spent there. For a Hilton I expected much more.
It was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The television was nice too. The coffee was delicious. The fact that I was given a room next to testosterone fueled college athletes. They were extremely rowdy, yelling in the halls and slamming doors. The guys in the room directly next to mine kept yelling so loud, it was as if though in the room with me. I was a little worried at first thinking they were arguing and that it would escalate. Luckily, it didn't go further than yelling and slamming doors.
No towel racks in the bathroom
Easy access, nice looking hotel, great breakfast, well equipped fitness center, bright airy rooms Furniture in rooms are a bit old fashioned with this light wood finish, but this isn't a boutique
EXTREMELY convenient location (near the freeway, Trader Joe's, gas station, and Walgreens), with plenty of great dining options nearby. Crab Boil Ave. and Porto's Bakery & Cafe were my favorite.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and caring. When I checked in, I was talking with the front desk and i told her about my crazy travel day with canceled flights, she said I would like to buy you a drink. She called the bar and told them I would be down and the first drink, no matter what is on the house. Overall great place to stay if your working in Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas. I had a great stay.
I loved it. Don't like how pricey it was for one night but overall it was a good experience. The only downfall was the shower because theres no rail for the water to not get out of the shower! So water gets everywhere!
Confortable room Old elevators, red room doors, no breakfast included
The location was perfect for our visit to the area and the comfort of the hotel. Having to pay $19.00 per day for parking.
The Staff was very friendly and efficient. My room had only one window and it faced a wall but had a tiny peek a boo view of the city.
Location and service Slightly older and dark (hallways and elevator banks) but still with a lot of character
Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice TV with regular channels plus HBO, internet connection was solid, bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. One bad thing. The Econo-Lodge is next door to a high school. On certain days of the week the high school band is up early and practicing out of sync and off key. Not a problem if you weren't planning to sleep in.
Liked the structure of room, very spacious and cleanliness maintained. Just across Ralph's , eating places in walkable distance, staff was very courteous, rooms w
Great location with adequate parking. The staff was efficient and friendly at check in and check out. The room was spartan and low quality. Mattress was old, sagging and uncomfortable. Bedding was worn and low quality, with a very thin, pilled blanket.
Clean, spacious room. Has a kitchen to cook and a fridge. Very clean and accommodating stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Everything was great, especially the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, just the right size for a business traveler. You need to ask for plates, glasses etc... when you check in, even hangers. Someone opened my ground floor window during the day which could have allowed outside access to my room.
Cleanliness, location, noise level (low), and staff all exceeded expectations. Breakfast. Have a protein option like pb, hard boiled egg, cream cheese. Fruit was yucky and old/moldy. Beds are rock solid.
The room had a TV with plenty of channels. Mattress was comfortable. The only thing that justifies the $90 per night rate is a series of superficial renovations that do little to hide the fact that this is a fleabag motel worth perhaps $30 or $40 a night. My room had a brand new heater (which was already broken), which made for a very uncomfortable night when the outside temperature was below 40. Both of the brand new light fixtures were broken, so I had to use my cell phone as a flash light in my pitch dark hotel room. When I brought these issues up to staff, she said the handyman was "supposed to fix that today but will come back tomorrow." It also doesn't help that the place is in a seriously rough neighborhood, right on the freeway on one side (very loud) and disaffected youth drinking & yelling in the street on the other. Bottom line: save your $90 and get a really comfortable room in the valley. Don't get tricked like me!
Room and bed was very comfortable Shower is big but curtain is very small so it is cold when using the shower and the floor outside gets all wet
Stayed overnight, we had to do somethng in the area and needed a place to stay close to our event. Everything went smooth,: booking, confirmation, check-in & check-out Nice place to stay in Hollywood, very Historical-Retro vibe.
I liked the spacious shower, and that they had fridge, micro and coffee in the room. We never had a chance to try the coffee shop, but enjoyed the stay overall. Didn't bring my bathing suit or I would have tried the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable bed. We would stay here again.
We really liked the restaurant at the hotel, so nice not to have to search for a restaurant to eat at. Great food.
Loved the location and being close to everything in Hollywood. The restaurant downstairs was also pretty good. Unfortunately, the Internet/wifi was down all morning until we left at our checkout time. Other than that, things were good.
I didn't expect the rooms to be as spacious as it was. The room was great, the staff was very helpful and the location to the boulevard was unbeatable. Also, it's located next to the best doughnut shop in LA Kettle Glazed Doughnuts.
I booked a stay in early February, more than 3 and a half months before my actual stay the the Best Western Hollywood Hills. Upon arrival, I was asked for a "voucher" and supplied my email confirmation. After looking over the email for 15+ minutes, the receptionist finally told me that they had overbooked the hotel and would have to send me to a partner hotel for the night. For my troubles, I was given 2 breakfast vouchers and my cab was paid for. The partner hotel was over 20 minutes away, putting me further from my location for the next day. The partner hotel was the "Beverly Laurel Motor Hotel" an extremely dated and generally unkempt motel. I was thoroughly displeased with this room, as well as with the adjacent greasy spoon diner. Had I known I was going to end up in this roach motel, I never would have booked through Best Western. I highly suggest booking through a different hotel, not worth the risk of being overbooked. In all fairness to the BW Hollywood Hills, it did appear to be fairly nice. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of staying here.
place was very clean and good size room. The biggest restroom in any hotel in hollywood so far, comes in handy when sharing a room. Everything was close by and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. You could hear everything in the hallway. But everyone staying on our floor that night was not that loud when walking through the hallways. I know that supply and demand is the way the hotel rooms sell but $180.00 + $20.00 for one night on a week day was a bit much for me.
GREAT LOCATION, AWAY FROM THE BUSY PART OF TOWN, IN NICE RESIDENTIAL AREA. PLACES TO EAT, SHOP AND EXPLORE L.A. NEARBY. FRIENDLY ACCOMODATING STAFF AND CLEANING CREW. EASY TO GET TO. NOISY DUMPSTER(S) SERVICES BELOW ROOM WINDOWS.
Loved the diner on the property. Food was fabulous!
The hotel has a great location. The room was very bice and clean and we even had the view of the hollywood sign. Overall, very friendly staff and great place
Hotel was located just a few blocks from LA live area and restaurants. Very clean. This hotel was more trend than comfort. Bed was on the floor and bathtub was in the middle of the room. Staff claimed it was an upgrade!
Not much...but the room service for food was prompt...food was so so... The service wasn't very good...I called and asked for extra pillows and had to call again and even then it took them over 2 hours to get them to us. It was definitely over-priced for what we got..no view of anything but another building.
the room is nice. location is perfect. Lobby needs complete make-over
It was a comfortable well-maintained hotel with a cool attitude. The staff were helpful, and the location well connected to other parts of the City. Wifi was definitely a plus!
Very clean and tidy room, friendly stuff, close to subway station The shower was in plain sight of the rest of the room (glass wall) which is something that is only recommended for couples.
Front office staff were helpful. Far too noisy. Every car that went past can be heard plus endless police sirens etc. Easily fixed by double glazing. Also corridors and courtyard etc were not clean. Minimalist furnishing is fine but it could include another rubbish bin in bathroom and one more chair as there is nowhere to put luggage during your stay.
Advanatges: location, value for money. Disadvantages: glass wall of bathroom make fillings as you washing in room itself. We found it wried. Expensive minibar, low position of bed and TV set. Poor room noise isolation, we heard everything what happening in corridors. Very poor restaurant downstears. After dinner we didn't tried to have breakfast (cream soup was very bad). Location, design.
The design is amazing. If you are an architect, this is the place to stay. This is also a great place to stay in LA if you are doing business in downtown. Not the best place to stay if you are on vacations. Better stay somewhere in Beverly Hills. Lacks a bit of comfort too, but nothing serious. The bed isn't as good as it should be, and there's a lack of privacy on the bathroom, which is all in glass. This is good for a lone guest.
Very goog bed
Spaciousness of the room, location, design. The rooftop should be available to hotel guests and their guests... not open to the public. That was annoying. Draws a really bad bridge-and- tunnel type crowd. It wasn't cool, so we left. It would have been nice to be able to create some kind of privacy between the shower and the main room... blinds or something.
Extremely friendly front desk staff who were helpful at all times. The valet manager was also extremely nice and always very pleasant. The rooms were clean and updated with a microwave and fridge. There was always coffee, drinks and a snack out by the front desk. A very nice hotel and reasonably priced for the location. Will definitely stay there again if ever in the area. There was a valet and fee to park each day ($32!) but since it's within walking distance to walk of fame I understand why they do it so tourists don't park there.
Parking is not included in stay. $32 a day.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were there to be on the Kelly and Michael show after the Oscars. The staff could not have been nicer our room was clean and comfy. I would like to give a shout out the the bartender (Chris). He was very friendly and helpful. We quite enjoyed our conversations with him. Can't think of a thing.
Hotel has some quirks. It is very easy to lock yourself out of the bathroom by inadvertantly pushing the lock button when exiting the bathroom. In addition the bedframes are made of hardwood and are very easy to walk into.
Noisy. Smoke everywHere. Dirty. Flies in the rooms. Never stay again
It was extremely quiet and clean and all the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I have stayed their before and each time it was very nice. Not that I can think of.
I love their rooms and the beds are soooo comfortable The breakfast is at the lobby. Maybe a room for breakfast will be great
It was convienantly located to where we needed to go
the location i booked the hotel room as smooking room and when i arrived there they told me that smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Comfy bed, very clean, had everything we needed.
The location was perfect for having to take the State Board Exam down the street. The beds were not comfortable.
- near the shopping center - none
Location is superb. Staff is friendly. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet Construction. Too many cars for parking area.
Close to excellent shopping center and downtown LA.
I like the locality and have stayed here for many years as part of a touring holiday. Staff are always friendly. The people in the room above were extremely noisy, playing an electric guitar as we arrived . After an hour I complained and it stopped for 10 mins then started again so I complained again and after half an hour it stopped followed with intermitant playing. They then stamped about their room until 4am.I left 1 day early but have never had problems before. Having travelled around for 3 weeks I didn't want to have to move rooms within the same hotel hence the decision to leave.
Only the location in comparison to where I needed to be. First, there was not enough parking for hotel guests yet they allowed a business several doors down to park in the lot. Secondly, there was graffiti on the wall in the room, third, the room was hot, the pool was out of order & the a/c was set to run warm in the room so we had to open the windows to try & cool it off (it was 9pm) & later there were people smoking pot underneath our window. We asked & they did not have another room for us. Lastly, our tv remote didn't work & despite having to go to the office for batteries (they would not come to us & we were the absolute furthest room from the lobby) it still did not work, which meant standing there at the tv until we found something suitable to watch & having to get up for volume control.
Th hotel was fine... nothing fancy for the quoted 89.00 a night but not for an extra 30.00 was not worth it we could have paid 10.00 more and staid at the embassy suits you had to pay for ice local calls were 10.00 to open phone line .50 a minute. there was not much hotel service or friendliness My son asked what time the pool closed he was told now he was disappointed well people were in there for another 45min to 1hr he could have been in and out and been happy but we didn't go
It was nice and peaceful!
Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was actually ok. Cable was good. Wifi Codes had to be printed to you every 24 hours. Got annoying. And then the wifi wouldn't load or do anything at peak times.
I loved the price of the hotel room! My girlfriend and I split the room for a concert we were attending in la, and the location/price was perfect! Loved the parking situation, so convenient :) The room was not furnished (shampoo, towels, etc.) and seemed a wee bit on the dingy side. but other than that it was great!
I liked the option for 3 beds in one room. The room was kinda funky. Soso with cleanliness. The bathroom looked like someone had a fight in there and broke the toilet and tp holder.
Nothing Everything was just horrible the rooms were dirty the blankets had holes the towels were dirty also so was the bathroom not enough soap or shampoo breakfast was nasty .. really bad experience for me and my family!!
only the location I will neither stay there again nor recomend this place to anyone
The location is a nice central location to several sights in the area. The price is inviting. Arrived at 3pm and despite the 4pm checkin time we were allowed to check in. Most discouraging thing was the bed was rock hard. I was simply using the hotel for sleeping and showering. We spent a lot of time out seeing sights. The shower was very short and had low water pressure. It took along time to get warm water. The shower curtain was bent and it would continually slide open while showering. We never ate at the breakfast. There was one type of cereal and donuts available.
The room was large and well set up for comfort. The desk staff was courteous and helpful. My room (106) was next to the microwave, so people were talking and beeping outside my door at all hours of the night. The door to the room was not hung well, so there were large gaps for critters to enter at their will and that kept the room chilly. The light over the sofa was nonfunctioning for our entire four-night stay, even when I asked for a new light bulb. The free breakfast, although appreciated, was a scant offering, and could have been extended until 10:00; at 8:30 there was never any milk left, so our only options were doughnuts and juice. People in the parking lot were obnoxious, honking for the other guests and playing music so loudly that the room actually vibrated.
Our room had 3 beds. Sinks were outside of bathroom, convenient. Microwave available downstairs. Modern furnishings. A/C was great. Free wifi. Pool. Breakfast. Room was gross. Moldy ceilings in bathroom, you can smell it. After walking on the carpet, our feet were black. There were stains on our sheets and there may have been bed bugs, my friend had bites. Only able to have one car per room. You have to pay for ice. A little too far from Hollywood blvd area. Really hard to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of the driveway.
Good parking place,convient location
easy to access public transportation, comfort stay
Free juice/coffee and generic continental breakfast the sheets and pillows smelled like they sprayed a cleaning spray on them and left them wet. mildew-ish
Room was great, no problems. Bed very comfortable. Everything I needed was there. Good wireless. Nearby restaurants were great. Wireless went down occationally. Front desk staff inconsistant. Outside a bit depressing.
Quiet, private room, great new interior. Big comfy bed. Fridge was abit noisy, and breakfast a little dull, but not big things to worry about.
The rooms were very comfortable and the modern, updated look was fabulous. Looking at the hotel's exterior it is not obvious how updated the rooms are. Loved the spacious two queen beds. Nice choice of bed covers.
Rooms are very clean and surprisingly nice. The outside of the hotel is not impressive but the rooms are great. The hotel did not have a double room reserved for us, even though we specifically stated that when booking. We were forced to stay in a smoking room, as it was the only double left, and hotel staff blamed us for the mistake, even though we had the paperwork proving we signed up for a double room. The rates were ridiculously expensive - not worth the price.
This was a great inn. Very clean and the room was fantastic! I lived in the area for 8 years and when my friends caame in they all said the same thing: "Wow, this is nice, I never would have guessed!" Nothing, everything about it was more than I expected for the money I paid.
It was quiet and I felt I could just be myself and not feel hassled in nay way Parking was a little tight
Shower had instant hot water and there is Free Parking. Breakfast is available but it's pretty low-key: cereal, some juice, milk, or coffee. The location is the best part, this place was close to everything we needed - which was a visit to a couple local animation studios and a conference at the nearby Burbank Marriott by the airport. It definitely has that old motel feeling, it's not bad but it's not great - we paid $104 excluding taxes and it definitely felt more like a $65-75 sort of place - but that could have been because it was a popular weekend and the rates were hiked. The towels are a little over bleached and the pillows were a little too over stuffed for my taste - but the bed was comfy.
Nice staff upon check in. Good location and a decent place to stay compared to prices of other hotels in the area. Coffee was good. Ample parking. Quiet. The bedspread was smelly. The continental breakfast was terrible.
Even thought the point of an extended stay is to have a place with a kitchen and a way to cook the room had no pots, pans, or dishes starting out and I had to request them. It then took the staff hours to get me the things that I had requested. It was always noisy and difficult to get sleep. I would never recommend staying here.
Exceptionaly good breakfast and would recommend the waffles. It was well stocked and fresh. A great start to the day. All staff were always polite and friendly. Generally the hotel was quite good but there were a few issues with the .cleanliness.Our room was spacious and well layed out but it felt a bit tired. The room apeared clean but the soft furnishings eg curtains and bed valances were very dirty. Heavy dust hung from the front of the pelmets and the voils were very stained. There were stains on the bed platform valances that were very off putting. The bed linen was clean and fresh but the valance had not been changed in ages. It was off putting. Noise from the front road day and night is quite loud and would be worth asking for a room at the back if you are a light sleeper. Its a shame that they feel its nesesary to charge for parking.
The staff were so helpful. The equipment in room all worked as it should. Modern. Easy access to transport to most sites of interest
Helpfulness of the reception staff quite old and poor decor
Freindly staff, very comfortable beds, clean, convenient, quiet, free breakfast
The hotel is very near the metro and some tourist attractions. Breakfast is not so good.
The hotel staff said they never received the reservation from Booking.com, but they honored the rate anyway.
Free breakfast, friendly staff.
Close to metro, easy to access all those Hollywood attractions. Price/quality is good.
It was clean and attractive. The public spaces and my room were too cold. I couldn't reset the thermostat.
Valet service was accommodating and let me unload the baggage I had with me. Nobody helped with the luggage and car seat I was lugging. Bellman with a rolling luggage cart walked right past me. Front desk was not very welcoming and friendly either. Must be because Sunday evening I was guessing. The bartender who took my food order was acting like he was doing me a favor by placing the take out order, but the hostess was friendly though and smiled when me my wife and my one and a half year old walked in.
My suite was very nice & clean. The staff where really friendly & very helpful LOVED IT!!
Expensive Buffett breakfast. Expensive orange juice and coffee. Breakfast buffet tasted like it was out of a can. No selection for ala cartel for breakfast. No vegan selections. Extra charges for room service, 2 different charges. No bathtub/shower combo. Parking distance from hotel.
I like the environment. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. The King size bed was awesome. they charge the bottle water, come on!
Location and shuttle timeliness. I didn't appreciate being charged for valet when I never had a car parked at the hotel. And then making an attempt to get in touch with the finance department of the hotel was nearly impossible. I left messages and called repeatedly only to never receive a call back.
located near LAX so convenient for meeting or overnight stay for flight itinerary Service exceedingly slow at the desk and in the restaurants. Had to ask for food 3 times before served. Desk personnel super slow - only two working and very inefficient. Took over 30 minutes to check 4 people in! Room clean but showerhead set for hobbit height. I am only 5'9" and it was at chest level. Sink fixtures loose.
Average hotel. I chose the hotel for a weekend stay after noting that it is listed as a 4-star hotel. I am not sure how these a ratings a made but relative to all the hotels that I have stay in, this Sheraton is likely only meeting the bare minimum of the criteria to maintain a 4-star rating. Average room Very poor customer service. It took over half an hour to check in to a hotel that was already paid for online.
Location, wait staff, pool, weight room Smelly stain in hallway, pointed out to staff, nothing done. Gap between hall doors and floor results in noise and lost privacy.
Everyone was super nice. The place was goregous
Very nice place
Very clean, very close to the airport, workers were nice. No fridge in room. Parking is not free.
cheap public parking next door (15$ daily max) rooms show signs of significant wear & tear. front desk unfriendly

We used to like staying here while we wait for our house to be move in ready. But the GM treats us very poorly as he found out we were using the secret deal. He insinuated that we've done something since we know what hotel it is The GM clearly does not want us here anymore. When we first started staying here, they kept us in the same room. Now as we have new reservations, they make us pack up, check out and wait for several hours to check back in

The location in Hollywood was excellent, right in the middle of everything. At night it's a bit dodgy if you walk down the side streets but around the hotel and shopping mall is fine. The valet parking is really expensive considering how long it took to get the car. When I asked about self parking the staff were not very helpful even though the garage was the same as for valet and it was a simple answer.
Location perfect. Room clean. Bathroom real nice. Upgraded to a view room. No
Location and friendly staff Parking fees
Location was amazing and the friendly staff. Entering and exiting valet is tricky.
Easy access to Walk of Fame,Hollywood Bowl and restaurant.

The location was great. The water pressure in the bathroom was too low.
The location Staff was rude
Place was very cosy, people at reception were very friendly and helpful. There is supermarket, pharmacy, starbucks and quiznos sub just a few steps away from the hotel so it is very convenient to stock your own late night munches in the mini fridge. Free parking is an other up size of this hotel because finding a parking space can be challenging in la. Even though it is not high season yet, price was a bit higher than I expected
It was pretty close to everything. The employees and the lack of attention they pay to the customers. There was no toilet paper and they didnt stock it. and they didnt pay attention when we said we wanted no service at the moment and ended up getting woken up which i did not like what so ever.
Location was good. You have to pay before you stay. I stayed for 3 days. After seeing the room I would have canceled two of the nights and found another place to stay. It was the worst part of our trip. All of the 10 reviews are fake the place was a dump.
Good room and location, laundry, value for money Breakfast room very small, television not working on all available channels
Good value for money. Free parking. Easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Almost 2 miles to Walk of fame. Tight space for breakfast. Breakfast could be richer.
The architecture of this hotek is grear and beds are soft and big Breakfast is awful and some of the staff on reception
What I liked best during my stay at the Days Inn is the location of the hotel the bedroom was nice and clean and I just had overall a great experience staying there. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that there is no air conditioner in the rooms. It was not a problem because it's fall and its chilly outside but during the summer its necessary.
The Days Inn Hollywood Walk is further from Hollywood Central than I expected however it is neat and tidy. The hotel is out of date, however clean. The hotel is old, however is well maintained. Nothing special though.
Easy to find. ok location Extremely dirty carpets. Lots of road noise.
Excellent place to sleep and take a shower . It was all clean. Good positionedto see Holiwood.
Excellent Rooms that were clean and comfy Parking was small. The last night we had to wait an hour for somebody to leave just so we could have a parking spot
Location is unsurpassable, very customer focussed. A place to be seen in
The staff and standards were first class from check in to check out None
The staff were above and beyond!!!
The hotel was wonderful in every way. The service was fantastic and all the staff were just lovely. They were so attentive and polite but not 'hovering'. The hotel itself was beautiful and you feel very special whilst staying there. It's quite large but still retains all the privacy you could want. My only regret is that our schedule didn't allow a longer stay to enjoy this wonderful hotel even more.
This is a classic location with a classic luxury feel to it. A famous hotel - and you can see why It was disappointing to learn when we arrived that the rate we booked in advance with yourselves had changed and was slightly more expensive. However this did not really spoil our stay.
I loved the total glamour that the Bevely Hills exudes. You can li
