Terrible. I booked a car, paid and had a confirmation number. I took an uber to the airport to pick up the car and the employee said there weren’t any cars available and wouldn’t be any. I then took an uber back into town and called Hertz 1-800 number to make sure I was refunded the money I paid. I was refunded but now I have to call or email another person to have the collision coverage I paid refunded. If you can help me get my money back for that charge it would be very much appreciated.Reviewed 15 Jul 2025

Elaine, who checked us out was great, teaching a new recruit and handling our car rental with a smile at the Santa Fe Regional Airport.Reviewed 19 Oct 2024

Terrible. Was unable to pick up car under l reservation bc I used a virtual Credit card and couldn’t present that same card physically. Hertz would not allow me to update the payment source on my reservation so I was forced to cancel and rebook as a walk up. Terrible.Reviewed 28 Apr 2024

Friendliest staff ever. I did have to return the vehicle off-hours, which meant no shuttle service and a long, cold walk from parking lot to terminal. Other than that, everything was great.Reviewed 27 Nov 2023
