Terrible. Refused to freeze the freezer packs for my meds before a 36+ hour journey, for “health and safety” reasons. Clearly not my health or safety! First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that has refused.

Had a room with double bed and pullout couch. It was an amazing space/room for one person. Would have been cramped with 3 or 4 people but you probably could manage one night.
