Munich hotels in Laim

Cons: Room was smaller than I expected even though paid for an upgraded room and no comments were provided. Customer service / onsite staff unavailable especially on Sunday (everything is closed). No availability of items like clean towels unless you happen to find the cleaning lady who may or may not be available, no refills of coffee pods, soap and no basic items for cooking (even salt). Looks like tricks have been applied to reduce every possible expense and turn standard cleaning service into upsell. The room looks larger in pictures because the bed is collapsible into the wall. Air conditioner either not exists or does not work, not sure.

Cons: The bed looks like a queen size bed but they r actually two separate mattresses. The beds would constantly move away from each other. Despite that fact the mattresses were comfortable. When I arrived to the room the bed sheets had stains on them and someone ate a cake or biscuit on the bed I could see the crumbs, also one towel in the bathroom was dirty... the receptionist changed my room cause the staff were gone for the day. Also it would be great to have room service. But overall I was very happy and comfortable with my room.
