Paris hotels in 13th arrondissement

Pros: We didn't make it due to COVID-19 and this was the only hotel that did not give us a refund.

Pros: My siblings and I stayed in a triple room. The room was clean, updated, and good-sized, and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. It was the best place we stayed on our Europe trip.

Pros: We liked the look and feel of the hotel rooms and funky doors, the beds were comfortable and the provision of an empty fridge was great for storing snacks and water for our 5 year old. Free WiFi is fantastic too. The hotel is situated right opposite the Quai de la Gare Metro stop and is a 10 minute walk from Gare d' Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon, so very convenient for our arrival and departure from the two stations respectively.

Pros: the rooms were newly renovated... safe was fair. but when we can't get a ticket to leave and tried to extand our stay they doubled our room rate and it's not even during the high season!

Pros: Great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful right from the off. I had asked for a room on the upper floors facing the street as I had heard good things about the view and they did not disappoint. We were given room 59 which looked over the city with the Eiffel Tower visible on the horizon. The room was very clean and fresh with maid service every day. Street noise could be an issue for lower rooms but we never found this a problem. Location was ideal, away from the tourist areas although still busy enough to feel safe walking the street. The street has a handful of restaurants and bars, as well as a bakery and two supermarkets. Two metro stations were within 5 minutes walk and so we could reach anywhere in town in about 20 mins.

Pros: As it was the rugby in Paris, hotel rooms were very hard to come by and this hotel looked like it would provide the right balance of location/comfort. However, I must say that I have stayed in cheaper hotels in Paris, which are better located, and have been on a similar comfort/star level. I speak fluent French and I have lived in France before and I would say that the staff were helpful and only averagely friendly.

Pros: The staff were excellent: very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and they have a good range of daily newspapers. It is in a great location too: you can get everywhere very easily either by walking or the Metro. And there are stacks of very good restaurants within 10 mins walk. Some reviews mention the noise at the front of the hotel, but we didn't notice this at all.

Pros: Really lovely staff. The room had a brilliant view across the city (through the cloud we could see the Eiffel Tower!).

Pros: The location was very close to the place of my business meeting so it was very good for me. The price included a reasonable breakfast (cold buffet). Breakfast includes a machine that deliver freshly squized orange juice - great!
