Prague hotels in Prague 7 - Letna Park - Stadium

Pros: Clean hotel for a couple of nights. Liked morning breakfast included in the room price. Good selection of food. Dinner a la cart also good quality and value.

Cons: Location is not the best, construction on the street was disturbing. Some distance to old town or downtown. Not much to do outside.

Pros: Tasty and rich breakfast, nice summer terrace, close to tram station, not far from metro station

Cons: noisy air conditioning, nothing to do near the hotel, quite empty area

Pros: Perfect location nearby Vystaviste Holesovice, excelent breakfast!

Cons: I don't get why the customers needs to go though cash deposit trouble to get a key to the safe boxes in the rooms. Should be accessible right from the start. Caring about customer safety should be prioritized as I'm sure there's not a big loss for you handing out locks when checking in. Our mini bar was only generating heat, so it was unusable for us. Hard beds that taught my spine a lesson.

Pros: Place is nice and clean. Hotel it selve is good

Cons: View in a window wasn’t good. There was garbage cans and back of sport hall. Neesed to pay for water what in other hotels is for free!

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Cons: I just did not like that we was charged for water what was in our room. They could say this before not just ask after and then say there is extra charge for that water

Pros: Friendly staff ready to help. Clean comfortable room, nice restorant downstares.

Cons: Customer service was poor, water was out in the morning and couldn’t flush toilet or have shower in the morning. When we returned to room after a long day tour , thought we can have a nice shower and sleep comfortably. But to our horror our room was not cleaned, beds ont done and no clean towels. Requested clean towels and after half an hour no one came and my husband decided to go to front desk to pick them up because maybe they were busy but there was a sign saying they will return in 5 minutes. This happened twice when he went down to front desk. Finally 11:45 pm there was a knock on our door and a guy came with 2 hand towels. I said we needed bath towels and he came back within 2 minutes with what looked like crumpled used towels just folded. W We decided to just brush our teeth and go to bed and the water was brown coming from tap, we have taken video and photos. In the morning when we complained the manager was coming at 10am. So we went on our tour into town and returned early at 6:3-7:00pm and complained to the manager and she said she heard about our experience and was simply sorry and said she left some fruit in room. But we already ate and fruit was from breakfast left overs and this was a poor customer service . No compensation mentioned.

Pros: Clean and good

Cons: The personal staff. Especially at the restaurant.

Pros: Crew was really doing the best they can to give you a great stay! We enjoyed it to the max.

Cons: Some dusty spiderwebs on the ceilings but that is the only comment

Pros: Hotel was great in terms of room space, cleanness and service. Breakfast was excellent! I especially loved the coffee machine. This was my second time at this hotel. It was excellent.

Cons: There may be complementary still water inside the room.
