Cons: The room is tiny, not like pictured. No mini bar, no toiletries. The bed are extremely soft. The floor in the room is sponge and seemed to slant. The breakfast was bread with jam or cold meat and cheese. One choice of cereal. Water or orange juice, tea or coffee

Pros: The location was just amazing!! The hotel was warm, beautiful and so comfortable. The taxi service offered by the hotel is so easy and we arrived in comfort and style. Staff were caring and very friendly - especially the breakfast staff who looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble - The lady supervisor was very attentive and even gave us a lovely small jar of honey to take back. Also the food and drinks menu on offer in the hotel aren't too expensive - great if you struggle to find anywhere out to eat. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Cons: I didn’t like the shower..... I had to climb into a quite high bath for the shower which had now pressure on the water stream. Some moments to hot or not enough hot and then oke for a moment The staff was very helpfull, I think the pressure was oke after but not the changes of the heat.

Cons: There was no dressing table mirror in the room - only in the bathroom and back of door. This made it hard to do hair and makeup in the morning.

Cons: This not a complaint, but if I was to go back again I would pay a bit extra for a slightly bigger room with a nicer view. Our room was small and overlooked the courtyard at back of hotel. It didn’t matter so much as we were out of the hotel a lot but it’s definitely worth spending a bit more for a bigger room. We saw those rooms as they were just opposite us, much nicer!

Pros: The breakfast was fabulous - everything you could possibly imagine. They even had pizza, tiramisu and prosecco as well as all the usual foods one would expect. Most food was buffet style but there was also an omelette counter to order fresh omelettes. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we desired to visit anyway. Very close to old town square, Charles' bridge and about 25 mins walk to the Castle. The hotel is also right across from a shopping centre with 200 shops! Our room (433) was great and overlooked the small Christmas Market which was lovely to see every morning. We also got a great kick out of the automated curtains :-). Because we stayed in an executive room we also got to avail of the executive lounge which is excellent. Overall I would highly recommend Hotel Kings Court.

Pros: The staff and hotel was wonderful. We arrived early in the day because one member of our party was feeling poorly. The staff worked with us to get us into the room early that day. The were very responsive to any of our requests. The location was excellent and the rooms were clean and updated especially with regard to technology. There were USB ports at each bedside along with a light panel to control all the lights and curtains in the room. The room was well decorated, welcoming and a generous size for a European room. It had nice features such as a safe, minibar and complimentary coffee maker/coffee.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel to visit the Christmas markets and it couldn’t have been better located for that. Everything about this hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet was lovely, everyone was pleasant and helpful and, to top it all, I was there on my birthday and came back to find a bottle of sparkling wine in my room. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Cons: The wifi was really slow when we stayed Dec 2019. The parking is really expensive around $35 for 24 hrs. It would be nice if they negotiate a discounted rate. Unloading and loading can be a challenge with a car. You will have to do it on the street next to the building.

Cons: This is not a fault of the hotel but there is now a Hard Rock café next door with loud music quite late. We did wonder why there were complimentary earplugs! The hotel offered us a different room if the disturbance continued. Might have been an idea to give us a quiet room to begin with. It's great that the rooms have a safe but it's located at the back of the base of the dark wardrobe. My keyring torch came in very handy.

Cons: A 5 star hotel you expect everything to be of highest standard, however the wall paper and textiles seem «warrned» out, with holes and old dirt , like the chairs in the spa area. The spa products in the room where cheap and not what I would expect at a 5 star hotel. The privat M room was also well used and did not look like an exclusive club. The interior needs a lift there too.

Pros: It was well situated
Cons: Spider webs above my bed, the staff seemed annoyed when my key demagnetized. I accidentally upgraded to a suite and immediately emailed to correct it, hotel passed the buck to booking.com who assured me it was handled. The hotel DID see my email and reply, so they knew of the situation I get to the hotel and was promptly shown to the suite. I explained the situation to the guy showing me my room and he said "we will figure it out tomorrow". I called booking.com immediately. After about 45 minutes he returned to move me to a standard room. When he did so, he said its good I called cause I saved myself 800 euro.

Pros: From the moment I arrived, Oktavi at the front desk established this Hotel as Superior in every way, I honestly felt like I was being received at a 5 star hotel. The room was excellent, enormous windows, luxurious linens, a bathroom that anyone would envy to have in their own home, (a full-size deep-set tub, antique external plumbing fixtures of stainless and brass, Carrera marble everywhere, a bidet and plenty of counter space). Breakfast was the best of 8 hotels I stayed in on this visit, endless variety, perfect service, mountains of choices. I loved this hotel, it was worth twice the price I paid for it.

I was offered for upgrade my room with 25, 50, and 75 euros and I did to junior suite with 50 euros/night which was an excellent choice, the room was on the top floor with excellent city view, big bed room with a salon and big bathroom. Minibar contents were free and restocked every day. Breakfast was good (two pictures attached). The hotel was also close to the main train station (8 minutes walk) and did not need to take a taxi. Staff is professional and very kind. There was a welcome bottle of sparkling wine on the table in our room. This is an old hotel and many famous people stayed here (you can see all signatures and pictures on the restaurant wall, more than 100 and you must see them).

The breakfast buffet was good as you have a little range of hot and cold foods so there’s something for everyone. The rooms are a good size and well maintained, the bathroom is also a good size and the facilities were clean. The mini bar was better then other hotels we’ve stayed at and had a range of drinks in it. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and there to help if you need anything. Pricing both inside and out the hotel was very reasonable.

Cons: I missed the first two nights of my stay because of missed airline connections, owing to a medical emergency of another airline passenger. I called as soon as the plane eventually landed. I was 5 hours past the cancellation deadline at this point (5 a.m. Prague time) and the reservation staff was not at hotel. I called 9 a.m. Prague time and explained, asking they not cancel my reservation. This happened two nights in a row due to airline intransigence. Reservation staff refused to budge on refunding either night's stay, even after I had to extend the stay by one day and spend another $150. I thought this very poor customer service.

Pros: Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their was to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a fabulous flat that had the most beautiful view of Prague. It was very spacious and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and fruit basket to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was the best and a huge variety including homemade cookies, cakes and waffles that were decorated with fruit, chocolate, candies and whipped cream every morning. Anna T, Anna B, Radka and Anush treated all the guest so kind. They gave the children Christmas gifts and played with them so parents could eat. They provided assistance with directions to see the best of Prague. I hated to leave. This was by far the best place we stayed during three weeks in Europe. Can’t say enough about the staff and accommodations. Will definitely stay here again.

Apartment was modern, complete with amenities , it's safe and has plenty of spaces for family to sleep on. The breakfast was also nice, has some great variety too. The hosts are very amiable and makes you feel so welcomed. They allowed me to check out an hour later which made by subsequent departure just right on time. This was hands-down one of the best accommodation in Prague, superb value for money.

Cons: The receptionist was not very unfriendly during our check in. She did not offer us coffee/tea while we were waiting there; however she did offer that to the next couple who came to check in. There was no lift to the apartment. There were no lights along the stairway to the apartment; can be quite dangerous at night. The bathroom was not equipped with standing shower; could only do baths. Hard to sleep at night due to the loud and drunk people at the Irish Bar below.

If you want to stay where every need is catered, this is the place. The staff was definitely thebest I've ever encountered. We had a 6:15 AM departing flight, they had a van waiting for us at 4:00. Lucia, at the desk even had packed us breakfast to go because of the early hour. The lobby bar wait staff was phenomenal, friendly and recommended great places to eat, drink, attractions. I will definitely be back.

It's around 12 minutes to Charles bridge and riverside, sometimes it felt like a bit far, especially after all day walking :) Every room looks like a big apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. As I noticed there were no bunk beds only single, which was convenient too. Common area is also nice and convenient with free tea/coffee and all utensils that you may need. There are few small shops nearby which sell snacks, food, fruits, drinks etc.

Pros: Location is perfect if you're travelling by train, only few minutes from the main station. It's around 12 minutes to Charles bridge and riverside, sometimes it felt like a bit far, especially after all day walking :) Every room looks like a big apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. As I noticed there were no bunk beds only single, which was convenient too. Common area is also nice and convenient with free tea/coffee and all utensils that you may need. There are few small shops nearby which sell snacks, food, fruits, drinks etc.
Cons: No early check-in option but they can store your luggage before
