Cons: It is hard to find anything unsatisfactory, our room was cold (because of the exceptional weather) but this was quickly rectified by our radiator being adjusted and two extra heaters supplied.

Cons: Rooms are quite small and because they are very well isolated (the beach is right outside), we ran out of oxygen during the night and had to open a window. So we recommend airing the room right before you tuck in.

Cons: Access to hotel from car park could be difficult for the less able, but this is a small price to pay for the beautiful location.

Cons: The check-in time were strictly enforced - no ley way for couple with baby. The shower broke down on second night. Decor needed updating in room and corridors, especially carpets. No air-conditioning in rooms, and struggled to get a fan. No iron and ironing board - they only had a laundry room on ground floor.

Cons: The only thing was whilst checking I had an embarracing situation with my credit card. At time of booking I was able to use my American express this is not accepted by the hotel, this caused confusion because of them having my card details in their system already it rejected my master card at first!

The leisure area was lovely with a sauna, selection of gym equipment and pool where I worked up an appetite for dinner which was first class with lots of choice. Excelent vegetarian options and breakfast was just as good again restaurant staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Being a family run hotel and restaurant gives it that personal touch. I cant wait to go back with my family very very soon !

Cons: The hotel was awful, unclean, dirty, small television, very old, only 70 year old and above stay there, our car got scratched up badly in the hotels tiny car park and whoever did it drove off and didn't leave a note or anything. Staff were so unhelpful. Premier inn would have been so much better considering the price was the same! There was no shampoo, shower gel or conditioner. Very poor for the money.
