Pros:Absolutely no pressure for upgrading or anything else when I checked in. Very friendly staff & couldn't have asked more.Cons:There seemed to be a miscalculation with the airport tax. I'd recommend really looking at the paperwork before you pay. For me, it was a little over $10 difference, but for others with a more expensive rental, may be much more. GOOD thing is that they were more interested in figuring it out than with arguing with me. Did not get to the bottom of it, but they did offer me a discount for a second driver that made it about even.Reviewed 30 Dec 2020
