The food at the hotel is awful.
i liked nothing about it. staff did not give a f!!!!!!!.. asked for a non-smoking room was given the most dreadful smelling room[smoke].only it was so late i would have gone to another hotel. i will the next time! see question 2
The Professionalism and friendlessness of the staff . The Pillows are too hard have a look at premier lodge rooms. Their beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Great customer service, great food, excellent price and great location for the airport nothing
Prompt, efficient and friendly, at-table service from everyone in the bar...Fantastic and very welcome. Signage to find my room was a little confusing
lack of clarity re being charged for Shuttle bus to the Airport
no much see above!!
Proximity to the airport and value was excellent. You need a proper lift to the ground floor for guests with heavy bags.
ease of access to the airport. A nice walk in the morning!
it was very convenient for an overnight stay prior to an early flight out of DUB: there was even a courtesy coach - notwithstanding that the hotel is no more than a 10 minute walk from Terminal 1 (the furthest away terminal)! nothing: this hotel was exactly what I wanted for an overnight stay
The bed was clean. Reception staff were nice. The bathroom was not cleaned before our stay especially the toilet. The bed was lumpy and the safety chain on the door would not fit into the hook.
Nice Friendly greeting, good food, good prices
Most comfortable bed I have ever slept and I stay in a lot of hotels.
Lovely hotel with great rooms, public areas and attentive staff no
Was at a wedding. Very courteous staff, a very comfortable room and delicious food. Magnificent view also
The comfort. The location, the facilities. Did not like the restaurant. No gluten-free options displayed on the menu.
The rooms were lovely and so was the food. The room was really hot and stuffy even with the window open, we tried the climate control with the window closed but it didn't make a difference.
spanking brand new hotel, absloutely great pool, sauna, steam room - amazing gym full of latest equipment - all included in the price - huge comfortable beds - good restaurant unfotunately the room temperature was unbearably high and air con controls did not work however the manager apolgised next day and gave a 30% discount
comfortable beds and swimming pool facility
The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and it was excellent value.
very good bedrooms, very comfortable bed, good leisure centre, easy to get to. No bath, pressure in shower could have been better.
The efficiency of the staff
The waiting staff were fab! Rooms were clean, tidy and quite nice. The reception staff were a bit unhelpful and understanding. 'Hilton Dublin Airport' suggests it will be close to the airport.
Easy to get to, made feel very welcome. Rooms lovely and very good value
Met some cool people downstairs at the live music It's 6 km from the airport, they charge for the shuttle, and the WiFi is €5/day. Gonna avoid most Hilton from now on as a result of their nickel and diming practices
the hotel was very clean, easy to get around and the bar staff were friendly. i liked it. the food at the bar was so bad it would put me off staying again
Staff was friendly and very helpful, the facility was like new and modern.
The staff were helpful. There shuttle service from the hotel and to a beach area was not timely, except when we were to be picked up at 11:15pm at the beach, I was 5 minutes late and was left generating a large cab fee, the rest of the time the shuttle required long waits and almost cause us to miss our out flight. The phone did not work well and no one seemed to know how to fix. I did not receive a wake up call the one time I asked. The sheets were not changed daily with no notice or option to get them changed. One day there were no towles or shampoo available until I called which took nine trys on the telephone while I was dripping wet.
Relaxing atmosphere and first class service
Very close to airport, almost no traffic 3.50 for a coke was steep!
Nice and clean hotel.Good location for Airport,Shopping,Ikea.Stay here regularly for work reasons.Im sure I will stay again.would recommend hotel.
We stayed here when we landed in Dublin and right before we left. We found the staff to be very helpful and the rooms were definitely big enough for four people. One of the bigger rooms we stayed in while in Ireland. Definitely a great place to stay when coming in and out of Dublin.
Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed.
The Rooms where nice and spaceous and clean The staff where unfriendly and very unhelpful. Ours rooms where not ready for check in when we arrived at 4.30pm we had to share one room between 6 until we got the second one at 5.30pm and the 3rd at 6.15pm. Also parking is €10 a night not stated anywere in hotel. Overall experience of hotel was poor. Would never stay in it again!!
Room over lokking the old jail was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good quality Just a little out of centre..12 Euro taxi...perhaps would choose one closer to centre next time
The hotel itself was very well presented, clean and the staff couldn't have done more to help you. Rooms were big with huge beds and very comfortable and warm. Restaurant was nice, and food was good. We usually use public transport to get around and the hotel was a 10 main walk from luas (tram) stops and bus stops, although not far this added up over multiple trips. Would be much easier if moving around by hotel or your own car. The swimming pool is free but you must purchase a €2 cap and a €8 padlock which seems a bit tight. Not much in the surrounding area, and little choice of alternatives for food other than a trip back to the city centre.
Extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast delivered to room was top quality and still really hot . Room was spacious and comfortable. The first taxi we got to city centre, driven by a pure dub, took us on a roundabout trip and overcharged us and then had the neck to warn us about foreign drivers who would try to rip us off.
The food, bar and dinning area. Hotel staff, polite and receptive. Bathroom dirty, hairs in sink. Wet room floor drained the wrong way and ended up standing in puddles of water. Check out took to long and seemed dis-organised.
The room had clearly been used by a smoker prior to our arrival and the smell was really bad. It had actually penetrated the duvet .
location cost of extras
Excellent, efficient and very friendly staff. Large, clean and nicely furnished room with lovely view from large window. Very enjoyable and varied breakfast served by pleasant staff. Very secure car parking facilities. Ideal location for my requirements (Royal Hospital Kilmainham and Irish Museum of Modern Art). The location was ideal for my requirements but might be a bit far out of the City centre for some visitors.
Lovely hotel and staff were very helpful. Room was also very clean and spacious. Menu in bar was very limited
location, rate and ease of access with ample parking the pool was not open during our stay
No sky sports in room
Very nice staff.clesn and comfort None
Trays of dirty plates outside rooms
Had no problems with staff. Everyone was very helpful. If I had any questions they were quick to answer no matter how many I had. The only complaint I have about my entire trip was that the beds and pillows at the hotel were very uncomfortable.
Staff No air conditioning, rooms were hot hard time sleeping and very noisy. Could hear both outside and indoor noise
We were given an upgrade on arrival. The suite was comfortable and clean. Decor could be upgraded a little. Perfect for a shopping trip to the city. Taxi into the city at night was €20. Nothing
The staff was extremely helpful. Helped with exchanging money, getting details on arriving at the airport, printing our boarding passes and helping with dinner arrangements. Location was a bit too far from the city center.
We came through to visit Dublin on our way to our daughter's graduation in Wales. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was helpful with pointing out sights to see and arranging transportation. A great stay!
Good value for the money a little out of the way from Dublin
Close to the Airport. Clean Comfortable Several Tour buses resulting in long line for breakfast. We skipped breakfast because of the line.
I did not like it at all. There was a lot of noise, and it was really cold. I have to take two different elevators to go to the fourth floor.
It was a convenient location. Our room backed to construction. You had to open the windows, as there was no air. It was fine for us, because we were very tired. The room was clean. It meet I iur needs. The staff was nice and helpful.
comfortable spacious room. check in very busy and slow. 2 check in staff only. They had to deal with numerous small queries re exiting car park ect. It would help if there was someone assigned to queries and 2 staff available to check people in during busy periods.
The shower was not working in the ensuite.
Hotel is very nice with the the amentities of a golf course hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and well maintained. We had a room with two beds that were more than adequate for our needs. I think this is a good value hotel and it is convenient to the airport without being too close. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the entrance to the hotel. There is no good way to turn your car around to head back to the parking lot. After you get back in your car you are pointing to the back of the hotel and it is very poorly designed as there is no good way to head towards to parking lot.
relaxed atmosphere i would like to have a pot of tea for breakfast and not have to have tea from the thermos flask which is always luke warm and like water not tea
Everything was as expecting. Extremely fast check-in and check-out and the airport transfer worked very well. It was difficult to get information on the airport transfer. My emails were not answered and finally I had to call only to be informed that I have to call them again when I have landed. If that information had been easily available I would have no reservations.
Good food, good leisure facilities, good location, good staff No bad points.
Very relaxing atmosphere, clean with friendly helpful staff, good choice of food, resturant and bar food, leisure facility clean and relaxing
The breakfast and the friendliness of the lovely receptionist. The room didnt have much character and by 9 the pool etc had shut.
We had a really nice time , we only stayed for one night and found the hotel very welcoming and comfortable , our room was very cosy and we all got a very good nights sleep , we also had access to the spa and pool facilities which was most rewarding - excellent value for money . if i had to say something it would be that the breakfast wasnt great , although it was still eaten !
Excellent facility but requires clearer directions on how to find the Hotel. Difficult to find, especially due to roadworks in the area.
everything was excellent
i thought the room was very comfortable especially bed the room had all you would need a bit silly, but i thought your your breakfast was brillant except for the black and white pudding which i normally like.
Location location location
The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. I really liked the interior decor of the entire building. Plenty of shops just outside the hotel's doors. 'Dublin bus' also stops a few feet away from the hotel which takes you into Dublin city centre. I would definately recommend this hotel. I was very pleased with the hotel. If I had to find a problem it would be that the room was a bit warm and we couldn't set the room temperature to less than 19 degrees celsius. Not a big problem though and wouldn't put me off staying again.
Breakfast was good American style not the typical European with just meat cheese. Nothing
great locationfor shopping. No need to go todublins city centre
The location is excellent for shopping in the centre and the food in the bar is delicious.. Highly recommend this hotel
Hotel looking very nice interior and exterior Lack of clean towels for two persons staying, food menu was not great
The Hotel was new and very clean the staff were helpful and the facilities of a top standard
This is a fabulous hotel with a beautiful airy lobby & check-in desk. The staff are really professional and helpful. The room was beautifully clean and really spacious with a delightful king-size bed.The Sanctuary bar was really pleasant with delicious snacks and meals. The underground car-park was fabulous and really secure.
Lovely hotel, great service.
The location to the Blanchardstown shopping centre was perfect. Also it was busy and there was a good atmosphere in the bar, where we ate from the bar food menu. It was lovely, reasonably priced food.
Good location, easy access to Blancherstown shopping centre, nice design, very comfortable, pleasent staff, good parking facilities
The Park Plaza is a brand new hotel with the latest gadgets on comfrot. In one word: Excellent!
Plenty of car park space to the front of the hotel. there is a nice bar that serves good bar food and the staff were very friendly
This hotel is lovely, really modern and bright. I was there for a wedding and we had a fab night.
The hotel staff were first class and the hotel was well presented. Possibly could have had a mini bus to transport guests back to the airport.
Excellent hotel - clean room, comfortable bed, huge shower, pleasant facilities, friendly staff, great breakfast, business centre available for free internet.
We really enjoyed staying at the carlton hotel. Staff was friendly and beds were very comfortable. A nice spacious tub that always had warm water and a seperate shower. Only downsides were that if you wanted a night out in temple, €30 taxi cab, but really that's the only downside to this place
Helpful and cooperative staff. No.
The breakfast was lovely, great choice and pleasant servers The check in process. It was the first time staying here and as soon as we approached the reception the staff immediately answered the phone while we were speaking to her. The hotel itself was very far out from Dublin I felt and also quite expensive for the quality of the rooms
The staff and hotel wrer very pleasant no
We Booked a Junior Suite as a treat and was not disappointed. Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Food was also of an excellent standard. Will return for a stay again. No faults at all.
Great beds. To find the hotel by the streetsigns is difficult and confusing. The provided map isn't correct in its scale.
I thought the staff on reception were friendly & very helpful. The food was very good. I attended a dinner dance & the room that it was held in was lovely, food was excellent, staff were friendly. We stayed in twin superior room that i would recommend, it was pure luxury. I felt the breakfast staff that were serving tea & coffee were crumpy with us, they weren't very friendly or attentive when we made a request. They also insisted that we sit at a particular table instead of allowing us to sit were we would like to. We had our breakfast at 9.30am & the breakfast area was empty.
central location poor dining in facilities
The location of the hotel was perfect. Within walking distance to all central attractions in Dublin. The worst thing was on entering and leaving via the front enterance there was an awful smell of smoke and several people stood on the front steps smoking. Off putting.
The central location of the hotel and car parking facilities and friendliness of the staff Slight confusement getting from the carpark into the hotel
Decor and quality of room. Main reception was a bit officious when we first arrived. We had been delayed due to weather problems and I didnt think we got sufficient attention due to the fact it was late evening.
Quiet and good location gym was very minimal, staff not overly attentive
Location was good. Bar & Restaurant were all very good although expensive - where isn't in Dublin?! Bed, although double, was a bit small and uncomfortable. Air conditioning in room did not work properly (room was freezing though we did not complain) as did guest services on the TV for one whole day so it was hard to find any information as that was where the hotel directory is.
Convenient locatoin and overall appearance of the hotel/room. Small room but manageable.
central location; beautiful hotel the service in the hotel bar/cafe was very slow, I had to ask 2 different members of staff and both said they couldn't serve me, on locating the appropriate member of staff she was slightly unpleasant and when served the food ordered came sporadically and not all at once
The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly all during our stay, from check-in, having a 4 pm tea with a group of 12, and at check-out. The staff in the bar were outstanding in their cooperation to assist in setting aside and preparing a place for our afternoon group tea. Wonderful Irish friendliness.
I like this Hotel and stay there often.
The hotel was modern and comfortable and the food was excellent The kitchen bar staff seemed disorganized and service was slow. There was a daylight savings time hour change during our stay but no notice was provided by the staff. There was no clock in the room. The pool required swimming caps - I've never heard of this in a hotel pool. The pool area had a strange smell in the evening. The restaurant staff seemed too eager. - while finishing our meal we were asked 4 times if we were "ok" in the space of half an hour.
ny friend and i had a wonderful and totally relaxing sty the spa treatment was wonderful. we did not leave the hotel for one whole day, we were so relaxed and comfortable.
Beautiful location, room was spacious and bed was very large and confortable. The hotel room was very cold and after numerous complaints we were finally offered another room at 10 o clock at night which was far too late. There were also no bath robes in the room when we arrived. We also were not asked if we wanted our bags brought to the room for us and had to carry them quite a distance. In a hotel of this calibre, the bags should have simply been taken from us and brought to the room without us even being asked.
The surrounding gardens and the friendly staff. The food
Beautiful grounds and great interior,a proper posh hotel.
beautiful surrondings.great pool food and drink overpriced
The grounds and the staff. Far too hot and stuffy.
Relaxed atmosphere & nice blend of modern and traditional buildings and decor
the golf the dinner in the restaraunt
the staff was briliant, very friendly. The room was extremely comfortable and the landscape amazing nothing bad to say about this hotel
Location almost on airport property.
Very convienet to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and nice, newer rooms. The built-in USB ports for charging devices was an especially nice touch. We booked two spots on arrival for the shuttle back to the airport for our return the next day, but when we came down the following morning at our scheduled time, they had not held the spots and the shuttle was already full. We did manage to pick ourselves in and make it, but not without having to go with the driver back into the hotel to the concierge desk, and even then 1 of had to sit in the isle on the floor of the van sardined around luggage. It's virtually impossible to use the shower without spilling a fair bit of water into the rest of the bathroom. Seemed more a "form over function" design choice, or perhaps an unintended consequence of the good water pressure (which I was a fan of).
Booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great deal. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel is next to the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. I would highly recommend for business or personal travel for someone looking to stay near the airport.
Close @ the Airport!
East access to airport
High quality linen and furniture. Quiet. Exceeded our expectations of an airport hotel! Prompt reliable shuttle bus
Great location near the airport, with shuttle available 24 hours.
This hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle to take you to and from. Everyone is kind which is also a plus. We came across a dry urine stain on our bed in I ur first room. Seemed to be on an additional disposable comfort sheet which could have easily been tossed whenever someone came across the issue. But the hotel quickly moved us to a new room after a quick phone call.
The hotel had excellent wifi, the restaurant downstairs was great and affordable, the airport shuttle was very convenient, the staff took great care of me by letting me check in a bit early, the room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. I'd had a chaotic 36 hours traveling internationally and needed a night to unwinde before my next flight. This did the trick. Bit noisy in the day if you're trying to sleep, no a/c so it got pretty stuffy, bed was very firm, over priced but you pay for convenience I suppose.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw smiles on all of their faces. This is very important to me. It was very clean.
Room comfortable. Used overnight facilities to get early flight the next morning. Have used one of the hotels within the airport complex and prefer to stay within the complex
Very isolated unless you come with a car. Unable to easily get simple things like snacks. The hotel is the only close source of food, consequently the prices are high. The hotel was clean and the staff were fairly helpful.
Very comfortable room although pillows very hard , reception staff excellent and very efficient. Did not have breakfast as very expensive.
nice atmosphere and friendliness
A comfortable, easy atmospher and comfortable rooms Obviously a family hotel, I found it very noisy with children everywhere. In the public areas the smell of fast food and mess everywhere was unpleasant although understandable.
Very good facilities, food was excellent, rooms were very clean and modern The rooms were uncomfortably hot even with the windows open and radiator turned off and it was only 12 degrees outside, can't imagine what it would be like in the summer.
Relaxing feel of swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Fab food. Christmas parties were on and we were woken a few times by noisy neighbors. Not really hotels fault.
I was there at a wedding and found the food, staff & cleanliness of the hotel all excellent.
Excellent value for money. Very new, clean etc.
The suite, the view, the staff I went for a drink at 3am and could not get one at the bar...very annoying...offered to send one to the room....not the point
nice friendly and a smashing golf course, good facilities all round.
the hotel room absolutely fabulous best i have ever stayed in.
Staff was helpful and excellent. Rooms were very clean. Accommodations were up to date. Triple room was somewhat cramped.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable room with a very nice view onto the front garden. Breakfast extravaganza. Very convenient to all Dublin attractions. We loved it. Highly recommend.
The beautiful floors, lovely rooms with tea, hair dryer and iron and ironing board...all welcome when travelling. Our flight left early morning and because we would miss breakfast, they packed us a boxed lunch. We did walk from O'Connell street and it is 20 to 30 minutes....but even with all our luggage it was fun.. A plus is that it is close to Heuston Sation and all excellent bus services. An unexpected treat for us was seeing The Dublin Zoo ( amazing) and The Pheonix Gardens....about 5 minutes away. Carol
Location,breakfast,bedroom was nice size
Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting Dublin. It has excellent service, very clean, and good restaurant. Although it is not close to where most of the nightlife is there is an excellent local pub 2 blocks away and it is located on the local Luas light rail line which provides quick access to most of Dublin's tourist attractions. Slightly removed from what they call City Center
There was confusion too how many people we had in our party and had to pay an extra 30 euros and it took an extra long time to clear up the confusion after a long day of travel.
Lighting was bad for putting on makeup
We loved the room, the views, the quiet, the location. Close to the train station. The bed was so comfy! Also right near the landmark pub Nancy's Hand. The room design is outstanding! The bathroom was huge! We loved it here. There had a been some flooding from outside and it went into the hotel lobby on the day we arrived and it smelled horrible it was most likely sewer water. he smell only affected the area by the front door and the smell was gone by the time we left two days later. The hotel had professionals cleaners working on it as fast as possible. We would stay here again. The flooding was not there fault.
Breakfast was great Very clean Beautiful rooms The water pressure was really low, everything took several flushes. The surrounding area is great location wise, but at night it seems a bit rough. The hotel is very safe.
By the train station There was no plugs for hair tools and phone charging
It's location was a prime factor in our decision. Phoenix Park was very close by, as was Guinness and The Old Jamison Distillery. Right near the train station and tram stop so access the further parts of thecity and country were 5 minutes away. We'd stay there again.
Swiched breakfast to day of arrival to fit with early departure. Nice place for the money and clean well equipped room.
I found the hotel friendly, service and efficiency very good. Price was excellant for value. No
The morning breakfast person she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. On arriving very late, we noticed that the bed sheets had a stain on them and also that they smelt of smoke. We did let reception know in the morning and they did rectify this and the other problems.
The hotel staff were helpful pleasant the room was good if a little tired. Carpets were stained crack in wall in bed room bath room needs snagging done on bath filthy shower curtain but over all very comfortable.
Hotel restaurant and bar were lovely. Refreshinmg change form traditional pub. Staff was delightful, bistro 7 food was very good. Huge rooms, easy in and out from Dublin. Just a bit too far from Dublin, but not neqarly as far as I thought it would be,
Warm an welcoming as always. Excellent service in breakfast area. Fantastic size room; Signs of decline.Limited breakfast juices. Iron and hairdryer in room both broken. TV minute for size of room.
The room was large and comfortable. The bar staff were very friendly. It was situated close to the town centre. The food was not of a high quality.
Friendly staff Broken hair drier, took some time to arrange alternative.
The room were comfortable and clean and the entire staff (especially the evening receptionist) were so kind. The attached bar/restaurant was also pretty nice and convenient, as well as the provided parking area. We completely fell in love with Ashbourne and this amazing hotel! The price per night was inconsistent, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself.
the room was freezing and although we had rang and asked for the heat to be turned on the heating still didnt work
Convenient to airport Being an airport hotel, the poor insulation between rooms, makes it very noisy and uncomfortable during the night with guests coming and going.
My room was above a room where a party was being held and the noise kept us awake. I had to call the manager to get the volume turned down - which he did.
Comfort and facilities of the room, proximity to the airport, shuttle availability surrounds Having to pay overnight parking charges when other hotels allow residents to park free will be a future determining factor, the fact that when dealing with a receptionist she is repeatedly diverted to answer the telephone - hire a telephonist.
it is very close to the airport and city centre.the breakfast and dinner was excellent.the room was fantastic.i will definetly stay there again
Hotel is fantastic however had been treated extremely bad by a member of staff so that ruined my time there!
We had an 11 hour flight layover. The hotel was less than 10 mins from the airport. It was clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel and definitely fit the bill. A great place to stay
Good courtesy bus service from airport, comfortable beds, quiet room despite size of hotel. Bathroom sparcely stocked with toileteries and barely enough towels. Breakfast was disappointing - the cheese in the buffet was gone off, and the choice of breads/pastries was so limited that we just had cereal and juice and ate elsewhere later that morning.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty inside and very clean. It was a great bargain and close to the airport. Had some shops close by just in case you needed any necessities. N/A
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, restaurant looked inviting though I was too late to try it. Didn't get a lot of help trying to get myself to the airport in the morning.
We have used this hotel a number of times and it is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for some time. Staff are wonderful, rooms are spotless and it's in a good location.
easy access, room very comfortable, well equipted and appointed. Always enjoy stay at the Crown Plaza.
shuttle service to/fro airport need more frequency time table of shuttle to/fro airport and no vending machines for soda/juice/snacks
restaurant facilities The location, and general decorative state of the rooms
Open 24h Bad food, very basic hotel
It was very handy to access after a night out in Sword.Basic price for basic facilities, you get what you pay for. We were in a no smoking room but there was a faint smoky smell thought at first they had put us in a smoking room. Only one pillow per person
It was easy to book (on-line) and very convenient to main roadways, near the city, sea and airport. We found a soiled towel which had not been removed after use by previous customers.
The staff were very helpful. The room was very uncomfortable for 2 adults and 2 children way too small.
Have to pay 2 euros per person for shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is very tired, carpets look disgunstingly tired in corridors and rooms. Will not be staying here again, not worth the price I paid even with special offer.
accesibility to airport & friendliness of staff
Clean and basic Shower could be better
Great value for money
very convient for airport as we had early morning flight.
Very close to airport, people at reception very kind and polite, big and very clean room, nice price Breakfast is not included, you can have one in the near restaurant but it's expensive
Clean & convenient
the staff, helpful and friendly
The staff were fantastic. The were polite, helpful and knowledgable. We really enjoyed the surroundings and history of the hotel. The distance from Dublin City Centre
Ambiance. Lovely location on the river bank. The food and staff were first class and the hotel is located in a charming village. A digital clock in the room would have been useful.
Wonderful courtyard area to sit in both ay and night, staf were all very friendly and helpful.
I liked everything. Great breakfast! The loud music on Friday night when I NEEDED Together up for an early flight.
Comfortable and homely hotel. The restaurant food was top class. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The staff were extremely friendly, hotel was gorgeous
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, convenient location: quiet but not far from city.
The food The girl accidently charged money to my room, that we didn't run up. It was from the previous week, but she sorted it out well enough.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, setting and surroundings lovely limited parking facilities
quiet and confortable bedroom Internet was only working in the common parts.
Close to main roads and a short drive to the airport. Staff was great, even helped carry a few bags when we were leaving at 4am. Everything was kind of old and run down. Signs said a renovation was in progress so things might get better.
Availability, accessibility and free parking. Basic accommodation, but friendly and functional.
Convienenty situated for the function we were attending. Book for 3 people but only tea and coffee for 2 in rooms. TV reception very poor. No shampoo or shower gel. Single bed mattress cover stained.
Very comfortable beds, quiet, clean. tea coffee making facilities
i rang to conform by booking but the room was absolutly freezing had to get another quilt not a good thing when your coming in so late
The ease of access to the Travel Lodge Soft lumpy bed
easy access to city centre room was shabby, dated and tops were damaged, bathroom door didn't close, hotel made us feel very unease and was noisy
Did not find the bed comfortable. Booking said room was triple but was double and sofa bed - should have stated this. there wasnt enough cups, glasses or towels in room. When we rang reception for them, we were told we would have to go down to reception to collect them. There was a lady with her cleaning cart outside so we got some of her.
location the cleanliness of the room meaning that we had to ask to change rooms
Inexpensive, comfortable, clean good value for money there was no iron or hairdryer in the room which could come in handy.
staff in the reception, they don´t know how to behave...so rude
Rooms basic but clean and functional too far from city center great if you drive because is close to motorway Too close to motorway ,I had to ask to change room because it had windows facing a very busy motorway and at about 5 am all commuters going to central Dublin seemed to be using it
