Upon arrival the agent was very aggressive with pushing an upgrade. We reserved a mystery car which was described as a potential EV or similar. We were given a suburban which would not fit in the garage. She would only allow us an “upgrade” to receive a standard size vehicle. The service and pressure to pay more are insane! If I have a choice in the future I will NEVER rent from Avis again. Complete manipulation especially when having traveled so many hours to show up tired and having no other options. It’s sickening that these companies are so misleading!Reviewed 7 Mar 2025

The air conditioning in the car did not work. Which is a problem in Hawaii. Especially annoying after paying for “luxury” car.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024

Even though the vehicle was a 2023 model it felt and drove like it was 10 years old. It was just not a comfortable vehicle.Reviewed 13 Sept 2024

Everyone was friendly and pickup and drop off was super efficient and easy. I did take photos of inside and out since they didn’t do a pre-check out car inspection. But had no issue with returns.Reviewed 22 Aug 2024
