Upon arrival the agent was very aggressive with pushing an upgrade. We reserved a mystery car which was described as a potential EV or similar. We were given a suburban which would not fit in the garage. She would only allow us an “upgrade” to receive a standard size vehicle. The service and pressure to pay more are insane! If I have a choice in the future I will NEVER rent from Avis again. Complete manipulation especially when having traveled so many hours to show up tired and having no other options. It’s sickening that these companies are so misleading!Reviewed 7 Mar 2025
