Cons: The minibar, kettle and Nespresso machine in our room didn’t have energy and we complained on our first morning. Unfortunately it was still not working on our 2. morning and was literally only fixed just before our check out. Also towels are quite small but that’s really moaning on a high level. We would definitely go back, it’s a nice hotel!!

Pros: Stunning hotel with the most amazing dining room I’ve ever seen! Breakfast was superb with free flowing bubbly and fantastic food. Staff were super helpful, polite and friendly without being overbearing. We paid extra for a suite with a balcony and it was definitely worth it plus they had a dessert wishing us happy anniversary on arrival. The spa is out of this world - best massage I’ve ever had. Central location - absolutely recommend and can’t wait to go back once safe to do so. 10/10 without a doubt.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel, fabulous big room with thick carpet, huge bathroom, very comfortable bed, luxurious linens. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during a very difficult time as the Covid-19 escalated and we had to cancel the rest of our trip and return home. The breakfast in The New York cafe was superb the first two days, then reduced to a smaller room on a smaller scale which was still brilliant, better than most hotels. The staff carried on professionally and cheerfully under difficult circumstances, especially Lilla on the front desk who helped us with many arrangements.

Cons: The big problem for Breakfast ! We stay 3 nights, and each time at breakfast, we had to wait at least 15 minutes to have our coffee ... Not pleasant at all ! Concerning the food , very average... ! Not at the level of the Hotel. Staff were not helpful at all, non professional at all. there is another problem with Taxi in this city. If you take a taxi in front the hotel, you will be charged more or less 3 times the course.... If you download the application for taxi , you will have the real rate ... EXEMPLE : to go to buda we have been requested +/- 6000 ufn but if you do it from the application for smartphone , it is just 1800 ... SO RIPP OF ! Same thing anywhere...

Cons: On a trip to several countries, the Boscolo staff was definitely the least friendly of all the hotels we stayed at. I'm not sure if it was because we were younger than their typical crowd splurging on a nice hotel or what but they seemed like the couldn't care less that we were there. They were not very helpful, and two employees confirmed that we had prepaid for breakfast then the host at the breakfast buffet informed us after we ate that it was not included and presented us with a bill. The hotel did nothing to attempt to explain why this had happened.

Cons: The service wass very slow, and once they simply forgot what I had requested over the phone, even though we had chosen the top accomodation available at your site ( and at the hotel, we suppose).The lady at the front desk was very impatient to helping us choose the best tour.

Fat Mamas is next door if you fancy food or drink but dont want to travel far and the hostel offers 10% off when you stay and eat there! Would definitely come back and stay there again!

Cons: The moment we entered out room we noticed dirty bathrobes (see the picture). We had to call 3 times the reception and wait the whole day to get them changed. 6 hours waiting seems to much for a luxury hotel.

Cons: Like many European hotels in an older building, the thermostat in the room was a bit tricky. I moved to a downgraded room, just to have a window that opened so I could better control the room temperature. The staff was fantastic in coordinating my move.

Cons: I was disappointed to hear that the pool was an extra $15 euros per day to use. I was unpleasantly surprised on my return to see an extra charge of over $200 to my Visa. I have emailed the hotel twice asking for an explanation, so far no response.

Cons: Parking is a lil bit expensive compared with other hotels. On the first look, rooms look really nice, but it is easy to see in some corners minor reparations could be necessary. I would say, a better technical maintenance would keep rooms looking newer.

Pros: The in-room dining Hotel employee was amazing); excellent food. Nice location. Cool souvenir shop. Business center (other hotel employee was helpful).
Cons: Ladies at the reception (checking in/out) were not very friendly. No smile, no greetings, short answer and didn't seem to like their job. I was afraid to ask them any questions. However, all other staff members were cordial and helpful.

Pros: We didn't go to the breakfast buffet - it was expensive and we could not just have a coffee and bowl of porridge without paying for the whole buffet. A small café not far away, called Early Bird Coffee, did an excellent breakfast in a charming atmosphere.
Cons: A more flexible menu for breakfast would have been appreciated

Pros: Wonderful hotel. We ordered a superior room without a breakfast, so I can't review the food but we arrived and was immediately upgraded to a deluxe room, which was bigger and more comfortable
Cons: There was a problem with the air conditioning, which didn't make the room cold enough so for the first two days we felt really hot, but the staff did everything they can to help us and eventually arranged a fan for us which was very helpful.

Pros: The friendliness of all the hotel staff. The hotel itself convenient to market and shops. Th food in the restaurant was excellent.
Cons: We had an apartment which was luxurious unfortunately it was over one of the conference rooms and was very noisy one night as there was a party being held. Music did stop at one but a lot of door banging with staff coming and going after that.

Pros: The staff were just wonderful and the room was excellent. the whole experience was just wonderful. I transfered to another Budapest 5-star hotel which was part of a tour and the hotel was just not in the same class as the Corinthina.
