They need to tell you the damage to the cars before renting them so you can verify that and any damage you found. There was a chip in the glass that couldn't be seen in the underground lot till i went outside luckily i saw it and called it in. All in all was a good experience. At pickup, the girl was very nice, but the guy was a real jerk. He was very arrogant and wouldn’t even look at my phone when I tried to show them I booked a small SUV. I was charged an extra $20 late charge when I returned the vehicle earlier than I had reserved it. If this charge was going to occur for returning the car at 11 pm like I put in the reservation it should have been in the quote. There was a group at the airport at 10:15pm when I returned the car that couldn't get their car. They were calling the number with no answer.
