The pick up was the worst experience in all years that I rent cars in so many different countries, including Portugal. There was another attendant that was extremely rude to me as well as to a couple that was there facing some problems. He shouted to me and after did not answer my question. Very rude person. The young guy that was attending me was very polite but he was lost in the procedures... it took him over 30min to finalize the process, he also gave me wrong information that I just found out when I returned the car. Everything was mostly great, especially the customer service. Only frustrating part was the vehicle was received with the gas gauge on empty. I had to pay a high price for gas in the city before I was able to leave downtown. The return was a bit challenging (since I had to drop it off at another location) because my flight was prior to the office opening. You could disclose on your website that you only accept Major credit card. I have rented from other companies and have been able to use my bank supported debit card as a major credit card. I was out the cost of an uber driving to pick up the car I had confirmation for to rent. And then then cost of an Uber returning home after being denied the rental all because the website didn't disclose that bank supported card were not accepted.
