I made the reservation and arrived on site during the time I requested the car. The station was iopne but the attendant was not a the location. Waited 1 hr and then called and reached out the Budget via phone from another rental company. Noone answered and no one showed up. I ended renting from someone else. I filled up the gas tank when I returned the car. I have the receipts, yet you charged me $65 for fuel. I intend to dispute this and will take the matter up with the appropriate authorities. You charged me an extra $65; I had already returned the car with a full tank.Reviewed 24 Sept 2026

My pickup was smooth but I had to request another car because my car was dirty on the outside as if somebody ran into mud but I was cleaned in the front. But I was given another vehicle. Drop off was very smooth. When I put gas back in the vehicle, I filled it up and upon realizing that I advised Ms Tamika operations manager and she assisted me because with a credit. Ms. Jackie checked me in and that’s was very good…it took her 5 mins. I will be using kayak and budget again 🙂Reviewed 24 Sept 2026

The pickup was the terrible experience I had with a lady who was rude, talking to me maybe she was having a bad day. Two of my card has decline twice because I was using it out of state and it decline the processing, her statement was "IF YOUR CARD DECLINE ONE MORE TIME, I WILL REFUSE THE RENTAL PROCESS OR USE YOUR DEBET CARD, HER VOICE WAS LOUD AND RUDE"Reviewed 23 Sept 2026

Budget was closed when I got there. So we went to Avis. They upgraded us to an SUV, which is fine. Except for the gas prices, we didn't notice until we put gas in the car on the return that the entire closing lid for the gas was broken and had to be snap back in place, I did bring it to the attention of the attendant who would have sent us on our way without any contact. There were several dents in the car, and the exterior was not very clean on our pickup.Reviewed 22 Sept 2026

We were misquoted on the cost of the rental car, by the ship guest relations. We were told $247. Actuall cost was $745. Check out at rental Car desk was a long wait and we had to walk way to get the car in the garage with luggage in tow.Reviewed 21 Sept 2026
