Cancun Hostels

Staff was super! Beds in dorm were pretty uncomfortable, jacuzzi not working.

The staff is friendly. That was the only good thing for this hastal. Our room was located outiside the hostal. The pillows were dirty and the room was humid. We decided to move to other hostels for the other two nights.

We were grateful for its proximity to the bus station, wifi and breakfast. No curfew was helpful as we reached Cancun very late. Our large party booked 3 rooms. We arrived at midnight to find only two rooms. They said they'd look into reimbursing us in the morning, as we had paid for three rooms. Despite the contract agreement, Kukulcan Hostel & Friends would not reimburse. They thought it was fine to give us fewer rooms than we had reserved.
