I reserved a compact car, but they were out and only had minivans left. I luckily did not have to drive it the whole time I was in the area. I did have to fill up half a tank. I will never use this rental car company again.Reviewed 17 Mar 2024

Tires were almost bald and provided very poor traction on wet roads. Tire pressure guages were not working properly When we dropped the car off, there was no attendent and the spaces were full to capacity. We were charged $40.00 for dropping the vehicle off early. They charge an early dropoff fee. The women at the front desk booked me for 2 days without telling me and the said she couldn't do anything about it. I called them their customer service and they said I had to call priceline. I called priceline and they said I had to call back in 20 min since their system was down. I had to be at a meeting I didn't have time to wait the 20 min for their system to possibly be up and running to then deal with the cancellation. I will not be using priceline or europcar ever again. It's now a new company policy. We travel 2 days a week typically.Reviewed 10 Nov 2023
