Advance check in was easy. I rented via car rentals.com. That was a pain since you can't contact hertz directly if you have an issue with a late plane or canceled flight to tell them you aren't coming. Did save a bunch of money with prepay.Reviewed 28 May 2024

Added charges that I did not want or need after telling them I did not want the insurance. My fault for not verifying when signing but was told the $200 charge on my card would be refunded when the vehicle gets returned.
