Cons: The room was very cold as the window was draughty. The receptionist switched on the radiator when I first arrived as she recognised it was cold, but the radiator only worked for about 10 minutes and it did not come back on even in the morning. There were no spare blankets to put on the bed so the night was cold

Cons: this is not a price for value place for staying even if it closes to the center as the price for a room at the 3stars hotel at the opposite side of the street was even cheaper and more renewed. We already encountered problems at the check-in as the bathroom of the room booked was out of order (the only one room with bath in the house!). After barganing on the price we stayed but sharing common services and noises. Be aware that no room facilities or cleaning are provided unless you stay more than 4 days. The maintenance of the guest house is rather old and quite limited and recall a rather soviet atmosphere pre-indipendence for services and prices are not commensurate to the offer.

Pros: I paid 67 pounds for last minute booking two days before I arrived and there was practically nothing left available in London at a reasonable price. I normally always book a room with bathroom, kettle and TV etc. so I was a bit apprehensive. The location was great just a 5 minute walk from Holborn Tube, easy to find, lovely helpful people on security/reception. Supermarket,. coffee bar and plenty of restaurants nearby. I walked to Oxford Circus which took about 15 minutes. The room was small but very clean, shared a kitchen and shower and separate toilet with 4 other rooms. The shower was good and the toilet was clean and it did not feel crowded. The wifi was good and I watched TV on my phone with no interruption of signal. There is a TV room in the basement which I could have used, there was nobody there when I looked. I slept really well comfortable bed, pillow. Plenty of power points and good lighting options. I was provided with one towel and one small bar of soap which was enough for one night stay. A continental breakfast was included and excellent huge choice, plenty of fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, soya, milk, coffee, lots of variety of toast, bagels, pancakes, pastries, boiled eggs. Great value for money, quiet, clean, helpful staff, can leave luggage after check out.

Cons: The Shared shower is shared by 5 rooms. When I arrived the shower was not functional and puddles were all over the floor with the staff leaving towels on the floor to dry up the puddles. Therefore they told me to use another shower shared by another 5 rooms. Hence, I never showered. Fortunately I was only there for one night The bed wasn't clean. there were yellow stains on the comforter . I would not recommend this hotel I would prefer next time to spend a bit more money to stay at a nicer place .

Cons: The front desk staff was not helpful. We arrived early to LSE and asked about checking in early. There was NO option to check in early - that should be stated in the LSE description. In fact, the front desk staff had multiple customers waiting to check in and waited until 14:55 to start the check in process. We had seen the cleaning crew leave earlier in the day, so pretty sure that the rooms were clean and ready to go. On Friday night we came back to LSE around 11pm. The reception area was really dirty - the bin for used towels was overflowing. Also if we were to stay again (this was our second time) I would request to not be on the High Holborn street side. Very loud in the evenings. There was a significant change in the experience from 2018 to 2019. Not sure what has happened.

Cons: I was next to the kitchen (nothing that I could use there no coffee, cup etc.) I asked the reception where I could get a coffee in the building and was told there should be provisions in the kitchen I was assigned to but as there wasn't they made me a coffee to take up to my room. No hairdryer or iron/ironing board in room. No kettle, cup or anything extra. No air-conditioning and it was quite warm when I arrived and if it was very hot in London it probably would be uncomfortable as the window can only be opened a crack.

Cons: Be careful - the description says there is lift but there is no lift in Endsleigh building. The first toilet is on 3rd floor, and the only kitchen is on 5th floor. The first shower room is on 2nd floor but it does not have hot water. If you are in a condition not suitable for climbing the stairs, don't get a room in Endsleigh building. Also the basin in our room was blocked.

Cons: It's student accommodation normally so don't expect the usual facilities (that's also reflected by the price). My only issues were noise (could clearly hear people in neighbouring rooms) so recommend ear plugs and the floor was pretty wonky, so moving around the room was a bit awkward.

Pros: We liked our 6 days stay. Everything was how it looked in the pictures. In 20 minutes you are in Paddington. In the night it takes a bit longer. Cons: I was shocked to find out what I can get for breakfast. There were only cereals available 2 types of ham, cheese and sweet stuff. No vegetables not even mentioning hot food For that price you would really expect they would give you a decent food but unfortunately you will be dissappointed. The heating was broken in our first room as we could not change the temperature and weird smell came out of it. The first room was really small, the second room we got was much better however the heating again was broken and this time only cold air would come out even if it was set up correctly. Overall it would not be too bad but for the price of 150€ per night you really expect more........

Pros: The location is perfect if you're coming into Kings Cross. 2 minutes walk and you're there. Rooms are standard and basic but you're not in London to stay in your room! Left luggage store is a huge plus for us.

Cons: Not clean, room was grubby, mattress was lumpy, didn't look like the picture on booking.com website...our room needed a refurb really...not 3 Star as advertised, probably rate it as 2 Star.

Cons: I have reserved a room at this hotel, and when I got there, I have been told that my room was gone and my reservation was not valid, even if I have added my bank detail when I was reserving it. I was one of the people affected by storm Ciara and was unable to get home after flight and train cancellation and rude hotel staff did not even apologised and shut the door in my face at midnight. would not recommend it to anyone and would not consider staying there again

Cons: The room smell humidity ,I barely can sleep due to that smell, you have about 9 stairs to arrive to the room that are almost broken, I almost fell with my language trying to arrive to my room . Breakfast was terrible! the only think good from this locatio

Cons: Place is run down and the room was not very clean, webs on the walls and carpet was very dirty.
