Pros: After a bad experience at buffet at the Lotus Café, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism showed by Chef Alok Kumar, Executive Sous Chef, and his entire team. He invited me to a dinner at the Italian restaurant to make sure I don't leave dissatisfied and personally attended at the kitchen to dine me and my family. The Front of House team made sure we received impeccable service and the Kitchen team led by Chef Alok served us some scrumptious food! This is what gives JW Marriott a touch of class!

Pros: To be honest my last visit was very dissappointing as I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 3days and 3 nights at the Marriott when I compare the two I had value for money at the Hyatt and its much cheaper than the Marriott. My opinion the Marriot is not keeping up to standard . Its all about making money. Pros: After a bad experience at buffet at the Lotus Café, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism showed by Chef Alok Kumar, Executive Sous Chef, and his entire team. Cons: One bad experience at the buffet at Lotus Café but that was more than well taken care of after. Very overwhelmed by the warmth and the incredible service provided to make up for the previous night!

The desk clerk took my passport then started talking to someone else and after 5 minutes I asked what was going on and he asked someone else to help me. The pool does not have a beach view as advertised...

Pros: The Bed was good and the location was perfect.
Cons: The staff, their understanding upon a late night check in. Multiple problems with rooms not available, not cleaned, so viewed 4 different rooms. TV didn't work. Payment was confused and took 3 phone calls to sort out. The hotel was also 'too old' ....budget shouldn't mean 'a dump', especially compared to the Treebo Hotel on the other side of Juhu (same price).

Cons: The toast was hard. The coffee was not hot..Complementary Breakfast served at smaller hotels for backpackers was much better. Complementary tea coffe and airport transfers as mentioned on the booking.com website was not given. Room way below the standard as shown at the time of booking

Cons: Location is somewhere inside and difficult to reach. No restaurants near by for good food. Restaurant guy relayed in taking the order and later disappointed me saying that things arent available and I have to wait. Intercom wasnt working Toilet faucet wasnt functioning AC remote was not working.

Cons: Room given in the back side of the hotel in ground floor, it's seem to be staff room. My guest did not like room service. One coffee order equals to half an hour. Room was very dirty, if you step out of the door, you get dirty ground muddy ground of the back side of hotel. Very noisy room . It's just beside local train line.
