Paris hotels in 16th arrondissement

Pros: Excellent service, especially the Concierge Pascal

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Superb attentive professional staff at this well-appointed hotel. Super comfy huge bed, luxurious bathrobe, towels and Bottega Veneta toiletries, complimentary water and coffee making facilities. Lovely welcome macarons in the room in arrival. We feel fully rested - thank you Hotel Raphael!

Cons: We are very particular: - the bedroom carpet was worn at some joins and had some stains so could do with replacing - omelettes should be included in the breakfast and not charged as extra - the restaurant should not close in a Sunday evening and especially in a Saturday evening in a 5* hotel These are all minor issues and should not detract from a wonderful “best kept secret” hotel served by extremely professional staff in Paris!

Pros: Fantastic hotel

Pros: Location was good. The rooms are large and well arranged. I had breakfast in my room it came quickly and was well presented and tasted good. Dinner in the restaurant was most enjoyable I had a guest and we were very well looked after. The staff in every part of the hotel were sensational they were so professional yet helpful and quick to respond. The concierge arranged cars and travel for me with least amount of fuss and instructions even at the earliest hours of the morning.

Cons: Not sure the hotel grasps the concept of English Toast! Not enough selection in the restaurant for vegetarians as opposed to vegans. Pillows too soft hard pillows were not available.

Pros: Located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a few metro stations and the Eiffel tower.

Cons: It can be a bit hard to find. Especially coming from jasmin statikn in metro line 9.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and after a small mistake staff was super friendly and willing to provide the best service

Cons: Climate control in the room could not be set manually

Cons: The excessive plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel, it would be better for the environment if there were larger fixed dispensers in the showers. Also the price of the small bottle of Champaign being 40 Euros from the lobby, I can buy a nice full size bottle at the grocery store next door and the price was not communicated before check out.

Pros: 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, Close to really great restaurant (Firenze), Close to supermarket across the street Front desk personnel speak English (although you can tell that they hate to) Toiletries they provide are pretty good Quiet street at least

Cons: Airconditioning was virtually not working ( we had it running on 5degrees C and still broke out into sweats), Someone finally came to check it after 4 nights! Unbelievable! By then his response was "yea, that's as high as it will go". We were checking out that same morning so didn't matter by that point anyway. Wifi( they might as well not advertise that they have it available ) could not even check our email and it literally took 20 minutes for a welcome page to load each time. We basically stopped using after several attempts and getting kicked off several times. Also toilets have an extremely difficult time flushing, hence the bathroom smelled like urine the very first night we checked in! Also bathroom and ceiling vents weren't working. Walls are thin. Beds are extremely low. Be aware of the 16€ per day parking and tourist tax! (You must pay this in cash!!! We were scrounging through our bags for some last minute left over cash 90€ to fork over at the last minute because the wount take credit cards for this!) Do not purchase the 15€ per person per day breakfast. There is a really nice cafe as you exit the hotel and walk about 1-2 blocks to the right where they sell amazing croissants for about 2€ each! Always hot and fresh.

Pros: Our room was basic but clean. The location is quiet area but has some good shops and restaurants nearby. The staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent for the purpose of our stay.

Pros: The staff was particularly helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located by bus and train access. We walked to the Rifle Tower, took about 20-25 minutes.

Cons: The shower is half open and water can splash out. Also, we were constantly missing shower soap and body lotion (which the supply immediately upon request).

Pros: Comfy, clean rooms with lovely Clarins products and a great view of the iconic pool. The pools were excellent. And breakfast was really delicious with a huge selection.

Cons: It is very dirty and the carpet as well as the furniture is stained. In my bathroom the area around the sink was scratched with black dirt infiltrating the scratches. Not up to a 5star rating and standard. I will never go back and would not recommend

Pros: The breakfast is very good , a lot too choose. Only we have to wait 20 minutes because it was crowded. That is stupid.

Cons: Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. Treat the loyal Marriott Bonvoy elites better with upgrades. Replace worn carpet on stairs and paint the white trim. Offer late afternoon or evening happy hour.

Cons: The General manager is an unfriendly nongreeting man. It seems he does not like guests. The hotel is charming but shabby, max 3-4 stars. Renovation is very necessary. The breakfast is to expensive and served by a nice but helpless nonprefessional young lady. vacuuming only on demad. Not only 1 TV-Sender in german.

Pros: Suite was fabulous, breakfast was lovely - lots of pastries and coffee! We stayed in one of the suites, the bed was huge and really comfy!

Cons: More instruction needed for where to park/unload before using valet parking.

Cons: At Sofitel Baltimore Tour Eiffel, Room prices are above average for this kind of hotel, I probably will be back depending on the future prices. Beds are not confortables, all the rest was really good.

Pros: Our room had a terrace. Every room at the hotel has a terrace, which I didn't know going in.

Cons: Room wasn't available at the time I tried to check in, but I feel like they made up for it with a really nice corner room with wraparound terrace.
