Pros:Agent at desk was friendlyCons:I was assigned a car but it was not in it's location. I had to find an employee to find another car for me, which took about 15 minutes. The car I received was dirty and definitely wasn't cleaned beyond pre-covid standards. I'm not a germ freak, but greasy fingerprints on the screen and doors and a greasy feeling steering wheel are just nasty.Reviewed 16 Nov 2020

Pros:The price and the vehicle was great.Cons:At pickup, the vehicle was not ready, and had to wait. The help desk seemed to not want to be working. There was no information given about the return of the vehicle. I had to ask about return from the man working the gate, but even that was not enough. At return, there was no one to close the transaction, Just a sign saying to leave the keys in the car. I had to work with customer service for the next two days to get the extra daily charges removed from my credit card account because no one at the drop off location closed the account. I'll not rent from Thrifty and associated companies again.Reviewed 20 Aug 2020
