I showed up and they told me they didn’t have a car for me and would need to be placed on a waitlist with no guarantee of a car, even though I had a confirmation # from them. They were quite rude about it as well. They had cars on the lot but were only available as upgrades and cost more money. There were numerous others in the same boat. They blamed it on crowdstrike which I understand but the customer service was very poor.Reviewed 24 Jul 2024
