Cigarette smoke odor in car. I tried calling car rental & no one answered phone. Then called a different location to exchange car & could not. Too much of a hassle to drive back to JWA & exchange car. Purchased essential oil to somehow mask odor.Reviewed 11 Jun 2026

We reserved a car but it wasn't ready and had to wait 25 minutes while they looked for a car and had it serviced. What good is making a reservation if it doesn't guarantee a vehicle?Reviewed 7 Feb 2025

Despite booking and paying for our rental car several weeks in advance, there were no cars available at our designated pick up time. Nor was the employee behind the counter able to issue us a refund or help us find a car at another location. He claimed their system “was not connected that way.” The entire experience was unacceptable.Reviewed 30 Dec 2024

The associate who helped me with the paperwork was nice and kind. Only the wait was too long.Reviewed 22 Sept 2024

Would have been an excellent review but a few items in the car did not work USB adapter, some of the features on the screens and most importantly tire pressure was off by 17 lbs under inflated and 10 lbs inflated on other wheels. That is scary and very important to me on safetyReviewed 8 Nov 2023
