They don't accept any debit cards. So if you book and think you're going to pay with debit, you can't. Also, they overcharged me. What they charged me differs from the desk to after return. Shady. Don't use them.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024

After waiting 30 minutes to pick up my vehicle (and missing half of my friend's retirement ceremony from the Marines) they did not have the fullsize truck and put me in a smaller uncomfortable Jeep. When returning, the return line was so long I was unable to wait for a return receipt and left the keys in the car at the back of dozens of cars lined up and not yet processed.Reviewed 20 Jun 2024

The vehicle had 2 worn back tires. The truck was filthy, windows in the back were smudged with kids finger prints, hair ties with blonde hair throughout the truck, dead bugs on the side of the door, water bottle from previous driver under seat.
