Pros:There should be more staff on hand to assist customers. Those that were there appeared to be trying help the increasing line of people. The representative who helped me appeared to be trying to do his best under difficult circumstances.Cons:I did not get the car I booked and the one I got had not been washed. After going through the car wash I could see quite a few dings. The inside has an odor and there is/was sand or dirt on the carpet and paperwork from previous customers.
