PLEASE GET RID OF NEW PICK UP ROUTINE! After waiting on line to get the car assigned, I was handed the receipt as usual and was expecting to walk right up to my car and drive away. Instead I was met with another line when I got up to the parking garage. I had to wait an additional 15mins for someone to walk me 10 ft to my rental. And express checkout at the gate was also glitchy! An attendant had to override the system to let me out. Sometimes new tech makes things worse.Reviewed 10 Oct 2026

The counter girl was rude and condescending. Hard to understand . She had no patience. Only wanted to sell their insurance. I gave in to get away. Already had purchased insurance.Reviewed 8 Oct 2026

All was good. The only drawback was the very long check in time.Reviewed 6 Oct 2026

We tried to drop off the car a day earlier than it was due, on a Sunday, but the business was closed after 12:00 p.m. noon, so I had to come back a second time to return it.Reviewed 6 Oct 2026
