Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beach and pool areas, as well as the friendly and attentive staff. Many enjoyed the location and found the rooms comfortable and clean in several instances. However, there were frequent complaints about long lines and difficulties with restaurant reservations, as well as some issues with cleanliness and maintenance in certain areas. Overall, while the amenities and staff are highlights, improvements are needed in restaurant management and upkeep.

Pros (+) Water park for kids
Cons (-) Everything else was horrendous The food was disgusting. Not to mention the discomfort of the rooms and beds. My bathroom light was flashing throughout my entire stay and they did not come to fix it even after reporting it two times If you must get tested for COVID to return home, get ready to wait in line for HOURS to get an appointment and then another line (a different day) to take the test. If ...

Pros (+) All inclusive
Cons (-) I called the hotel 2 months before the arrival to make sure about age policy for children and they gave me a WRONG information. They said the policy for children is up to 18 years old. But the receptionist said I had to pay extra for a 14 years old child. I sent email to the Manager and he never gave me any response and I still waiting. Besides, Getaroom.com offers on its website the reservation w...

Pros (+) Kids club flexibility, La Bamba dining, the beach, coffee shop. Beautiful beach, good kids swimming pool. Nice getaway where you can just be lazy and hang out.
Cons (-) Staff not very friendly - they did their job, but not really with a smile most of the time. Housekeeping was inconsistent - sometimes room didn't get cleaned, usually it was partially cleaned. Food inconsistent. Don't try the pasta bar, so overcooked as to be mush. La Bamba was good, though. Hard to figure out their schedule - would be nice if they posted schedules for shows and things somewhere.

Pros (+) Good food, huge range and many locations, not too sophisticated Good and quick responses from housekeeping Clean, quiet beach with shallow water (nothing to see with snorkel)
Cons (-) Fridge didn't work, noisy aircon even when not in use Noise from entertainment, and corridor, next room Reception and concierge staff awful - disinterested, unhelpful, like saying no a lot Queues for drinks, which are low quality Ice creams hidden and poor Entertainment very ordinary
