Cons (-) I called the hotel 2 months before the arrival to make sure about age policy for children and they gave me a WRONG information. They said the policy for children is up to 18 years old. Pros (+) Kids club flexibility, La Bamba dining, the beach, coffee shop. Beautiful beach, good kids swimming pool. Nice getaway where you can just be lazy and hang out.
Cons (-) Staff not very friendly - they did their job, but not really with a smile most of the time. Housekeeping was inconsistent - sometimes room didn't get cleaned, usually it was partially cleaned. Food inconsistent. Don't try the pasta bar, so overcooked as to be mush. La Bamba was good, though. Hard to figure out their schedule - would be nice if they posted schedules for shows and things somewhere.

Pros (+) Steps from the ocean, huge pools, clean, close to public transportation.able to visit sister hotels(oasis)
Cons (-) Food was horrible, two small elevators for huge hotel, to many children, the entertainment team sucks, not much to do if weather doesn't allow pool/beach usage, and sales people through out the hotel trying to get you to buy ANNOYING!
