During pick up car that was selected was not available. Agent couldn't advise if new car would have GPS and offered to rent us a GPS. agent then found out that they didnt rent GPS out. On drop of the agent at the other place had not record we had that car, the info on the rental agreement showed a different persons name and dates etc. Overall was very confusing and had to watch closely as appeared was overcharged.
