The room was extremely small. These rooms are good for a couple. If you are traveling with one child there is no room to move around.

Nice hotel but pretty far from the tube. Not much to see around the neighborhood for the price. Would not stay again. Spent a lot of time and money getting back and forth

Pros (+) The cost was fair, but the building was under construction / renovation. I was given a reduction on my tab because of the inconvenience due to the fire alarms.
Cons (-) The fire alarms went off ~5 times over the 5 days we were there. The 1st night at midnight, the 3rd night at 8 PM, 1 AM, and again at 4 AM. It was a nightmare....

Pros (+) Great location if you are working at the convention center. The Lebanese restaurant across from the hotel is excellent.
Cons (-) The biggest problem with this place is actually the price. For this amount a lot is expected, and Crowne Plaza comes up short.
