Pros (+) Loved the staff, loved the room, and over all loved the location and how close it was to the Tube, Buckingham palace and Westminster Abbey.
Cons (-) Our room was next to the laundry room so when we slept in we heard them slamming the door continuously

Pros (+) The food was delicious! Breakfast consisted of Indian food and your traditional English breakfast. I am a vegan so I was very happy with the Indian food choices. The wait staff at the Hampton Bar was top notch. We never had to wait for anything. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) There was a lot of construction happening across the street when we visited, but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room was not facing the street, so it was not a disruption.

Anonymous, Dec 2016 - St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
Pros (+) This hotel offers a welcome change from the big American chain hotels. Although it is part of an Indian chain, it has managed to preserve an old world charm. The Christmas tree in the lobby along with all the comfy couches and the Elle lovely courtyard made it feel very cozy and comfortable.
Cons (-) The bathrooms could be a bit bigger but this seems to be a common problem with London hotels in general.

They used to give us welcome notes and a fruit basket to thank us for coming back But, this time, no note, not a great room, as if they were indifferent because we had booked through Kayak (with which they are not par...
