Pros (+) The location was nice.
Cons (-) The rooms are small and outdated. They are not well maintained - they look worn and tired. The quality of the bed, linens, and towels were ok. I was not impressed and would not stay there again.

Pros (+) Incredibly welcoming, friendly & helpful. Has an intimate feeling about the common areas so you feel very comfortable & relaxed. Lots of beautiful touches like the staff remember what you like, bottled water on your night stand, aromatherapy sleeping mist given as a gift, surprising my nephew with chocolate coated strawberries as a birthday gift saying happy birthday. All these little things add u...

Terrible restaurant, 2 star not 5. Dated decor dangerous twig decor to poke an eye out on. Front desk staff with marked lack of skill set to serve the public, always empty except for he few at breakfast. We arri...

Pros (+) friendly staff and good location
Cons (-) The single room was the size of a coffin. Even for London standards it was ridiculously small. Website pictures are completely deceiving. Lastly they state on hotels.com that they have an airport shuttle service which is compete bullocks.

Keven, Apr 2017 - COMO Metropolitan London
Pros (+) There was no amenity this hotel didn't think of, no service they didn't offer. The staff were attentive; complementary luxuries abounded (slippers, robes, yoga mats, umbrellas, wifi, fresh fruit, water), the minibar was extensive with snacks, drinks, phone chargers, spa products, just about anything you could need. The location was perfect - right in the middle of London, with park access, easy tu...

Pros (+) The service and cleanliness were all fantastic - gracious and helpful. Location is also excellent - quiet but close to underground, Hyde Park and lots of restaurants.
Cons (-) Smallest room I've ever stayed in and I definitely didn't expect that from the photos. In the end the room had everything I needed but was really small.
