They called me when I was on my way and had no cars. The address featured on the site was also incorrect. This was extremely frustrating and ruined my trip, Driving Force should not be on Kayak because all the information is wrong and they blamed me for it instead of taking accountability for their online information being wrong. My flight got delayed and the company was closed by the time I landed. They were closed the next day and all weekend. Never got my rental and had to Uber all weekend.Reviewed 4 Jul 2022

Took 40 minutes to get picked up from the airportPros:Car was new and clean and drove well. Staff at the office was nice and friendly. Price was fair. They did not hassle me about getting insurance.Cons:Called the office to have the shuttle come pick me up at the airport. It took 40 minutes for them to arrive. Then their garage is another 15-20 minutes from the airport. If you are flying in and out of the airport and time and convenience is important to you, rent from someone at the airport.Reviewed 24 Jan 2018

VanPros:Clean.Cons:I was upgraded to a van at no extra charge, but it was too big of a vehicle for me, and consumed lots more gas than the car I asked for would have. I was told at time of pick up that there would be a shuttle to the airport for me, but when I arrived to return the van, they were closed and I had to pay for a cab.Reviewed 15 Jan 2018

Excellent vehicle at a great pricePros:I rented a Yukon XL and it was a 2018 with 2K km's. It was loaded with everything including a DVD which was great for a long drive.Cons:They overbooked my reservation that I had for 6 weeks. They tried to slough off a Ford Transit instead, but after I refused they miraculously found my reservation at another location. I had to drive there to pick it up, but after that all was good.Reviewed 9 Jan 2018

Calgary Driving Force RentalPros:Pretty close to the airport, 15min max on the shuttle to/from. Good service.Cons:They don't offer third party liability as an option. It's not covered by the damage waiver or insurance via credit card, so personally I always add it when possible.Reviewed 20 Sept 2017
