When I got to the airport to pick up my car it was not ready so they gave me another car and they charged anymore. If the car wasn't ready they should not have charged me more for another car to suit my needs.Reviewed 12 May 2025

Not recommended. Europacar refused to give us the car unless we hired an extra insurance. We had our credit car insurance with a broad coverage, damages to others included, but they just said that that was the law and only gave us the keys once we hire the extra insurance. That is a scam, don’t use Kayak nor Europacar.Reviewed 12 May 2025

Turned out that I rented a car that was too small for all the luggage that we had and they gave me a free upgrade although it wasn’t clean but that was OK. Drop off they had someone help us with our luggage and we were able to get to the airport with their shuttle right away. He was very helpful and friendly.Reviewed 26 Apr 2025

Shuttle from the airport to Europcar and back was ok. The car was dirty and full of sand inside, the tires were pretty flat from the start. You have to take your own video walking around the car detecting issues before you leave.Reviewed 23 Apr 2025
