The room we were originally given was dirty. Bathroom was filthy.Was hoping for an apology for the dirtiness of the room. Guest service rushed me off the phone wasn't very caring to the situation. Would of like a discount of some sort for a bad start to my vacation.
Beds were comfortable, food was good at Buffett.decent size rooms. All day Buffett was a good option too. Pool area good if you all pools were open .staff were quite friendly. Didn't like the timeshare ticket people approaching us every time we walked through the casino. Would have preferred the larger pool to be open rather than one small family pool and adult pool as it got extremely busy. Jacuzzis were full of small children mostly unsupervised by their parents it was a like a creche in there .Would have liked to be told about the interconnecting doors before getting our room As it was a noisy week.
I would not stay there again. Would not honor discount they sent me as I booked through you. Rooms were much higher than what we booked them for. Check in staff indifferent to rude. Room was ok. Security, cleaning and bell staff were great. Hotel scheduled grease trap clean out for 12 a.m. Sounded like a leaf blower running in our room. Desk staff initially were rude about the issue. Had to go to desk in my pajamas and ask for manager. They did move us to a quiet room at that point. Crowded. Noisy. Slow elevators.

A great place to stay in Vegas. No complaints except that the casino took a lot of my money! If you are someone who would use the pool frequently, request tower II, as those in tower I have to walk through the casino in their swimming gear.
Convenient location. Good dollar value. I could not figure out how to connect to the internet on my lap top. I was to busy and did not take the time to explore help through their help desk - the number was right beside the connection.
Staff were friendly, entertainment was enjoyable and the hotel was in a great location> The rooms were very basic, no kettle or fridge available for drinks in the room.

I cant say anything good about this hotel I am sorry, This is the third time in as many years I have stayed here. Each year it has degenerated incrementally. It took over 3 hours to book in, I was given a very bad room initially, but that was eventually rectified by a Good front desk manager. However the next room was only just "reasonable" so I offered to pay for an upgrade of 40 dollars a night and cut my loses.By this time 3 hours had passed. I then moved into a Celebrity Spa suite and the inside was very bad indeed. There was a cupboard door hanging off and the remnants of the last occupier was evident. I then complained to the manager but I was told there were no other rooms available. So I had paid extra to get a supposedly decent suite, but it is definitely the worst I have ever seen on the Las Vegas Strip. When I booked out, the receptionist asked me if I enjoyed my stay, and I told her about the shortcomings of a supposed 4 star hotel, but she surprisingly answered " well sir we are going to re-decorate all of the rooms next year".This was no use to me, I had just spent two of the worst days in the overpriced Spa room which was annoying to sat the least. I then walked 300 meters to the vdara 5 star hotel and paid exactly the same room rate as the mgm grand, for a further 7 nights, and the vdara upgraded me to a magnificent corner suite on the 40th floor at no extra charge. Please forget the mgm, you can get much better rooms for your money if you look around.I Can not give the mgm a lower rating....but this is my experience from 10-12 August 2011. Please consider the more upmarket and newer vdara hotel. You wont be disappointed.
Loved the rooms we stayed at the signiture 2 years ago and thought we would try the grand as it was our 40th wedding anerverasry and my birthday but was disapointed as we informed the hotel of this before we came but nothing was said or done we just got messed about as our room keys wouldnt open our room twice and felt like we were criminals when 2 security cards came to open our room and made me open my suitcase to get my passport in view of people walking past the way we were treated on a few occasions i felt like we was not important enough to rate the same service as the vip guest

Room was clean and quiet, a big plus. Smoking in the casino, I have smoke related asthma and this was trigged by the smoke, and made me unwell, didn't realise the casino was smoking!
The location The first girl at the reception could not find my reservation and was if not rude but not very helpful she made me make another booking.when I got held afterr making a new reservation the girl was gone and a got help from another member of staff and this girl was very helpful.called a managerabout the new and old booking took the old one cancelled the new one for me and sorted everything out very nicely...roomfacilities a bit dated.shower very poor.

Fantastic casino with great shows. Pool was closed. A lot of noise inside room. ie noise from neighbours and hotel staff inn corridors. No minibars in rooms, no fridge to hold icecold cocacola for when you wake up with a hangover.
Uncomplicated, easy airport check-in, close to airport, great staff and facilities, remodeled rooms in West Wing, view from room, lots of amenities. Fitness center not included in room price.

I loved th athmosphere, not too much, not too little. Something for everyone. The place it's beautiful and a lot more interesting than the other ones. The tv channel selection wasn't much to brag about but I didn't really watch much tv. It sucked that it was rainy and cold so I couldn't really use the pool.
The hotel was a very good place to stay, it was a little bit pricey for the quality of room we was in. The shows sold out too quick and the rooms were lacking.

all the Staff were so helpful in directing me to the right spot. Very friendly, even being so busy. Very clean rooms, great shower with lots of water pressure. Loved the deep bathtub ! The Buffet was wonderful, many choices of food and it was well stocked and kept very clean. We will definitely stay there again. No coffee maker, microwave or fridge in the room.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The heater/fan in the room did not work well and was extremely loud. My reservations were lost and while they located the reservation no one apologized to me or even talked to me. I was just told to wait which took over 10 minutes. The restaurants are ok at best. They are not hip or anywhere near other restaurants at other hotels.

Very nice hotel-casion of Las Vegas, one of the most "human" and nice to visit. Noisy, bit certainly like most of hotels in Las Vegas! Depending of room location rolercoaster could be noisy (but end at 11 PM).
I liked the location. Wish the room would have had a more "Vegas vibe" but can't beat the location.. right across from MGM. & The Staff was great. Boring room interier.

it was a young and lively hotel that suited our age group ( 25- 31 yrs), quite a casual atmosphere and great pubs/nightlife
Got a room on a high floor and the location was perfect. Overall bad customer service. The shower was not working. Alarm clock was not working. Front desk manager didn't give a damn. Hotel was fully booked so obviously they wouldn't care ... The room was old and shabby ... no bottled water in the room, no hot water kettle, no tea/coffee in the room. Would not stay here again for sure. There are many 4 star hotels on the strip that over way better service and value for money.
Our rooms at the Delano were nice and clean After me and my family ate at the Mandalay Bay Breakfast Buffet we got really bad food poisoning from the Spinach in our omelets, we were in ER to rehydrate and are still sick to this day, That is the only thing that my father and I ate that was alike and we were tested for food poisoning and yes that is what we had and the only place we ate in 24 hours prior to sickness :(
I liked how the restaurants were in the same area, so you don't have to walk from one part of the casino to the other when looking for one to eat at. I didn't like that there was a fee for late check out.
All staff we felt with were all friendly and professional. Our room was excellent! Did not like the younger dance music constantly playing in casino music giving it a night club vibe the whole time.. Also buffet food wasn't that great.

The only real negative experience we had at the hotel is the room was not clean upon check-in. I'm assuming the long blond hair was left from the previous guest. If your concerned about the distance to other parts of the strip, you can take the free tram to the Luxor/Excalibur and walk to the Monte Carlo and take another free tram to the Vdara which sits behind the Bellagio (center strip). You can also walk across the bridge from the Excalibur to the MGM and take the $$ monorail further down the strip.

Nothing in particular Booked and prepaid for 2 rooms, but hotel could only find 1 room when I checked in, they promised to fix the problem. But I was still charged for another room when checking out, in addition, my credit card was charged for more than $600 for items I didn't recognize. I was told the charges would be canceled and refunded, but it's really a frustrating experience!
I tried to cancel my stay and it was 36 hours before I was going down and I was told I was not able to do it so I lost out on $100 and I'm not happy about that I will no longer be coming down to the Mandalay Bay to stay there that is ridiculous that I cannot get my money back specially with it being 36 hours so I was going to be there
Great room. Clean and gorgeous contemporary decor. Very helpful staff. $5 for a tiny box of Cheezits at the gift shop. Also, spending almost $4 for a bag of M&Ms. They should at least put prices on the items so it's not a big surprise when you are already at the register.
Loved the well appointed room and our fabulous view of the strip. Really comfortable beds and lovely sheets and pillows. Staff was friendly and room service was surprisingly quick - especially for super bowl weekend. We had a problem with the water at first- it was scaldingly hot and we couldn't take a shower. Engineer had to come and run all the hot water out of cold line in the tub. Then we could shower- with the tub still running! next day it worked and then it happened again- but we now knew how to get it to work. Apparently the whole bottom half of hotel was affected. The gym didn't have any weights under 10 lbs. gym could definitely be improved a bit. All pools were closed. Guess cuz it's February. Don't know if there were any hot tub options.
Room was nice and staff were helpful. Room was cold, and even after setting up the thermostat, the bathroom remained freezing.

Very clean, high-end, sleek, modern hotel and rooms. Lots of amenities. Access to all Mandalay Bay facilities. Easy check-in, check-out, parking. Rental costs at pool (at MB) for various items were entirely too expensive, even for Las Vegas (what was that resort fee for if you have to pay for seats at the pool?) Very long walk to pool and have to walk through casino to get to all pools.
Room luxury, ambiance, calm and price Staff, charged twice for parking, they didn't have our room upon arrival... and wanted to "upgrade" us with a room with an appointed bed...
Classy, swank Didn't realize it was a dog friendly hotel. I wish I would have had the option to be on a non-dog floor. Difficult to find pool.
The room was fabulous! I was expecting it to be small but I was surprised by seeing that we had 2 separate rooms, 3 Tvs (one in the bathroom), wet bar and 2 toilets. The suite felt like a modern apartment. Couple of electronic devices were not working. The iPhone docking station would not work,the weighting machine was busted (minor items) The biggie was the shower, good layout but the water pressure was weak! Better shower would have made the stay even more enjoyable. Also didn't like that there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room. When you pay $30 a day resort fee on top of the booking you come to expect such basic amenities.
Staff was excellent particularly Llelani. "New" or newly remodeled hotel and the ac in the "living" room made noise in the bedroom that literally sounded like a jackhammer. Pillows were bricks but they sorta fixed that while we were there.....it's a trying to be trendy, darkish hotel with rock and wood that could be cool. Strange music playing 24/7 at too high of a volume. Smells like an Abercrombie and Fitch store ALL the time.....not sure what they are going for here but it's strange. I have stayed at Mandalay before and would go back there before staying here again.
Overall, liked the cleanliness and updates of the rooms in the Delano. Staff very friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Liked the tech upgrades with USB and VGA connections! Bathroom fixtures could use some updating: no rainfall or side jets in shower, no bath gels/shower gels/lotions whatsover. Thank goodness I had my own!
The hotel was extremely clean, really nice and modern. Loved how each room had a tv...including the bathroom. Shower was very very nice, tub huge, mini fridge was convenient, lots of space and great view from room. Staff was super friendly and bar downstairs was very nice...smelled great too. Elevators were quick & always available I hated that I paid $225 a night and it didn't even include free coffee in the room!! Everything was more expensive like the restaurant downstairs and valet charged for parking. $18 per day is ridiculous when I'm spending all kinds of other money at the hotel & casino. Even if we didn't valet, it was $10 per day to self park. Absolutely ridiculous.
The room is amazing and is the best part about this hotel. The front desk staff was unhelpful and almost ruined my trip. Checking into the hotel took over an hour and they initially charged my card an extra hundred dollars for not honoring my reservation.

Service was impeccable, room was well kept, with furniture like new, amenities and pools were well worth the price when compared to other hotels on the strip. This was a hotel with class and manners. Some noise from party pool across the beach could be heard in the room on 37th floor, it was muffled but still fairly audible.
Dinner at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was HORRIBLE.
I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.

Everything was fabulous. Great smoke free hotel, so nice. We went for a mountain view room, thinking it would be a more beautiful view for us. Yet, in the morning when we opened the curtains we overlooked the airport. A great room if you like to watch planes land and take off. If we had known this, we definitely would have paid a little more for the strip view, which also has a beautiful mountain view. We were with a large group of friends for a 50th birthday celebration, so we were not in the room much and did not move to a better room...deciding it was not that big a deal but good to know for next time. Beds and pillow were fabulous, great shower, gluten free room service options, restaurants great, love Veranda patio restaurant. Pool looks nice, but is closed for renovations/winter. Since the Four Seadons is attached to the Mandalay Bay Hotel, we had access to smaller Mandalay pool (not big Moorea Beach pool, which was also closed for winter). Everyone that works at the Four Seasons seemed great. Nice spa, steam room snd gym. Mix restaurant/nightclub at Mandslay has a fabulous view!!! Enjoy! We would definitely stay at the Four Seasons again, yet next time will get a strip view room.
Good location, comfy beds. A bit of a nice departure from Casinos, and partitioned away from Mandalay, which it shares a building with. It's kind of like everything else in Vegas...a cheaper facade of the real thing. Staff isn't engaged like at other Four Seasons, dirty common areas (room was immaculate), and things just aren't quite "on point" for a place of this caliber.
I liked that it was part of the bigger Mandalay bay hotel but seemed separate. It's own lobby and entrance made it seem small and cozy. My friends complained about how loud mandalay bay was. four seasons was just right
The hotel was quiet - much quieter than Mandalay Bay, which is what we were looking for. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay at the Four Seasons! Nothing!
Was great for the price. Enjoyed the stay. Most everything was as expected. Room was too noisy. More so than any other hotel I've stayed at in Vegas. Could hear the people in the next room very clearly.

The hotel lobby was renovated with a modern look plus can't beat the price. The room was decent, it had all the necessary amenities that you would need for any hotel. Overall, a nice hotel that provides all the basic things needed without having to overpay. The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. And, also, adding more gambling tables (i.e. Craps, Poker) to the casino would be a bonus.

Well as soon as I walked in the door I was hit with an $84 resort fee, not really the properties fault because that's the way entire industry is moving but still it's annoying when you think that you have already paid in full. The casino had lower minimums, but it wasn't exactly a place I wanted to stay and gamble for a while. The room seemed sufficiently clean. We were placed in a smoking room on our first night despite having requested a non-smoking room, when we brought this to the attention of the check in host - they stated that it is a request, and not a guarantee that we would get a non-smoking room... we went up to put our bags in the room, and were repulsed by the disgusting smell. We went to the front desk again and explain that we would have a difficult time staying in the room with the intense disgusting odor, but the host seem to laugh it off and told us to smoke marijuana in the room now that it is legal in nevada. This was not an appropriate response in my opinion, however there was nothing we could do unless we wanted to sleep on the Las Vegas strip!
the room was great and house keeping was very accommodating. i appreciate that valet was complimentary the only thing i would say is i felt like we were forced to upgrade because the front desk rep made our original room sound horrible. i get that they want to get upgrade for sales purposes but i shouldn't feel like my room was going to be horrible.
we were supposed to get a nonsmoking room but they gave us a room which you could easily smell the left over smoke inside. it took them 2 hours to change our room after more than 10 times us calling the front desk. the bathtub was full of hair. I had to go get the cleaning lady and come clean it again. terrible experience overall. they do no care about the customer experience because these companies are too big to care about individual people. I will NEVER put my foot in Tropicana "hotel" and I would recommend everyone boycotts these hotels with low quality service.
I like that its more quiet than the casinos on the strip. We have a toddler and it seemed like a good option given the location. Not a place for someone who likes to gamble to stay. The casino is tiny and the sports book was a joke. Very limited dining options. The rooms in the club tower were so humid it was unbearable. It was on the 60's when we were there. No matter how low you set the thermostat, it still felt humid. Maid said the club tower is like that this time of year.

Off strip but walkable, closer to airport than others, free parking since more hotels are charging by the hour, quiet due to less drunks, spacious with kitchen for left overs and balcony to sit in sun, friendly and accomodating staff because I like the same room!

This appears to be a new property primarily set up for a 'time share' type of arrangement. However it is also a hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were real suites with bedroom, living room and full kitchens. My room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel's public rooms were the same. The complimentary breakfast was better than the normal found at other hotels. The "Manager's Reception" each afternoon was a nice touch with complimentary wine, beer and snacks. A nice, quiet and very affordable place to stay. Only downside is that it is a bit off the downtown area of LV. However cabs are plentiful and the crowds were scare there. There were absolutely no negative parts of my two night stay.
We had a great suite with many extras that made our stay very comfortable! The efficient staff were quite helpful with all our needs. And the special rate was hard to beat..
A hotels reputation can made or broken by its staff, this Hotels staff definitely compliment this hotel and make you feel that whatever your need is then they will try and accommodate and go that extra yard to ensure your stay goes smoothly. I'm really struggling to find anything to fault this hotel and its staff.
It was very quite and just a short walk from the strip, this was the last night of a three week stay in south west america.
The cleaning staff was very nice and the room we stayed in was freshly painted. The plumbing was very bad. The shower water would not stay at the same temp it would turn very hot then really cold every time. Plus the shower head was places below my nose level and I am 5ft 2". It was very disappointing that the sink had scratches and stains in it and the dj from the pool would blast the music so loud the windows vibrated. I picked hooters because it had good reviews but I was disappointed. The casino spelled like sewage because outside the hotel they must of had a back up problem and the hotel had the doors open to the pool area. Sadly we did not spend much time at the hotel for these reasons.
The price was good. Can't really complain about that. House keeping did a really good job cleaning our room. All the of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having Hooters wings at arms reach was nice too. The location is good for fairly easy strip access. This place needs renovating badly! I get it's Hooters and they pride themselves on being delightfully tacky. But this wasn't tacky. It is old and, frankly, dingy. Especially next to the renovated tropicana. It's sadly stuck in the 80's. The room had an old big box 27 inch tv. The bed had us begging for our chiropractors and massage therapists. The carpets are vacuumed, but God knows when they were last cleaned. Its annoying that they have no business center. Also if your gonna be Hooters, it's sad when Twin Peaks restaurant up the streetcar greatly outclasses you on what you....umm "Market".

Nothing A receptionist woman was so rude. She talked like we don't have money while we asked for higher floor (20$ dollar plus) She talked like yelling to someone she doesn't like. If she doesn't like service job she should quit! I was in Vegas so many time and I ve never think to stay this hotel before! We had an emergency to stay this hotel only a night! 5 hours and I would like to stay higher floors in every hotel. When I asked for higher no hotel say you have to pay extra for higher!!!!! So bad experiences. First time and last time. Waste money!
Stayed there just one night and didn't gamble there so I can't comment on the casino. Was given room 208 in the Bayview tower. Door to the room doesn't swing open all the way cause it rubs on the uneven floors and it is paper thin cause you can hear conversation from other guests in the hallway. Beds, sink, and toilet were clean but everything else can use an update. The tub, bathroom floor, and carpets especially were gross. The view from the window highlights trash that has accumulated on the roof. Perhaps they can use some of the resort fee to pay someone to do some cleaning up there? BEWARE...Kayak claims the resort fee is $15 but I was charged $25. For an extra $10 I would have stayed at a nicer comparable hotel. I doubt I will stay there again.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I stayed 2 times in 2 weeks as I flew through Las Vegas and a couple of the staff greeted me and remembered my first visit. For the Rate I wasn't expecting much but the rooms were clean and spacious In the 2nd room the Faucets needed some TLC to function better.

What you'd expect when staying at a Hooters, not exceptional but also not awful. Maid service does a good job, though there's only so many times you can vaccuum a carpet before you need to replace it, similar issues with grouting in the bathroom. No leftover hairs from previous guests, didn't feel a need to use my own sheets. Couldn't open the shades on the window because people would have been able to see in from the parking lot, windows did not lock. Additionally, one of the lights decorating the outside of the building was placed directly in front of the room, meaning opening the shades filled the room with red light, an experience not uncommon at hotels in Vegas. Room has a small table and chairs in it as well as a dresser with 3 large drawers in it. Asked for a robe and was told "we don't do that." The only really uncomfortable part of my stay was walking through the smokey casino every time I wanted to get to my room. There is no way around it, unfortunately. Also, Hooters as well as all other hotels on the strip charges a "resort fee" though unlike some of the other hotels on the strip, Hooters did not seem to offer any more amenities to make the resort fee plausible. Clientele is primarily middle aged single men or young people staying there because it's the cheapest option on the strip. If I was to do it over, I'd pay the $10 a night and stay at Excalibur.

The room set up. Once turning out the light to the bathroom, the room is dark. Trying to feel my way to the bed, there' a cubby set up. Dangerous for those who have been drinking and watch out, that space you feel is not the bed and be careful not to end up banging your forehead on the wall. If you do what I did, you're in the ER and not back to your hotel for at least 4 hours.
That is close to the casinos Smell, they don't clean is really old and the door keys didn't work
Short walk to strip. Kind, but unhelpful staff. No hangers. Dirty bathroom. Unhelpful staff. Horrible breakfast.
Close to strip was the only good thing. For both nights maids never cleaned the room and floor was so dirty my baby's feet were black.
The staff saved my stay The rooms and lot was dirty. Pool was gross. Door locks didn't work. They charge for everything. They have roaches and don't care. This hotel doesn't clean you room on Friday or Saturday if you stay for the weekend.

Bed was comfortable. Room was dirty. Motel is located on edge of Las Vegas strip, a very sketchy and unsafe feeling area. Long walk to find anything other than fast food. Grounds were dirty.
Was.not forced to endure daily interruptions by the maids and only gave you what you needed. Was not The pricing policy of this hotel is poor. If you don't work the weekend events you may lose the room you have or the pump like we were we were in A2 bedroom and ended up being forced to accept a one bedroom or Saturday when I had failed to reserve the roo

bad part of town. Very noisy part of town. Tried to get hotel staff to do something about the fighting and noise next door. They nocked on my door and brought us into the situation. Was poorly handled. The beds where horrible. Would not stay again.
Newly remodeled rooms - new wood plank floors No shampoo, only hand soap. Vending in locked room.

It was quite central and close to the attractions. It was really dirty, with a lot of beetles around, the beds were broken and the owner what me to pay an extra on the amount even if I had the riceve of the price with me!!!
The location to the airport and the strip are pretty good. As for the room, think any American movie where there has been a person on the run from the law hiding out, with drug dealers or other types of baddies busting in and shooting everyone up and you'll get the picture. So I guess the atmosphere of it being a quintessential budget American hotel is maybe a positive too (depending on how you look at it!)! I've stayed in cleaner, better well-maintained motels in my time. It wasn't the most restful nights sleep, though I guess you get what you pay for!

appreciated being able to get out easily compared to resorts that are too big. I like older places, this was very functional/practical. liked the wood floors, roomy but in need of updating. clean enough. bed was comfortable. too pricey for what you're getting. needs some TLC. update the place, great location though.

Location is decent Smelled extremely strongly of cigarettes, and I'm not a picky customer.
it was perfectly on the strip without being a casinò. it has a pool and its parking is enough for one car for room. there wasn't a coffee machine nor the hairdryier
