Cons: Please keep breakfast open till 9:30, and the pricing just seemed 10% higher than I thought would be a good value. Front desk guy could not log in multiple times, so a queue of 3 guests took 20 minutes to clear the lobby, and there were 2 idle computers. It drove the guy at the desk crazy and the people in the queue. plumbing pipe near the stairwell made a lot of noise rattling all night long, I expect something didn't get braced right when they built the hotel.

Cons: My mattress was on the firm side. I like it a little softer. Also, for a two night stay, the cleaning crew never came by. I didn’t need my bedding and towels changed but it would have been nice to have the trash taken out or the bed made.

The hotel and room were very clean and nice and quiet. The A\C was great and kept room temp exactly where we wanted it even though the it was 112 out during the day. Great location and parking was easy without all those additional charges some of the other Doubletrees charged. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: The pool is dirty. The staff didn’t even know what room we were in/located as it’s spread out so walking around in 100 plus degree heat with bags isn’t fun. The service by the pool is minimal/not available. Food selection in the regular bars/cafes was terrible and pretty bland. The whole price of the hotel compared to its competitors in the area (we stayed at another hotel for 3 nights before but then left as we decided to extend our stay and they didn’t have room) were levels above this hotel. Not clean, not practical, not relaxing. I felt very sick after eating the food at the cafe by the pool. The adults pool was covered in bugs and people who openly admitted that they were not guests of the hotel but just walked in as nobody checks and completely drunk making my wife uncomfortable with their comments.

Cons: Bathroom! Acrylic from tub peeling, door was dirty (not scrubbed well enough) and their was filmy residue from the bathmat. Also in front door of room appeared to be vomit or something like it.

Cons: I had asked for a smoking room and thought it was one. They were actually ok about it. Then when I was checking out a woman who's kid my dogs barked made a mean racial remark. comment .was complaining about my dogs barking st her 9 or 10 year old kid that started screaming like someone was killing her before my two small dog even seen her. That's no way to act the dogs wouldnt have even noticed her had she not reacted so virulently. And the second I called them they came back to me. My side wasnt even taken or listened to and in front of this woman I was DNR from the hotel and told besides you leave the rooms to dirty. I wanted to die on the spot.THAT WAS A LIE. THEY DONT NEED TO CONCERN THEMSELVES I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN MY LIFE. I WOULDNT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN.I HAD spent over $700 dollars in my stay there. That was a lot more than this lady complaining and getting her room comped. Over my very gentle dogs. Sadly and embarrassed Ms.Angela Surrell

Cons: We traveled for 8 hours and had to wait almost two hours for our to be ready. The pool water was white and musky. We were all the way on the third floor when plenty of rooms in the first floor were available, I have two small kids to going up stairs is difficult.

Pros: The place was great and the staff was nice but I accidently schedule too many days at the hotel and they can refund me for 5 days that I over booked by mistake. It was a bummer that they can-do that but otherwise the hotel was cool. The Room that I was staying in the toilet kept running and I requested that maintenance fix it but they never came. Otherwise it's a great hotel!

Cons: The bathroom in my Room was running and I requested them to fix it but they never did and when I went to go do laundry the machine ate some my money and the detergent dispenser was broken.

Cons: the side of street this motel is on is very bad drugs prostitution crime when i got to phoenix two seperate police officers told me not to stay there if you want to live!!!!! so i checked in at a differant motel. who wrote the reviews on this motel must be prostitutes would not recomend this motel now i know why they made me pay first cause when you get there you wont even go on the property now that is very very pathetic

It essentially is used as a apartment complex for druggies and prostitutes. And the occasional traveler who needs quick place to stay and doesn't wanna pay 130 a night.
