Pros: Good location - close to Talking Stick Arena and Chase Field Modern facilities and decorations. There are a refig, ovens and tableware in the room. Convenient to cook by yourself. Free breakfast was nice and good quality Front Desk Agent was friendly and helpful. I originally booked the room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. When we checked in, we found the sofa bed was small. Front Desk staff, Miguel, help us to change to another room with two queen beds.

Pros: There were a few problems with the check-in, but the staff quickly resolved them and made a room available. The hotel is very new and they are still working out some kinks, but the staff was very accommodating and professional. The kitchen stocked with basic cooking items and dishes was nice. The pool is small and the water and pool room were cold. A lot of the rooms have a great view of the mountains and city. The complementary breakfast has a nice selection of hot and cold items, and the seating area has booths with TVs, as well as tables and a counter area where you can plug in electronic devices and eat. The lobby is large and modern. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Pros: We made the reservation for two nights to focus on planning our business and a couple get away before locked 2020 happened. The restaurants and all entertainment we planned on seeing closed but the hotel was still open and after some discussions with my wife we decided to still do the stay cation/business trip. Nathan the GM and Cody the night manager were awesome and made our decision easy. The property was in the center of the city. The staff was exceptional in making our stay for the two nights awesome. The suite we had catered to our desire to be pampered with the large jacuzzi tube in the large walk in shower. The corner suite allowed us to see downtown at night. We enjoyed our days working through our business plans and our nights connecting. Not sure what others are doing but for us lockdown 2020 has a special memorable weekend to it.

Pros: Amenities are amazing. The pool deck is great and was a nice spot to wind down after a busy work day. The overall feel of the hotel is so nice. Little things like water in the lobby and go a long way with me. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons: Three things 1) being pet friendly, you would think there would be a doggie area for you dog to relieve themselves. 2) So this may not have anything to do with the hotel but you may want to know what your customers go thru using something you recommend. The parking garage across the street. So we checked at 11:15ish. We paid our parking stub about 5 minutes later. Went to leave the garage and it said we still owed 2.00. Well we spoke to the lady over the speaker and she said we took to long from pd time to gate time. I explained the punch time one pd punch was wrong said 10:38. We left the hotel from the time on our ck out. She would not accept our answer and we had to pay it anyway. 3)receipt. Said our room total was 347.00 we paid 401.00 and no one explained what the extra amount was for. Not even on the receipt.

Pros: The Westin never fails me, i love the big rooms and beautiful bathrooms. We had a very large tv in our room and a beautiful view.
Cons: We stayed on Memorial Day weekend. Since “quarantine” was still in place, the hotel wasn’t packed but we still saw a few people walking in and out. We were a little disappointed that it seemed like the hotel was in “shut down mode” the pool wasn’t lit at night, and i can’t remember the other small things that let us down. We felt like the hotel was trying to minimize their electric bill and that affected our stay.

Cons: There is not one negative thing I could say about this hotel. From staff to security to decor and food. NOw, I didn't have a car, so maybe parking is a bear, but I couldn't say. Location was great too. Can walk to everything downtown.

Cons: Night audit was rude. people were not helpful. should ask everyday and remind them to change towels. 2 little shampoo in bathroom for 4 people. no welcome tray (apparently Hilton cant afford 4 bottles of water!). Heater was blowing chill. Security came to our room and said I am sorry this is blowing cold air, night audit insisted that it is not cold!!! I was sleeping in beanie and socks. to be fair, they reimbursed one night cost, but I would prefer to pay full cost and get full quality/service.

Cons: Not many amenities and the on-site restaurant was closed for the holiday when we arrived the day prior and the day of the holiday so it was not easy to find a place to eat. Also, the breakfast, which we paid for in advance was curtailed (they closed their kitchen) also because of the holiday so the options provided were very limited. It seems to us that services a hotel advertises as offering should be provided.

Cons: This hotel made me think of a roadside motel. The rooms are very small and cramped, the air conditioning is so noisy that getting a good nights sleep is next to impossible. The valet parking is ridiculously expensive at $33.

Large walk in shower and neat sink attached as well. Very clean and well lit rooms. There are also some cool places to eat within walking distance. Had a good breakfast in the restaurant and next day walked to a close by near coffee shop and got something light. Elevators also require a room key to even open them which is nice. It keeps things more calm as random people can’t just help themselves in and out. The rooms had USB charge ports on the desk build into the power outlets which was nice, there was plenty of them too.

Cons: Mandatory valet parking. Literally the only way to park for $14 a night and you feel like a jerk if you don’t tip. Anytime you want to come and go you have to wait for valet. If you want to try to find parking for free good luck tons of vehicles taking up every parking space as there since people live in that area as well. Private parking garages too. Valet should be completely optional. I’d rather park my own vehicle and grab it when I want to and if people want to use valet then they can have them go get it. Other than that, no real issue at this location. Sound travels pretty well in this place. You can hear televisions from your neighbors and stuff like that, but nothing unbearable. Water - The room had a fridge stocked with 4 water bottles, coffee maker with K Cups. The water bottles are $3 a pop. So make sure to bring your own or get enough to last.

Cons: The fan in the air conditioner had a problem - sounded like paper was stuck in it. Made it a little difficult to get to sleep. Secondly there was a noise in the bathroom that sounded like there was water dripping?

Pros: Close to convention center, but to bad to stay.
Cons: No AC, only one system that blew air for the whole hotel. cracks in bath tub tile, old hotel that is on historic register so many of the items are original. Louvers over doors and area around the entrance door to the room had large openings that allows light in making it hard to sleep. I left 2 days early and they still charged me $200 to leave.

Pros: I had no idea this was a historic hotel. I loved the location and the service, and ended up spending more time in the room than I had planned to. Also walked around the lobbies in the different floors to explore the pictures and props (like a museum your).
Cons: The faucet in the bathtub was tough to maneuver and it wasb either scalding hot or very cold water. Is also have liked a thermostat in the room for air-conditioning. My room faced the road and the street noise on weekend nights carried through and disturbed sleep.

Pros: Very nice location, situated in the heart of downtown Phoenix, walking distance to several attractions and nice restaurants. Only 5 mins walk to the Phoenix convention center. Nice and clean rooms. Attached to this hotel is a nice Mexican restaurant. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay for business or leisure in Phoenix.

Cons: Air /Heating system very noisy, thin walls more noise, opening above door let bright hallway light into the room all night, as well as noise from the hallway. Shower water went very hot to cold intermittently on its own. Very interesting and historic building, so these issues likely related to that. Great downtown location might justify the cost.

Cons: The only window was at least 7 ft up. Unless you’re 7 feet plus tall, you can’t see out of it. The peephole was at least 6 foot up on the door, so basically if you want to look outside, you need to open the door. No trash can in the bathroom, some of the throw-away coffee cups were wrapped in plastic, a few weren’t. One that didn’t had coffee marks around the rim. All cups should be wrapped in plastic!

Cons: They never fixed problems I complained about every day, some as easy as my lamp is broken. The white floor grout was black, bathroom door stained and dirty, My hair dryer went up in smoke, they did replace it.
