First vehicle traveled 8 miles and broke down. Took eight hours for their emergency roadside to show up. They have several different phone numbers. Each time I called, the rep would give a new phone number promising that group will be able to assist. Each time, the new number would have the same exact phone prompts. I feel they used this in order to get off the call. The second vehicle also ended up having the check engine light come on too. The employees at the local rental center were very helpful, but there didn’t appear to be a direct number to reach the rental center so I had to take a Lyft to get there and get assistance.Reviewed 25 May 2022

After making a car rental reservation online, I arrived at the desk and was very upset to learn that no cars were available to rent. They charged me a partial amount for insurance upfront, and told me I had to contact the insurance company to issue a refund. Disappointing experience.Reviewed 25 May 2022

There was no one at the Thrifty counter. A sign said to go to Dollar. The line at the Dollar counter was obscene. Every other rental place in the facility had cars available and little or no line. But Dollar’s line was going to be more than an hour wait. I actually left and went back the next day. Same thing. Unacceptable.Reviewed 27 Feb 2022

Apparently, according to the guys at the thrifty desk in Miami airport, they don't reserve a car if reservation is done less than 24 hours prior to arrival. Neded to argue with them and wait for more than one hour after midnight until they found a car to give me. Why does thrifty allow reservation online less than 24 hours if they don't have cars? Ridiculous at best. Poor user experience. Car was great.Reviewed 16 Feb 2022
