Cons:The cars werent ready people were waiting for hours to get their cars. I gave up and went to Alamo which had cars now and even cheaper than my rev. With thrifty. I will never use thrift again.Reviewed 10 May 2021

Cons:The line at the airport rental desk was 20 people deep. we waited 15 minutes and no one in line moved. perhaps there was some trouble, but we did not see anyone leave the desk to get their rental car. there were 3 agents at the desk. we decided that it would be better to get a lLyft to take us from the airport to our destination, 40 miles away. The cost of the Lyft from and back to the airport was less than the cost of the rental car. There was no way to modify or change the rental, so I lost $145. Pros:The car was nice and clean.Cons:The customer service and communication. After getting our confirmation for our car the morning of the pick up we arrive and have to wait 2-3 hours for our car. No compensation and no cares were given from the staff. Worst experience I’ve ever had and they had plenty of time to notify renters of the issue but chose not to so they could still get our money. Pros:Online booking Thrifty through Kayak was user-friendly. Excellent price.Cons:Thrifty Customer Service Check-Out Desk was not staffed upon arrival and departure at MSP Airport. It was very confusing especially at an airport where the terminals are not directly connected. Had to figure out that Hertz car rental at Terminal 1 (I arrived at Terminal 2) was the alternative car rental that checked out the vehicle to me. Recommend sending out customer notification via email or text the customer(s) ahead of time to allow for any unexpected change at any airport.Reviewed 25 Nov 2020

Pros:The staff was so friendly, professional and helpful. My car was clean and smelled so fresh. Returning the car was so quick and easy.
