I was scheduled to pick up the car at 11:00 AM, but I arrived at 11:45 AM. Even though I was a little late, the car was still not ready. I was told that because I didn't arrive at 11:00 AM, they hadn't prepared the car. One employee kindly helped by vacuuming it, but the car was not washed. It seemed like the staff were rushing because the location was about to close around 12:00 PM. However, customers who arrive before closing time should still receive the same level of service. I booked a car but it wasn't there when i arrived - that was a little bit stressful. When i returned a few hours later to make sure the car was then cancelled, they had another car for me which i was very happy for.
