Pros: From the moment we walked into the lobby, we knew we had picked the right place. Everything about the hotel is intended to insure the comfort and experience for their guests. From the old key and hassle room key to the Victorian period furnishings to the Cruise Room bar, you feel like you are part of another time. The staff was fantastic, the service was 5 star and the custom cocktails and history lesons in the Cruise Room were fantastic. Best location in Downtown. Perfect for first time Denver visitors or anyone looking for the perfect weekend getaway.

Cons: More reasonable food options e.g. continental breakfast.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location, staff, overt appearance and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond when they heard my concerns and righted a poor nights sleep. Thank you.
Cons: Had a king corner room. Ended up on the 2nd floor. Could hear everything outside due to poor window construction. Shower head was comeing out of the ceiling with plaster on the shower floor. Vanity mirror was cheap had lights out and didn't hold a position and was therefore useless.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I loved almost everything about my stay. The room and hotel were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Room service was incredibly fast, and the food was delicious. I was given a corner room as a surprise and that was very, very cool.
Cons: I only have a couple minor complaints. To start, there were some stains on the carpet and some chipped paint on the walls. The room also had a funny smell, but I figured it was just "old building" smell. My biggest issue was that I wasn't sure if the balcony was supposed to be private or not. It wraps around the whole building, but each balcony is separated by a large potted plant that was easy to step over. I figured that meant "private balcony" so we left our curtains open to enjoy the sunshine, and I happened to be undressed when the guests from the next room over stepped over the plant and walked across our balcony to look around the corner. It was very embarrassing. Either the hotel should have let us know that our balconies aren't exactly private, or they should put up barriers that you can't just walk over. Another small issue, they only gave us decaf coffee in the room.

Pros: Great location with easy walk and free buses around lower downtown. Hotel was lively and seemed a focal point for the area. Large sidewalk fountain outside for little kids (I didn't have mine with me).
Cons: Staff seemed a little stiff and geared toward yuppies, but this place is a yuppie's dream. They were very helpful, but enjoyed reminding me that they helped me with an early checkin, like they anticipated me fighting over the bill... just odd.

Pros: Location and cleanliness were phenomenal. Free gouret coffee, ice cream, beer, and courtesy Tesla were really nice, unique touches.
Cons:

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great rooms.
Cons: Valet service didnt perform well. Called for car..no answer. Then front desk clerk gave them our room # instead of ticket # and they didnt have car ready.

I wasn't sure that was because of the crime or just to deter it. But as a woman at night alone, I felt extremely safe walking around exploring.
Cons: Being a smoker, there really wasn't well established designated smoking areas so I got harassed a few times. But they were friendly and pointed me to a direction to smoke. Needless to say, I didn't smoke much. That was good.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: BEAUTIFUL, QUIET ROOMS. NICE SELECTION OF PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK. COOL IPAD WITH ALARM CLOCK AND FREE INTERNET AND ROOM SERVICE,ETC.
Cons: THE ACTUAL LOBBY/CHECK IN DESK WAS OUT OF THE WAY AND VERY SMALL. MAKES IT A BIT DIFFICULT TO "MEET IN THE LOBBY" WHEN JOINING FRIENDS.
VALET OR EXPENSIVE GARAGE PARKING ARE THE ONLY REAL OPTIONS AS THE METERS ARE ONLY 30 MIN OR 120 MIN AND GO UNTIL MIDNIGHT AND START AT 6AM.

Pros: Our daughter left her stuffed animal in the hotel room after we had checked out and were on our way to the airport. She was in tears. Ana, house keeping manager, saved the day and brought the toy to the front desk, where a local friend of ours was able to pick it up and ship it to our address. Cons: Our hotel room was nice, but the handicap shower -/ bathroom would yield a lot of water on the floor. Maybe a different room would have been better...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was bigger than expected.. the staff was very helpful and happy..the hotel is beautiful. The fireplace going in the lobby was very welcoming.
Cons: The bar seemed short staffed Felt bad for the one lady working.. she was running like crazy but very professional.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, very clean, great room and I had a pretty neat view. The hot water for the whole building went out for a few hours, which sucked. But the staff handled it best they could, and they comped valet services and all that because of that.
Cons: The bed itself sucked. Let me preface, I sleep on a hard bed at home. This bed was not hard, it was a slab of concrete. Everything else was great though!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very large and nice room, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean rooms.
Cons: There were several issues with my bill. First someone blocked the wrong amount on my card, then the total amount on the bill was ~300 $ higher than what I had booked. It took three visits to the front desk and five (!) different employees to fix this. One of the accountants (at least that's what he introduced himself as) recalculated the whole bill by hand and came to two completely wrong results before finally getting it right on the third try. I had to look over his shoulder and correct some of his intermediate steps, otherwise it might have taken even longer. At the end he apparently didn't correct the bill in the system and the incorrect amount remained. At checkout all of this was fixed in ten minutes by a very capable lady and I ended up paying less than expected. They basically didn't charge me for one of the nights to make up for the trouble. That was definitely very nice of them and everybody always remained friendly during the process, but maybe the employees should be trained a bit better so the guests and the hotel don't loose time and money on issues like this one. Breakfast could maybe have a few more options for lactose intolerance and other allergies/intolerances. They have soy milk in the kitchen, I felt a bit uncomfortable with having to bother the staff every morning though.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Water was supplied on extremely hot days which was every day we were there. Breakfast was superb, couldn't ask for anything more.
Cons: just found that one of the bar attendants seemed bothered when we asked for a couple of things at their happy hour. We decided to order dinner from their menu and it seemed to be a problem for him. Another guy made up for him who was very nice.
7.9 Good
Pros: Amenities were great. Outstanding Breakfast and staff.
Cons: Late check out was 30 minutes after check out. $75 each additional hour afterwards. So unnecessary to charge that amount. No trying to accommodate.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, very nice hotel, kitchenette was nice to have though I didn't actually cook in it. Very nice hotel and lobby/bar area.
Cons: I have no complaints, especially for a supposedly 3 1/2 star hotel, I would say it was a 4+ star for sure.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the staff-- who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were all great and kept everything stocked.
Cons: It would be nice if they offered room options with more than one real bed (all rooms are King and fold-out couch), but I understand that is the style of the hotel. For our purposes, one king isn't ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Very limited menu but reception value from 5-7 pm was excellent.

Pros: So my fiancé and I travel quiet a bit more so myself than her. We loved the hotel. Very comfy and quiet.
Cons: A lot of homeless people around the area or people strung out on drugs. If you want to go anywhere you’re going to have to Über or rent a vehicle because there’s not much around unless you’re willing to walk and it sucks in the winter months to walk a mile in the cold weather

Pros: I appreciated the lovely room, friendly staff, and happy hour. Good location, easy to walk to the mall and all the downtown amenities.
Cons: If you accidentally get on the service elevator (which appears to respond to the call button like the other 2 guest elevators), you may accidentally end up in the kitchen of the attached restaurant.

Pros: Loved the interior of hotel and breakfast was amazing at Panzano. Kelly who checked us in was so helpful in giving directions and super friendly!
Cons: Disappointed in heat not working in room. Staff did move us to a different room which light would flicker when heat came on and blew a fuse by using the hotel provided blow dryer. Front desk clerk that checked us out was not friendly at all, didn’t ask how stay was or make any conversation.

Pros: Food and drinks were always good at the restaurant/bar. The location was very convenient. The staff were always responsive and polite.
Cons: I wish there was a refrigerator in the room; the ironing board was really hard to open and close; I would have preferred a closet with doors to put away shoes and clothes out of sight; I DO NOT like how long it took for housekeeping services to come to my room everyday. I think the restaurant, coffee place and bar should be at a discounted rate for those who are staying at the hotel.

Pros: It was I’m Denver.
Cons: So, to begin, I stayed in a 10th floor Mountain View room. When I arrived I was informed that I would either have to pay $47 per day to valet my car or use the surface lots around the hotel, about $42 a day. The hotel was MAYBE 50% occupied. I told the hotel that I would have definitely booked elsewhere had I known. Other area hotels would have not charged this due to my other rewards program. It was a 33% increase in my cost. I’m not cheap, I just don’t like being blind sided.

Pros: Loved the location, the complimentary breakfast, the evening complimentary drinks and snacks, and the overall look and feel of the space.

Pros: Kandee at the front desk was absolutely lovely and hand made a little card for a wedding anniversary- very sweet and made us feel especially welcome
Cons: I wasn’t expecting the high parking price for one night I had the impression that parking was included for guests and the fee applied to people not staying in the hotel.

Pros:
Cons: The overnight parking is expensive $35 per night minimum and when front desk was asked about alternatives none were provided. Otherwise the hotel stay was lovely and well worth the price.

Pros:
Cons: We chose the Westin for the pool. We were supposed the check in at 4p, but they weren’t able to get us into our room until nearly 6p. That was only after I went to the counter at 530p & demanded a room. They offered us a downgraded room that was ready immediately & when I declined, they were able to get us into a room that we paid for. We had evening plans, so the pool was out. We could have stayed in a comparable hotel with no pool for less money. Very disappointed.

Pros: Starbucks staff on lower level were awesome. At 6 am on a Sunday morning even! We upgraded our room for $35 and had a great view. We were accommodated with early check in.
Cons: The front desk person messed up a special request. We asked for a bottle of champagne to put in our daughters room to celebrate a special occasion, and the champagne was delivered to the wrong room. Surprise ruined. Dangerous scaffolding in front of entrance was very off-putting.

Pros: The room location was nice. It was close to the 16th Street Mall.
Cons: When I booked this room, I was told it was a room with a scenic view. We were placed on the 2nd floor. I asked if we could move up higher in order to get a better view of the city, and the front desk male person said he could not accommodate me. Never gave me a reason why. The room was facing a construction site and since it was on the second floor there was no good view of the city as I expected. In addition, the bathroom in our room was not working correctly. I called the front desk and maintenance came up to the room with a plunger and said it was fixed. It was not fixed but since we were checking out the following day, we just dealt with it and used the restroom downstairs in the Pool/Spa area.

Pros: The breakfast was great and well priced. My room was clean (although I had to request to be moved) and the bed was comfortable. It also had a nice vibe.
Cons: We tried to go to the bar for a few drinks. The restaurant was empty and the bar was full. We asked about our options and the girls attitude was pretty much "You're just out of luck. If you cannot find a seat at the bar, we can't really help you" and we felt blown off. I also feel like we should be informed of the renovation prior to the stay. The closed the lobby on day 2 of my stay and it was absolute chaos trying to figure out where to go. They labeled things - - but not well. There were literally several of us wandering around asking how to get out of the facility. I would pay to stay there...but I think I paid too much for the inconvenience that there was.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location was very good and the room I finally got was pert.
Cons: The staff needs some training. S end to be very new.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location and staff but the water was turned off for over for 8-9 hours one day so you could not shower, use the bathroom or anything. That is not acceptable especially during a holiday week.
Cons:

Pros: Great location in downtown Denver. Highly recommend!!
Cons:
4.8 Okay
Pros: Staff were very attentive and helpful, location is definitely a plus.
Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable. View from room was of valet booth. No car service to drop you nearby. Parking overnight $40. I don't normally mind the extra fees but this hotel simply didn't fit its inflated rate.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: For a 3 star hotel, it is not that bad. Room was clean. Location was very near heart of the downtown.
Cons: We stayed on the second floor. We were provided with two sets of ear plugs but did not know it would get that noisy at night. It was so noisy that we could not sleep at all. I would not stay at this hotel ever.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: I had to switch rooms three times due to issues, housekeeping came in in the morning when I was asleep. The walls are also VERY thin.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the feel of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the location.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at 10am (early), but we went to the desk anyway. Only one of our rooms was ready as the were still cleaning our other two rooms. Not a problem at all! It's just I did not receive a text that our room was ready until 3pm.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was bright and clean. Location was great. Price was great.
Cons: The decor although bright and pretty felt really cheap. The bathroom (toilet and shower part) was way too small and didn’t offer enough privacy. It was very echoey in there. The shower didn’t have anything to help my shave my legs. If you have a standing shower you need a little nook you can rest your foot on or something.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location we’re top notch!
Cons: Food selection was poor and the parking wasn’t great. Room was small and the ac wasn’t cold.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice rooms
Cons: After 2nd night when they cleaned no wash clothes were left. After the 3rd night we were late leaving the room (noonish) but when we left we put out the door sign asking for the room to be refreshed, but it wasn't so 2 days no wash cloths ran out of Kleenex and had to call for more towels which were delivered promptly (thank you) but still no wash clothes.
6.3 Good
Pros: Free drink tokens on the first night
Cons: Asked for a room with a view on the top floor I got the top floor but the view was of another hotel being remodeled
