Cons: The restaurant however was underwhelming. Again, the most amazing space, but our breakfast was just okay. And the coffee game needs to be stepped up.

Cons: The continental breakfast. I was hoping for eggs, and just a whole platter of food.

Cons: The room was very loud. Noises could be heard clearly from the hallway, next door and outside.

Cons: No 24 hour room service

Cons: The bed was a little "used up". Not so bad, but had a little too much sag in the center.

Cons: The mini-bar in the refrigerator has sensors on the cans of pop/beer and if you literally move them (to put your left overs in the fridge, or for any other reason) then it is automatically billed to your room. I found a way to purchase $40 of Coke, diet Coke, Sprite, and Bud Light.

Cons: Needs a usb port in the room. Most rooms I've stayed at have them. Very useful for charging your phone

Cons: Our air conditioning only blew in the living area not the bedroom. it was just a little warm for sleeping.

Cons: Continental breakfast sucks.

Cons: The cable in the room kept cutting out and it was difficult to navigate. The room had two columns in it that did not make any sense. The lobby elevators were laid out in a confusing manner. No shop in the lobby for things like toothbrushes, Benadryl, etc.

Cons: People mover near window.

Cons: Fishbones food is just OK.

Cons: The hotel needs a complete renovation. The beds were so old and uncomfortable, we ended up checking out at 6:00 am after a sleepless night.

Cons: The beds were very hard, the air didn't work very well, kept kicking off. There were dirty finger prints on the walls, chips in the paint. Parking cost extra. The wall are very thin, could here the elevator bell from our bed in the morning.

Cons: Love it all. Only thing bad, which isnt really that bad, but found clothing from prior guests behind the chair.

Cons: Waiting at the valet for 20 min for my car

Cons: the lamps in my room 2609 were covered in dust, as well as the wall behind the lamp between the beds--- [have pictures] Also, the coffee used for the keurig machine is absolutely horrible. We had to call down to get extra tea instead. The eggs, bacon, and the French Toast were cold in the buffet, many people complained. Response from the gentleman walking around in behind was "yep" They did bring out new trays of hot food, however the problem from what we could see, was that the water underneath was not hot and steaming when they lifted the other trays out. There was a full container of bacon which they just took out back. They were going to reheat and bring out later. Not a good thing to do.

Cons: Room needs a fridge and microwave

Cons: the wait to check in was 45 minutes.

Cons: Rooms are a little on the small side, in my opinion.

Cons: Room at night had big spotlights we weren't told about upon check out. Had to close drapes and it was still lighting up the room. Just terrible

Cons: Heard loud music all night. Not sure if it was from bars outside or from neighbors? Couldn't tell.

Cons: That we couldn't bring our own alcohol. And it would if been nice if our room would of had a Bose alarm clock & and auxiliary cable to play music through the radio. But that's being picky. It was really a first class hotel.

Cons: We stayed on a Thursday and all of the local bars closed between 12 and 1 am. No local joints delivered food that late. Hotel room service ended at midnight. We were starving.

Cons: While approaching our room we could hear neighboring couple and son yelling and being loud. We turned right around and went back to front desk where we were quickly reassigned a quiet room overlooking downtown and Comerica Park.

Cons: We loved everything, especially the free upgrade on our room, and room service was awesome!!

Cons: Room cards failed on numerous occasions. Kept nowhere near magnets or phones. First time right after check in was annoying but the third time after a concert with the elevators jam packed, not cool!

Cons: Handles on closet and bathroom doors were dirty. Iron had melted debris. Ice/coffee station was delaminating and falling apart. Sink faucet was loose. Some stains on the curtains. If this were a sub-$100/night room, I might have not be concerned with the deterioration of the room. However, at $250/night I expect everything to be well maintained. The staff was quick to provide a new iron and send some one up for another cleaning.

Cons: The fact that my sister and I had a marathon early in the morning. The loud neighbors were rude and inconsiderate. I called security on them once, however they kept being loud. My sister and I got at most, an hour of sleep.

Cons: No pool

Cons: Waited in line for 30 mins just to check in and I was only 5th in line. Absurd and felt the front desk person was definitely in no rush to help. Also charged a $14 “amenities fee” at checkout. It was not brought up prior. When asking front desk about the fee, they said it covers WiFi and Parking. This stuff is already free!! WTF Greektown? Typical Detroit shadiness that keeps the city looking like sh**.

Cons: I wish there would have been a small refrigerator for our own drinks and leftover food we had from dinner. Food had to sit out all night and spoiled.

Cons: We stayed 2 nights. First night booked through casino. 2nd night through the site. First night room was beautiful. Recently upgraded. Clean. Got into our room by 12pm. Second night room was supposed to be vip and upgrade. We couldn’t get in until 4pm and staff was not pleased that we kept checking to see if it was. Floor had food on it. Wasn’t upgraded and looked like it hadn’t been redecorated in years. Thermostat was out of control. We paid a lot of money for a few jets in the bathtub and a subpar room. Knowing that they had really nice base rooms available and then knowing we had paid extra for this shoddy corner room - I wouldn’t do it again. When I called the desk to complain the second night, the boy who answered said all the rooms were delux and the same. I didn’t want to argue. We just won’t use the site to book anymore.

Cons: Room wasn't fully cleaned when arrived. Bed wasn't completely made, ice bucket had leftover ice/water in it, glasses were dirty, bath tub was dirty.

Cons: MY room was so nasty , I stay in 5 star hotels anytime me and my wife go out and never have seen a room so nasty! I don't think anyone has dusted since the hotel opened! Hair on th the bathroom floor , in tub and shower ( it was not mine) !!! Sunflower seeds on carpet as well as crumbs (again not from me) food on the table , no suger for coffee and only 1 cup! The fridge would not get cold , I figured out why ( it's on a TIMER yes a TIMER) can you say cheap!!! Then the bed had hair in it (not mine) sheets looked liked they had not been washed! I did not even want to sit because everything was so gross !!! Chair at desk even had coffee dripped all over it, tile floor was caked full of black grime!!!! Hotel elevator and rooms floor smelled like pot , neighbors were so very loud! To get a clean room you must have to pay extra to get a floor higher in the executive level! This was my first time in Detroit and if I based if I would go back off of what my room was like it would be a 100% Hel l No! But I loved the atmosphere and restaurants and the city is beautiful , so I would go back just not ever stay here again! Heads up i am a smoker but my wife is not , I hate the smell of smoke any everywhere in the hotel smells like one big ashtray! Management really needs to step up and check on rooms before guests arrive and let go of employees who clearly cannot do there jobs!!!

Cons: noisy, horrible view from room directly looking at parking ramp

Cons: Poor buffet staff. So smoky on casino floor it got hard to breathe.

Cons: You could hear the people coming and going through out the night. Slamming the doors. And there were little black flies, almost like fruit flies, flying around in the bathroom and bedroom.

Cons: $15 to park next door at a lot that advertises $10 rates.

Cons: The valet was a little expensive at $27/day.

Cons: Never brought us toilet paper, towels, or pillows. Had to call them 3 times if I needed anything because they would just never show up. Front desk lady was so rude, didn't even take my complaints into consideration. I come to Detriot every weekend for work and last week I stayed at a $60 a night hotel that had WAY BETTER service than this $200 a night hotel! Don't waste your money! I wish I could get mine back after how these people treated us! OH I shouldn't forget that on our last day when we called the luggage cart up the lady made my 9 month pregnant friend roll it down and put the luggage in the car without helping her at all! I will NEVER come back here!

Cons: I loved my whole experience.

Cons: Shower tile could've used a bit more attention from housekeeping.

Cons: the bill reflected their rate, and not the rate agreed through the site. Almost cost $350 more had I not checked. The front desk corrected, but not thoroughly.

Cons: charged us for bottled water

Cons: Airport shuttle wouldn’t pick me up at car rental depot even though it’s right there. Told them I was alone and traveling with my three year old and had a lot of luggage as well. They suggested I tried “talking the rental car company into it”. The only other issue, though it WAS an issue, was the obnoxiously loud doors and auto shut mechanisms on them. Took a long time to sleep with those things slamming every 2-3 minutes.

Cons: The staff was nice overall. However, when I checked in, one of the nice ladies at the counter didn't speak English too well. Communication was difficult, but I'm not sure how much control Comfort Inn has over this nitpick. Also, at least for now, there is a lot of construction in the area. So it's hard to imagine what the stay would have been like without it. But neither of us were particularly fond of the prolonged roadwork.

Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes to check in because they did not have my reservation in the system (it was booked using one of those hotel booking sites). It was eventually resolved but not something you want to do at midnight after a long trip. First room had a telephone but no wire connecting it. The TV set did not work. 2nd room had a telephone with a connecting wire but no dial tone. With two queen beds, room was a little tight, could not sit at the desk and another person get by. In both rooms, toilet seats were loose.

Cons: Bathroom was a little small and there was no conditioner for my hair, but otherwise my stay was great.

Cons: View of Overgrown, abandoned hotel across the parking lot and moldy/ musty smelling room.

Cons: lobby was extremely hot and humid, restaurant was ok... food not so great.
