Pros: Good customer service
Cons: Had to wait over an in line to pick up car and then car wasn't available for another half hour. Staff wad helpful and phoned customer service and was reimbursed for lost time.

Cons: The pickup was extremely busy and crowded due to disney cruise disembarkment. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, just a long wait.

Excellent price
Pros: The Costco portal was much less expensive than the rental through the Kayak portal. The car was also in excellent condition.
Cons: The price of the car rental offered through Kayak that I cancelled. Much too expensive.

Terrible pick up experience
Pros: They tried to apologize but.....
Cons: Office closed even website showed they would be open. Arrived on Dec 25th. I had to come back next day to pick up, despite the fact they tried to apologize..... Car had only 1/2 tank of gas. There were other clients as well. Disappointed.

Loved it!
Pros: We liked the simplicity of the pick-up drop-off. Alamo was three, almost four times cheaper than any other rental company.
Cons: I still think we’re paying too much to simply rent a van.

Alamo Performed
Pros: I had a great experience with Alamo. The pickup at DTW Airport went smoothly and the people at counter in in field were very nice. I returned car at MDW Airport on Xmas day. The guy who collected my car and printed off my receipt was friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Exellent Service and Price
Pros: The agent at the Alamo Cruise terminal was professional in every way, from dress to helpfulness. He even gave us a free upgrade to accommodate our 6 passengers and luggage.
Cons: We had to wait about 20 minutes after getting in line for the two available agents.
