Awful ExperienceCons:Did not even end up renting the car, was not informed of the hours for pickup, arrived 15 mins after scheduled pickup and booth was closed, called several times and could not get through to anyone.. Hoped I was not gong to be charged but now seeing full rental and insurance charge on my credit card. Just got off phone with customer service who said this is a non cancellation fee for booking and not showing up in time. Will not be using this service againReviewed 4 Nov 2015
