Pros: Gorgeous hotel with spot-on amenities. Fantastic and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very well done.

Pros: Browns was a small boutique hotel in downtown Lisbon. It’s location made exploring easy and the staff at the desk and the bar were amazingly helpful and always happy. The room, although small (small room with street view) was perfect. All the little details and extras made up for the lack of size. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Pros: Not the cheapest hotel in Lisbon, but for sure, the best value for money ratio :)... it's really a palace in the centre of Lisbon! Very cosy and very relaxing, luxorius but not opulent... everything is made with very good taste, the staff is very friendly!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and truly monumental and a part of the Portuguese history, opulence and grandeur. Everything about it was magnificeint, from the lobby to the room, to the hotel service and staff. I couldn't have wished for more!

Pros: Great location, quiet, clean, friendly staff made my stay comfortable. Easy to get in and out to explore the city or catch a train or subway to nearby locations.

Pros: The front desk staff could not have been nicer, very professional considering, especially considering their current lack of a working front desk. Breakfast was available at a great little restaurant only a few doors down from the hotel staircase. Great hot and cold variety of buffet items for any taste. New rooms are pretty great and very quiet. Convenient location to central tourist sights. Hotel is located in a flat part of Lisbon which is helpful at the end of fabulous day touring, eating, and drinking.

Pros: Very helpful hotel staff and great location walking distance of central pedestrian area in Lisbon. Hotel has a 18Euro per day deal with a parking garage so driving your car is definetely an option.

Pros: The hotel is very well-placed and design. People are very kind and helpful. The buffet on the 7th floor (with terrace) is very good. Rooms are overlooking the main streets and windows make it silent.

Pros: The hotel staff were very pleasant. They always welcomed you upon entering and leaving and genuinely seemed happy to see you. They helped us with places to eat, getting cabs, and even had a Blackberry charger for me since I brought the wrong charger. The duluxe room we stayed in had a small balcony where we spent some really nice time watching the city go by while we enjoyed a class or port. The hotel restaurant on the roof is a nice touch.
