Even the paid WiFi was spotty at best
staff extremely friendly; good breakfast; comfortable; convenient
Location. Fitness room was OK, but limited
Clean, friendly staff, hampton is a chain that I have always found to be well worth the money we paid. Hot buffet breakfast makes it a very convient place to stay.
The staff, especailly the person who was working at the desk the night we arrived were all very helpful. Was a little difficult to get into and out of the hotel due to the placement on Highway 1.
We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was a good surprise. I was expecting regular accomodations and service but the room and bathroom - not to mention the staff - was way better than just regular. Considering the prices in Boston hotels, even if you have to drive or take the train downtown everyday to enjoy your turism, it is worth staying at this Confort Inn. I have only good things to say. :-)
Very quiet, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.
Good shuttle sevice, spotless room, attentive staff Had no problems.
Beds were good, lounge downstairs was nice, good breakfast, nice outdoor sitting area with gas fire ledge. Having to tip toe around the entry, lobby, and elevator area while a rather large crew of guys used somewhat loud equipment to clean & scrub floors. Had to be careful getting around because floors were wet from entry all way to elevators.
The place was well kept and my accommodations were good, especially for a very reasonable price. I was disturbed by a loud conversation in the next room for a while and an air mattress endeavor at about 3am across the hall. The walls may be a bit thin there. Those were the only issues however.
The Hotel staff was very friendly and very supportive. I had to fax a confirmation letter to the Bank, so the manager Maxim Davidov did everything to fax a letter on time and was willing and eager to help. I also liked that we did not have to ask twice for anything that we requested. I liked everything regarding the hotel. My only concern was location. I had an exam in Boston and it takes about 7-8 stops by metro to get to the city of Boston. But then again, the price was very convenient, especially when you are on a budget. Also very close to the Logan International airport.
It had a shuttle to and from airport. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. It is a short distance from the airport Nothing really
Great hotel for visiting Boston. Breakfast was great. Staff was very attentive. Pizza Boy (nearby) has excellent pizza and you can walk to it.
Very convenient shuttle Adjacent restaurant is poor
Close to airport and free shuttle to the airport. Maybe free shuttle from the airport would be great too.
The hotel appeared clean and the room was quiet. The breakfast offered was fine and the complimentary shuttle to the airport worked out very well. We drove to Boston's north end for a wonderful Italian dinner and getting back and forth was simple and straight forward. We found that the room telephone did not work when we attempted to contact the front desk to retreive our car from the valet parking. Also, the television stopped delivering all the channels...it intially worked with all channels but then a number of them "disappeared" which was disappointing. It would be better, also, if Pay per View was available as we would have enjoyed staying in and watching a good movie before an early morning flight.
breakfast was pretty good and sumptuous Transport to the Airport was restrictive and it took too much time!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchens were great and the staff was very friendly. The kids loved the pool, I loved the patio w/ the grill and my husband loved the wireless highspeed internet. A little something for all of us to enjoy!
Hotel rooms need upgrad overall. Rest of hotel seemed very clean and staff very helpful.b
We stayed for one night (Friday to Saturday). The rooms are nice, but there was all kinds of noise above us, literally from our check-in time (4:00pm) until 10pm. Called desk and asked what was going on. She said she'd take care of it. Noise still happened, so we were moved to 111. Bed was a bit hard, and the couches are insanely UNCOMFORTABLE, even to sit on. Saturday, we went to get breakfast in the morning, and was told that breakfast is only offered Monday-Friday, so we packed up our stuff, checked out, and didn't look back. We did like that every room had a little stove, a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, but we didn't even use them, since we were there one night.
It was affordable and perfect for a family of 5. Beds & pillows could be a lot better and bathroom needs to be updated however for the price & clean rooms, I would stay there again.
This place is filthy. Beds and furniture literally falling apart. I think this place houses indigent people from the state as some truly sick people seem to LIVE there. The gent at the front counter was rude and uncooperative. I booked this dump for a week and stayed just a couple of days. I couldn't wait to get out of town. ps...you pay for the internet and the food is unedible.
The room was ok but very dated and dirty. Staff was friendly - provided a few menus and gave recommendations of nearby restaurants that delivered. Kids enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was good. Hotel was located close to Salem, MA for Halloween festivities.
Hotel was nice and clean. Maintenance was somewhat lacking (bathroom door latch broken). Pool was comfortable. Quiet location - a bit difficult to find at first. Would stay again. Hotel employees were extremely nice. Good value.
Anonymous from CA: I found this hotel to be extremely clean, quiet and safe. It totally met my needs for a week-long stay. It was somewhat difficult to find at first; perhaps more signs on the street leading to the hotel might help. The location was a little inconvenient if visiting Salem (yet convenient to the Interstate), but it was extremely reasonable,.
I found the hotel to be excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is close to Boston. I will book with this hotel when I visit the Bostron area again.
This hotel was the filthy. The worst place i've stayed. I suggest you not book there for any reason.
Nice and clean room, but a little small. Nice and functional kitchen. Good for extended stay on a budget.
We Love this hotel it is a perfect place for little money when you have 3 kids. Nice kitchen area so you dont have to eat out all your meals when traveling with kids. We stay there often and wil continue to stay. Thank You for providing a great place for a wekend getaway that all family's can afford.
The place was beautiful. Right near the beach. Only a short 15 minute drive to Salem. The hotel charged me for the same room three times. I confronted them and at first they apologized and admitted mistake, then after talking to the manager she said that they always do that and there was a sign at the front (which I didn't see) that's says they do that. It's been over a week and I've only been refunded once. Not twice. The rooms are small. The AC decides when it wants to work. Won't be going back.
Employees are nice the restaurant fell short of our expectations, on a Friday night there was virtually nothing to choose from and what we ordered was not good; although breakfast buffet was quite good. tiny bedroom with nightstand on only 1 side. location is far from shopping and restaurants. pathway to beach and beach itself were nice.
Clean, wel presented rooms. Ideally locaed for visiting Salem & the North Shore. Hotel gave US Government / Military discount on production of my British Army ID card
Room was very small. Front desk staff: 3 out of 4 of them were brainless. Residential back road location impossible without GPS. Overpriced for what it was.
Close proximity to a lot of things needed small refrig for water Shower curtain in room had mold
Convenient to the event we were going to. Very small room.
Location in Beverly, close in eateries, quiet place when we stayed there. It's definitely a gem. Down side is that the rooms are a bit small and it gets sold out on week ends for Weddings. According to the desk clerk they were sold out Fri, Sat 51 weeks in 2013, 2014 looks even more active.
Good location, great for Salem sightseeing - rooms can be a little dark but we got a room change for a higher floor
Small hotel with prompt service Rooms are small.
Room was clean. From the website we got the impression that this would be an interesting hotel in a nice environment. The hotel makes part of a conference centre but does not have real hotel facilities. Breakfast was for instance very basic, a cup of coffee and a muffin on a plate on your lap. In fact, you get a very basic room and that is it. The prices however, are far too high. We paid about $ 190 (including taxes) for one night. There are better and cheaper hotels in the area.
The reservationist and concierge staff were AAA+++ The room is too small for two people. Room couldn't easily accomodate laying out our 2 suitcases - there was one stand and we used a chair for the other piece. Would expect more space for the room rate.
Cleanliness, convenient location, friendly staff Small room size
I liked the bed and how comfortable it was. The hotel was clean. I didn't like that every morning around 8:00 I would be awaken by the loud talking of the housekeeping staff. It was as if they congregated around our room and were yelling towards the door. It was horrible!
The cafe was excellent and very convenient. So nice to sit on the sofa and watch football. We love Starbucks coffee! Also, we had forgotten some things, and the staff provided them for us. They were also quick to send housekeeping to our room when needed. The hotel was quiet, and there is a mall across the street. Great stay!
The room was super comfortable, the refrigerator came in very handy, and the bathroom was beautiful! I enjoyed the lighting in the room being rather soft than in-your-face bright, I loved my stay in your hotel. N/A
Having my wedding there in August 2016
Nothing Everything. Website states that hotel has easy access to the commuter rail into the city. This is incorrect. It is outside of the shuttles "travel zone" and when we inquired about getting to the terminal we were coldly told that we needed to take a cab that would cost $35-40 every trip. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. We were made to feel like an inconvenience whenever we inquired about using the hotel shuttle. Will never stay again.
Staff was really friendly and the sheets were super soft. Our bed skirt had multiple rips in it hanging down, there was a hole in the lamp shade, our bathtub leaked onto the bathroom floor and the leather was peeling off the bed post. The whole floor we stayed on also wreaked of cigarettes.
It is located on a busy, business oriented highway. Nothing special about ambiance, but the rooms were clean, good size and beds were comfortable. Registration staff were efficient and pleasant. Just not the type of place that I would want to hang around. Good overnight and go type place.
The carpets had visible stains all over them. Other than that, I'd say the room was pretty clean and inviting. It was kind of a bummer when the carpets ruined the overall vibe of the room.
Excellent location! Wide range of restaurants and shops around. Very close to Boston.
Unfamiliar with the Boston/Logan Airport/Peabody area, I arrived at the airport and called the hotel -- asking if there was a "cheap" way to get there, not having a car. I was told a taxi cab was the only way to come if I was not driving myself. Through a little digging I eventually learned that there is indeed a bus service running about every 1/2 hour from the airport to Peabody (the Logan Express). Why the hotel clerk could not have known that, I can't imagine. That lack of local knowledge on the part of the hotel staff really upset me.
It was clean and comfortable. Listed online as having shuttle service to airport. It doesn't.
Due to the free parking and location close to Boston is a good choice for to visit the city and sorroundings (Rockport,Salem...). Free wifi. Clean Only 1 computer for the whole hotel
Great rates, typically good Hampton, and small bar for drink and food if needed
Clean, comforable room, with free shuttle to airport
When we had a problem with our room they changed it relatively quickly. They also have a shuttle from the airport to subway to take into the city which was convienient. We got to the hotel around 9. As soon as we got there the receptionist called someone on the phone speaking Spainish. Obviously about our room. I guess she didn't realize my boyfriend spoke spainish and could Understand there was a problem. When we got to the room there was a yellowed old ozone machine in the room and the room smelled like smoke and marijuana covered by an insane amount of room spray. I went to the hall and told the cleaner and she came in and acted suprised...while trying to sneakily remove to old air purifying machine they had forgotten. They switched our room easily however they double charged me for our new room. Very poorly handled business. Just make sure you watch your step there.
An excellent Hampton Inn! Has a on-site lounge and restaurant...staff was fantastic...free parking saved me 50-60$ by itself as most hotels near Logan Airport charge for parking...all in all, was pleasantly surprised by this place Nothing
Eating facilities at arrival and breakfast.
Very seemingly new hotel - everything very clean, updated. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast since we had to leave too early, but appreciated the chocolate chip cookie offered at check-in! Staff was *extremely* friendly, together, and helpful. Free parking, and they also have an airport shuttle if you need it. Great hotel! Keep up the good work! Bed maybe a tad uncomfortable, but I did have too much coffee that night. (Pillows were huge.)
The Staff was very helpful as soon as we checked in. The Hampton Inn is just a few minutes from the airport so it is the best choice to stay before your flight out the next day. The shuttle took us to our gate.
Shuttle Service Airport location Food Nice room High cost
clean and well kept, comfortable sleeping
I was impressed that there was a choice of hard or soft pillows.
Describing it as Logan Airport is misleading. Expected it to be closer
Nice rooms, pool (a little small but not busy so it didn't matter for us) and whirlpool. Great hot breakfast. Close to highway. Excellent value for the price. If it cost as much as some other hotels in the area I wouldn't give it such a good review but for the price it's great. Clean too and we were able to check in a little early. Sofa bed mattress is quite uncomfortable, though they always are. I thought little shampoo bottles were usually standard but not included here - I found my own but I assume it's available on request. View is not great - highways on both sides and a grungy pond on the other.
The rooms are comfortable. This hotel is not equipped with a larger fridge and there are not some of the amenities you find in other extended stay hotels. The hot tub was broke and we were never told of that when we booked or upon check-in, it was a surprise. The elevators certificates were out of date so that made us uncomfortable. One by 2 years! The staff was friendly..the buffet in the morning is by far the best part of this hotel. They offer far more options than a typical hotel buffet. Would definatly stay here again the proce was right.
Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly smaller than I was expecting. We were on the top floor near the end of the hall which made our multi-night stay nice and quiet. We would stay there again. The entrance is hard to spot at first and since the hotelast is on a divided highway, if you miss it, it'seems a nuisance going past it to the next exit, going back the other way to the exit and then driving to it again.
The staff was kind and courteous. We made several requests which were responded to astonishingly quickly. Our room was beautifully decorated and was very well-suited to our needs. Our group was a teenage son and his parents, and the layout of our room kept us all comfortable. The room had the sleeping space separated from the sitting area by a partial wall, and the sitting area included a sectional sofa, a desk and a kitchenette area with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The space allowed us to keep our own schedules without annoying each other or bumping into each other. The breakfast was very nice, very high quality. We would stay here again on our next visit. Although it's not in the downtown area, that's a small trade-off for a very reasonable price at a very fine hotel. The beds were softer than we like.
The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with many interesting modern design elements. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and the location was conveniently close to Boston. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Close to lots of stores, restaurants and other shopping needs. Busy section of Route 1 to get in and out of. It took us a while to safely get out during rush hour traffic. The hotel is close to a turnaround though so that's a plus.
Hotel Employee at front desk excellent! full kitchen. noise from outside - thin bedding/towels - overall though as expected - no real complaints
it was fine for what we needed - a place to sleep. Free breakfast and coffee 24/7, staff quickly got us extra blankets and pillows. Could hear people outside of room, pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Room smelled odd when we first got there.
Front desk excellent! full kitchen. noise from outside - thin bedding/towels - overall though as expected - no real complaints

The clean room with a fireplace and decent free breakfast and evening snacks. The friendliness of the staff was an added bonus. Unfortunately, it was -9 and the pipes froze in our building so we woke up to no water. We had to move 3 times, since the 2nd room didn't have a fireplace, then the 3rd didn't have closets. No compensation was offered for incident.
Room was clean, bed was good, breakfast was pretty good
Room Layout Breakfast selection

Very clean rooms; Well equipped kitchen and cutlery Nice pleasant staff; Adequate breakfast facility and choices; The small jar of candy in the room is a nice touch. The entry to the hotel and general location itself is a disappointment
Staff was professional, friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and well appointed. The pull out couch bed was awful! It was like a bed of springs with a blanket on top. Pretty much like sleeping on a bed of nails. Sleeping comfortably is the main focus of a hotel stay, so this was very disappointing.
Breakfast, pretty clean and nice room. Not really. Just far from the city.
room were clean and spacious web site stated shuttle to airport!! No food in hotel in evening
Simple to find, not TOO far from Boston, though you'll need a car to go closer and take public transportation from a Park and ride parking lot - 5 $.Breakfast is not so ggod, but included, nice lobby, friendly staff The place, ugly, between highways
Corey at the front dest was extrememly personable and helpful. Great continental breakfast, comfortable beds. I'd stay here again if I needed to stay in the area again.
spacy room, clean swimming pool unsufficient for swimming; transport to next subway quite a distance (but Hotel car can be used), view towards a highway/ cement factory
Room Services, good people
great room, location drinks in bar were very expensive
Excellent service, lovely room Bath room too small
Location and quality of the hotel. The front desk service was not very good and the valet service was terrible as I had to ask for my car three times and had to wait 35 minutes for it at a time when no one else was waiting for cars to be retrieved.
nice hotel, they gave me a room with a fantastic view of the boston common and skyline not an issue with the hotel, just the location lacked some basic supporting retail like a drug store
Great location, comfortable,clean
The level of service was excellant. The location was great. The room and view was excellant as well
The room was clean and nicely appointed, the service was prompt and attentive. The location is great.
I believe that, despite relatively high rate, it is excellenty value for money. Amenities and room in general showed great care for guests to feel comfortable and pampered, it has one of the greatest offering for kids I have seen in a hotel and its location is very convenient to reach all key areas around Boston.
I had stayed at the knights inn 5 years ago with my husband and kids. It was a great stay. When booking this trip with my daughter, I was a little worried because I had read some awful reviews. I don't know what they were talking about, our stay was just as good as the first time, if not better. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were more comfortable than our first stay. Breakfast was a selection of bagels, cereal, yogurt etc. And coffee is always available. I would definitely stay here again. For those who wrote the awful reviews ,I have no idea what you're talking about. Keep in mind this is not a big fancy hotel, it's a motel. The price is right ,staff is friendly, and rooms are clean. What more could you ask for?
The friendly staff ....the environment very quiet &peaceful. ..... The roads are bumpie cracked....only one key too a room..need washers &dryers...
Friendly staff Clean rooms Close to Boston and Salem Inexpensive Breakfast hours were a bit short Road noise
Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The blanket had not been changed since last visitor, we had to park in a different area than where our room was, and did not like the door that separated us from the room next door. It did not look secure.
rooms were clean, front desk was helpful Price is to high for area
Very affordable, not too frilly. We just needed a place to sleep and this was perfect! It looked grungy from the outside
We've stayed at the Liberty several times. We love it. Great location, great restaurants, and the lobby is amazing.
Bar at night was so packed you couldn't get a drink.
Very friendly staffs. Free Wifi only for 2 devices per room & it's not the high speed for playing games. Upgrade is $20 extra.
Great rooms, great service. Not very family friendly.
The brick work was super cool and the location is top notch. Walking Charles street and public garden was amazing If you stay in the jail rooms the lobby can get a little roudy, but bar closes at 2am so it's quiet after that
The hotel is very unique for sure. How often do you get to stay in a prison in luxury? The staff is very friendly, and the glass of sparkling wine at check in was lovely. The quiet lobby turns into a very lively nightclub in the evening. Our view was a tiny slice of the Charles river and the Royal Sonesta Hotel. The price for everything from drinks to breakfast is obscene. My husband and I had breakfast in Clink Sunday morning, I had Bacon and eggs, with 6 pieces of red potatoe, and two cold pieces of toast. My husband had the same except he had sausages that were undercooked, and we each had coffee. The total came to $59.92 without tip. We didn't get menus, just ordered, so we were stunned. Buyer beware!!
There are so many choices of hotels in Boston, but this hotel is unique and definitely luxury. They give 5 star service and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We met up with old friends in Boston and we all stayed the the Liberty, we had an amazing time! Also it was great to be able to come back to the hotel after dinner and the bar scene at the hotel was great. The breakfast at the hotel was overpriced for the portions and service was very slow.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was excellent for my needs Price was way too much for the room and amenities. Very poor value for the money. Does not compare to the Four Seasons or the Ritz in comfort price or amenities. Room was not very comfortable and to charge $19.95 for high speed internet per day is outrageous. For the price it should be complimentary. Would not stay there again.
Customer Service was amazing - staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Over all feeling of this place is customer-centric without being stuffy or gratuitous -Would love to go back again! It was a little hard to get to off the highway - but not much they can do about that ;)
andre and young man from new jersey was the best person who hever attended me at a hotel . Top notch. the business center and gym need an upgrade
The staff was amazing. Great customer service and very knowledgable of Boston. We had lunch at the restaurant "clink". Both the food and service was fantastic. My only complaint was our room. The bed felt a little cheap and was squeaky. The air conditioner seem to have some trouble keeping the room cool. They had robes in the room and although they were clean, they looked worn and were frayed around the collar and sleeves.
Structure Pretty much everything
This was selected to facilitate return of the hire car to Thrifty and then be transferred (by Thrifty) to Logan Airport. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the large, comfortable room with excellent facilities. It would be possible to pay much more and receive far less satisfaction. There were suitable restaurants within walking distance, and take-away was available for those preferring it. The receptionist was rather sloppy and one had to go to reception for tea and coffee.
Comfortable and clean with all facilities working well. I had to catch a taxi as the aiport shuttle stopped running before my plane arrived.
The room was very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. No complaints. Staff very very friendly and helpful.
Diana was very helpful! Traffic, not much the staff could do about that.
They had a free shuttle to the airport which was great since I was alone and didn't have a car. My flight got cancelled and so I just needed a place to stay until my flight in the morning. The drivers were super nice. The receptionist was not very informative. I couldnt get into my room with the key, and she had forgotten to tell me i had to pull the handle up. They didnt have an elevator so I had to keep going up and down the stairs with my heavy bag to get this figured out. She had written the code to the wifi on my room key, but never told me, so I had lots of trouble getting on to the wifi. The walls are so thin and I could hear every little thing, including people walking down the halls and opening and closing their doors at all hours of the night.
Staff was nice. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport that ran every hour starting at 4am, and they offered to pick us up from the Wonderland exit of the T . All we had to do was call them once we arrived at the station. They also offered an early check-in, albeit for an extra $25, but that was nice for us. The hotel was in a somewhat scetchy looking area of town. In fact, my husband and I decided to walk the about 5 min walk from the Wonderland exit of the T back to the hotel at 10pm on a Saturday night (he's in the military so we were not too concerned about being safe)and I was, in a sense, assaulted on the walk. As we passed a group of 4 teenagers walking the opposite direction, the girl passing me put her full force into hitting me with her shoulder and elbow in the ribs. I thought she had bruised my ribs it was so hard. She also did it to the couple walking in front of us. So, not a neighborhood to walk around at night, even in a group. Also, the hotel is situated right next to a very busy three lane road and even with the windows closed the noise of the vehicles outside was pretty loud on the third floor. Another couple we spoke to said they were on the floor below ground level and said they were constantly hearing people walking up and down the stairs and she couldn't sleep because of it. Not a place for the light sleeper. And the room was decorated nicely, but everything was very well worn.
Nothing special. Staff was courteous, had a corkscrew I could borrow and had an order-in pizza place nearby. Airport shuttle ran on time. Storm had knocked out cable tv.
The friendliness of staff, nice room, great shuttle service.
It was close to the airport. We missed the free shuttle from the airport, because we arrived late, and didn't know that they stopped at 11pm, so it cost us $30 for a cab. It had no breakfast.
The hotel was useful as a place to rest our heads on a through-trip. Staff was not great, varying from curt to rude and not helpful.
It looked nice. I was about to go to bed I took out the blankets and noticed small things crawling my son looked up google to see how bed bugs looked and it looked exactly. I told the front desk he came up and checked and told me it looked like tics. I was very upset all he told me was I am very sorry this has never happened. and switched me to another room which I did not sleep at all. didn't even offered me a discount or a free night. never again don't recommend to no one. the area is very ghetto and scary to stay at.
Helpfulness of staff. Location of hotel. Outdoor noise
Location was great for Freedom Trail. Attentive service. Outdated TV. Very expensive parking.
Reservations center rude... Unhelpful ands bad system updates
A very clean hotel with efficient and friendly staff no coffee pot in the room and the incredible cost to get a very nice room in downtown Boston near the theaters. $425 is just too much money for a middle class family to pay to go have a fun night on the town. In the future I will make arrangements further in advance so I can find a boutique hotel like John Jeffries House or better for $200 / night. OR, I just won't go for overnight.
Location, staff, clean. shower was not working properly, room service did not pay complete attention to their duties.
Very nice location and the staff were tremendous. The room was well decorated and clean. The service was outstanding.
We were seated against the wall in the restaurant - the door was like an earthquake every time it was opened - which was frequently
The whole ambience of the hotel is really cool. I think they've got it just right - It feels quite informal, however, the staff were spot on! The location is also perfect.
Our stay at the Nine Zero was beyond extraordinary. We called about six hours before check in to see if it would be possible to upgrade to a room with a city view (my husband told the guy at the front desk that we were celebrating out anniversary and seeing a show at the Orpheum Theatre that evening) - we were quickly and without questions upgraded to a king suite on the 12th floor with a gorgeous view of the city - we weren't even charged for such an amazing upgrade! nothing. no complaints.
Hotel was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Phenomenally friendly staff, offered us free wine and Cokes and party bag for the kids. Unnecessarily nice!
The hotel is in a great location. It was surrounded by restaurants and the church bell sounded lovely. Room service was delicious, came quickly, and was hot. I was sorry that the room lacked slippers, a shower cap, a complimentary bottle of water, a newspaper, or turndown service. They are having a plumbing problem. The pipes in the shower bang and the shower head looks ready to shoot out of the wall. Breakfast was not delicious and the valets were so slow retrieving our car the following morning that we almost missed our brunch reservation.
Nice how the staff was friendly and catered to the clientele and even those that had dogs staying with them. Nice gym and equipment. Very nice room decor and comfortable bed and queen size beds were nice. Excellent location being close to everything we wanted and close to the subway for easy transportation to anywhere including the airport without having to use the expensive taxi route. I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room to make our own coffee vs. having to go to a local Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks for an added cost. That should be a standard for any hotel. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom to get rid of the humidity quickly after taking a shower. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear too much noise from upstairs and side neighbors when using shower/bathrooms and shutting doors.
It is wonderful to have such a lovely hotel within walking distance of the airport. I had to fly on the day I arrived and again on the next ay, so I greatly appreciated the convenience of having your lovely hotel right next door. They also did a great job looking after my luggage until my next flights.
Really like the restaurants handy on the property. And the snack station. The shuttle service to the car rental and the airport was great. Made it very convenient for us to return our car and leave for the airport closer to our flight time.
location very close to airport trash not emptied from previous guest in bathroom
My stay was terrific. An overnite because I had a car rental and an early flight next day. The people at the Hilton were so helpful--the doorman/valet especially who helped me by directing me to the rental return that was close and sending the hotel van to pick me up. I returned the car and walked out and into the Hilton van. The facility is luxurious. A Starbucks in the lobby! I used the full exercise and weight room, lots of machines and plenty of room, with changing rooms attached. Adjacent, the pool and large hot tub were fully operational and super clean. My room was larger than I expected, well kept, and the bed was super. The staff here and management deserve many kudos for making this Hilton a first class facility. Thanks!
24/7 shuttle service was excellent Bag check after having check out was convenient No complimentary breakfast No complimentary Internet
Drunk men arguing in the hallway @ 2am
I liked the bed. over priced for the room i recieved but i wqs flad to have somewhere to lay my head the bathroom
The front desk service was terrible. His name from the front desk is Henry. I am a foreigner. When I was checking in, I asked him if i have to pay for having breakfast. His face expression was like "what the fuck are you asking me that kind if stupid question?" And he was just looking at me for 5 seconds and answered that its gonna be charged. I felt very uncomfortable about his attitude. After that, when I entered the room, I just shocked one more because the water was leacking around the toilet and there was some hairs on the floor.. so I came down and talked to the guy, Henry about it. He said sorry about that and changed my room number. I said thank you but he didnt say anything. Its so rude. And also I asked him if i can have toothpaste and his attitudes was just unprofessional.. Very disappointed about hilton hotel.
Location was great The line to check in was very long for 1030 on a sat night. We got a room that smelled like smoke covered up by cheap perfume. We called down to the front desk. After 15 min of no one calling back, we went downstairs, got another room and the key didn't work. We went down for a third time and finally got a room and the key worked!
It was very nice to walk right off the plane and into the hotel. Someone starting slamming doors very early and woke me up. It's too bad either the doors don't close more quietly or the rooms were better insulated for sound. I wasn't bothered by the aircraft, just the inconsiderate guest or staff member who was making so much noise.
The staff were attentive. Wifi was free for me, but I'm a member of Hilton rewards which may have been why it was free. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. Everything was clean and ran smoothly. the airport shuttle was great and they even ran to the rental car return to pick me up when I returned by car. This is a minor gripe. Usually I don't have a car when I stay at a hotel but the Hilton only offered valet parking for $44 dollars a day. Maybe my naivete is showing in that I think $44 as the only option for parking your car is excessive. There was a airport lot very close, but that was $29 each time you entered or left. It left you feeling somewhat hostage to the $44 dollars. Again, this may be very typical of hotels at airports and I am simply unaware.
Proximity to Logsn is excellent. Views were great! Lack of restaurants, parking should be included.
I'm sorry, but this place for the money they charge was simply horrible. I felt like I was at a comfort Inn or a Redroof Inn. It really sucked to stay there..... I cant find my room in hotel, nobody help me...!
Grounds, hotel, and room were clean. No funny smells, stains, etc. Room was nice for the value. Not much around, next to a strip mall. But very close to other bussling parts of the city, downtown, and the airport. Hot water in the room was not hot- tepid at best. Staff moved us immediately and took $$ off the room/bill.
Helpfulness of staff and provision of shuttle bus
Great experience. Friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel was close to the airport and offered a free transfer. The main "in-house" restaurant was Japanese therefore meals were slightly restrictive and if you were not keen on this style of cooking then you would have to search although there was a good bar just across the street.
Staff, easy check in, professional NA
A nice hotel, staffed by nice folks. Failure to charge on basis of pricing supplied with reservation.
The staff was extremely friendly and we loved the pool. The shuttle from and to the airport was also very convenient.
Shuttle to Logan Airport and Boston Subway. Shopping Strip Mall next door. Friendly staff.
getting us to transit station and picking up in timely matter Very small bathrooms
The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the facilities and the free breakfast was great!
