OK 5.2

Pros: United personnel were very helpful under really miserable circumstances. They did everything in their power to rush me to flights that were seriously delayed due to severe weather on January 4th.

Cons: The long delays! The kicker was when we waited 2.5 hours for technicians to repair broken in-flight restrooms. Flights that were supposed to be completed in five hours were finished in 10. Noone's fault, but I did not enjoy that part.

Excellent 10.0

Pros: I originally self checked in for my delayed flight from Boston to Newark, but forgot to add TSA pre check. I went to ask an agent if she could add it, which she very kindly did. She also offered and put me on an earlier flight, which made my day! Thank you!

Mediocre 2.0

Cons: The bathrooms were dirty out of toilet paper. The food was mediocre at best. The delight wasn't delayed hours and no one informed us about the status at any point in time. Overall I did not like airchina and I would not choose them again if

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in GBP.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
