For destinations in Western Australia, Perth Airport (PER) is the best airport to fly into. • If you are travelling with children under the age of 7 and hiring a car to drive to and from the airport, it is mandatory to use an age-appropriate child car seat when driving in Australia. You should be able to reserve a car seat from the car hire company before you arrive. If travelling by taxi, be aware that, with the exception of New South Wales, it is not mandatory to use such a seat in a taxi, as long as the child can sit on the lap of an adult passenger in the back seat. In New South Wales, it is mandatory for children who are under a year old to be secured in some form of child car seat in a taxi, so you may want to consider bringing your seat from home.

55 min transit, not sure how they planned to make it work

I was very impressed with this airline. The plane was clean. The attendance were nice and it was a great comfortable experience. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it, and they wrapped it all Thailand plastic wrap to prevent it from coming apart during the flight. When I got to Los Angeles, all of my items were safe and still in the bag. That is above and beyond!

Cons: "I have encountered missing documents before departure in Singapore to KL. The check in crews very helpful, their knowledge to assist me boarding smoothly. My appreciation towards all crews who have helped me this morning ( SQ106) Big THANK YOU to you ALL."
Pros: "I liked that on the longest leg of my trip - I had an entire row to myself to stretch out. Im old, things like that are important...along with compression socks...haha!"
Cons: "I think the food - I dont know exactly what, because we're on a plane - but I think it could be a bit more appealing? More greens, colors? Not sure, but it was okay."
Pros: "Crew very attentive but not intrusive. Food very good."
Cons: "I did not find much to watch on entertainment system. Have to get crew to assemble flat bed, a bit of a nuisance. Also to turn it back into a chair."
Pros: "The help desk employees who helped me rebook my flight."
Cons: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"
Pros: "The crew was really nice. The plane was clean and comfortable."
Cons: "The lunch part at the end was a little late we had just had a snack and a small sandwich so we didn't eat a lot. But food was great!"
Cons: "Transit time is way too tight. You need at least 2 hrs in between to account for landing and transfer time between terminals"
Pros: "Better flight as bigger craft and no neighbours in my row so I got some sleep."
Cons: "Just because I have bought my ticket on points I was not given a chauffeur driver."
Pros: "The entertainment was really good. The movie options were good. It was really nice that the movies were free. The pilot did a nice controlled landing and take off"
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "Crew was kind, attentive, funny, and engaging. The best."
Cons: "A warning about landing in Dubai, and being put on a bus to the terminal"
Cons: "I haven’t received my bag yet. It’s been 4 days"
Pros: "The flight was very comfortable"
Cons: "Operating remote control wasn’t working well ! It was frustrating !!"
Pros: "Emirates handling of the crisis was good.they delivered snacks at the boarding gate. Considerate ground staff kept us informed and profusely apologetic."
Cons: "The delay"
Cons: "Staff don’t smile! I ask for hot towel the crew didn’t give me any!"
Cons: "The flight got cancelled, and it was impossible to reach your customer service. It was the first time to use and last time."
Pros: "Everything was perfect"
Cons: "I ordered regular vegetarian meal and they served me Vegan meal! Also my flight from Chicago to Dubai on January 30 they didn’t offer me vegetarian meal coz they said I Didn’t select meal and they said they didn’t have extra Vegetarian meal!"
Pros: "Consistently good service from emirates crew"
Cons: "Too much meat in the dining options Boarding was slow"
Pros: "Great crew & nice meals."
Cons: "The touchscreen menu icons does not seem to be working as you have to keep tapping the function tabs so many times. This is wasting a lot of time."
Cons: "We booked vegan meals which came and were pretty good. But afterwards, the cabin crew handed out icecreams and then Fantales and had no vegan options for those treats."
Cons: "This is my 2nd International Flight and Qantas outrated the other airline 100x’s over. Thank you"
Pros: "I slept for 12 of the 15 hours so? Food was good!"
Cons: "More leg room."
Pros: "premium economy! excellent service in LAX by QF ground staff on transfer"
Cons: "Nothing!"
Pros: "Crew was amazing, first time on Economy Premium, really worth it."
Cons: "I paid extra to pick a seat so I can sit with my friends and once I boarded the plane I realized it had been changed. So I spent $60 for nothing. Why charge for seat assignment if it will change??!!"
Pros: "crew was very accommodating in seeking alternative storage options for overhead bags"
Cons: "there was a lack of overhead storage in the upstairs economy area"
Pros: "I liked the disabled service"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats. And why aren’t all the people flying with babies and young children all in one part of the plan?"
Pros: "This flight was pretty roomy since I had a whole row to myself."
Cons: "When I checked in there were 2 employees behind the counter ignoring the line of people dropping off checked bags and 1 employee actually working to take checked bags. This is the third time in a row that this has happened on a Qantas flight for me."
Cons: "Die Wartezeit in Londonit 5,5 Stunden war viel zu lang, das sollte auch kürzer möglich sein"
Pros: "The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time"
Pros: "Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew."
Cons: "Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?"
Cons: "We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered."
Cons: "We had to beg for one cup of water on a 3 & 1/2 flight. Very poor customer service."
Cons: "I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!"
Cons: "It was an older plane with no frills. No power cords, tv monitors. The seats were old and didn’t function properly"
Pros: "Friendly staff that helped me change seat after I landed in a middle seat."
Cons: "Food is bad. Did not like it one bit. Entertainment too limited, expected more from BA (particularly in the music area). Feels a budget airline! Maybe London airport problem, but both flights from London (at the start of holiday and at the end) were delayed. Nearly missed my connecting flight to NZ. Overall: Resent experience with BA and London Heathrow airport was to the extend that my future travel won't be with BA nor through London airport."
Pros: "This was a connecting flight from London originating from SFO. There were delays after boarding so we departed later. But we survived."
Pros: "The staff was friendly and seemed preppared to do their job well."
Cons: "The seats were very tight, even smaller than other flighs that I have been on."

I asked for more food as i was too hungry or I probably missed MAS onboard food. Both flight-attendants fulfilled my request by giving me both menus - the Nasi Lemak & the chicken noodles. Both tasted very nice. Thanks Mas. I think asked for skyjuice 5x & tomato juice twice

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Please serve food hot. And tell sir hostess to smile. And worst flight. They I Only served one meal for 8 hour flight"
Pros: "The lower level cabin attendant did her best to make a better impression than her supervisor. I am grateful to her."
Cons: "The purser was not even polite. Was it because she was veiled and I was wearing a cross? I really hope not. The normal economy seats are cramped to an unacceptable level. I will avoid flying MH economy again. Malindo, a low-cost flying the same routes (SGN-KUL and KUL-CMB) I often fly, has a much better level of service than MH, supposedly a full service airline."
Cons: "Better range of entertainment as the options were a bit dated and mediocre"
Pros: "Because I had missed my original connecting flight, the airlines booked me at an overnight hotel and my new flight seat number was premium economy. This was fine in the end, but in the moment I practically cried."
Cons: "Again, not being delayed and having to miss my original connecting flight would have been best."
Pros: "The Malaysia Airlines crew hospitality is world wide known and I experienced it myself during this flight"
Cons: "I sit in 2K of A350-900. Though it is known as a throne seat, there is an error on the installation of this seat. The foot rest that comes up and supposedly joined with the ottoman to make up the flat bed is too long so this seat never can actually go to full 180 degree mode."
Pros: "the crew was flexible enough to allow change of seat to emergency exit after takeoff. Some of the crew are friendly, but not all."
Cons: "the seats. I am 5'9 tall and my knees are touching the seat in front of me. Entertainment system needs to be upgraded. Food is so-so. Overall, MH flights, not just this recent one was just what was expected as the bare minimum."
Pros: "I was surprised to board an A380 to fly from KUL to BKK"
Cons: "In Bangkok we had to get off on the field to board a bus"
Cons: "Delayed again. 5 flights of people crammed in gate area 81 - 84. Ridiculous"
Pros: "food was good and overall good economy class flight"
Cons: "distance between rows seems shorter than other airlines such as Emirates"
