I felt that the whole experience went very smoothly. The aircraft was extremely clean and tidy on boarding. The cabin crew were beautifully turned out very, very efficient and were a credit to Singapore Airlines who are now my favourite carrier.
I wish there was a little more leg room between the seats. The recline was good and seats overall were comfortable. I also didn’t like the 2-4-2 configuration.
Loved the airline with the exception of their carry on limitations. They enforce a strict 7 kilo limit for carry on baggage which is ridiculous. We traveled from SFO to SIN with carry on with no difficulty yet when we checked in Delhi they forced us to check the carry on bags. The weight of our carry on bags were 11 and 12 kilos and while they exceeded the limitations set by Singapore Airlines they were well under weight limitations set by may other carriers. Interestingly my wife and I were each allowed two 22 KG bags to check in addition to the 7 kg carry on for a total weight of 102 KG's. Our total weight with the one bag we planned to check and our two carry ons was 46 kgs.

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Emirates A380s are always wonderful to fly on. Their crews, food and service are always excellent. They are typically on time and the only thing I would change (maybe newer or upgraded aircraft have this) is bluetooth so I can pair my noise cancelling headphones without a cable.
Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

Comfort in premium economy is worth it for long hauls especially on the 787-9P Dreamliner with the modern updates. The food was okay. All 4 of us selected the same meal, 2 of us had very dry hard to cut chicken, the other 2 were tender and good. The sides/salad/dessert all very good as far as airline food goes. Crew were very attentive. Will be hard to ever go back to regular economy!
Getting to Scotland with no luggage (no medicine, no clothes and no club) on golf trip very disappointed
The flight attendants were efficient and helpful. The airplane had malfunctioning equipment. Again, as was the case with my previous British Air flights, the USB port did not work. This may seem like a small detail, but in this day and age, it is important to be able to have charged electronics in order to enjoy such a long flight. Please upgrade your cabins!
Crew was great! Food sub-bar, tepid & flavorless. No snack options on trans-atlantic flight. Premium Economy seats ok, leg rest wouldn’t stay in place.
Entertainment system did not function. USB ports did not function. Wi-Fi did not function. Terrible trifecta…
It was very good. The flight was delayed and people that were boarded needed to get off again but overall it was very good.
I will NEVER fly into our out of Charlotte NC again!! My arriving flight there was delayed over 25 minutes sitting on the ground waiting for a plan to leave our gate. This caused me to miss my connecting flight to Chattanooga. When I did get on my connecting flight there was yes another ground crew issue resulting in a 30 minute delay in leaving the airport. Not to mention just 3 people checking passports for incoming flights.. That airport is not worthy of being an international airport and show the US in a VERY poor way.
Flying since the 1970's and this flight had the most enjoyable food not the take it of leave it chicken or pasta selection. A380 superb
One checkin and gate attendant was very nice. Another was just making everyone check their bags and slowing down the boarding too. This was an A310 so good over bin space. Seats kind of weird, cushion sticking up in the back pushing forward
Comfortable seats, good service overall. The food could’ve been a little bit better. The boarding process was slightly chaotic and in fairness, not all of that is related to the performance of British Airways.
The chairs were a bit tight even though I had extra feet space…2nd plane didn’t have entertainment and even though they said there was free WiFi-I believe the free WiFi wasn’t accessible unless u had some account set up….which I didn’t figure out

Naples airport not the best ! Boarding via coach to aircraft never the best. Staff and captains announcements good. Flight on time with soft landing. Ran out of sandwiches half way down the plane. !! Not impressed. 7/10 satisfaction overall
That was awful. My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 50 minutes. This had a significant negative impact on my work and living conditions. How can I complain?
The seats are not comfortable if you are not tall.

Overall great! They could add more entertainment option. They kept running out of vegetarian food options and I got travel packs. This happened on all legs of the flight. Need to plan for it better - I am sure you have some data analytics from all your travels.
Better service to offer drinks in the middle of the trip
They can improve Everything, a 12 hour flight has just 2 meals and the meals are 7 hours apart, wtf are they thinking. At the very least they should have 2 refreshments like some small snacks with some water or some other refreshments since there are people travelling with medical conditions. The services and seats were genuinely horrible
