Very friendly and helpful staff on board and United was excellent when I missed my onward flight due to the delay in London. Very well organised meant much less stress

United has come a long way, it’s been a fantastic experience traveling with them.
The flight attendants were very rude, beyond comprehension. I took a business class from London to SFO for the first time on United. When I asked for a second piece of bread during dinner, the serving attendant threw a 3rd bread on my plate and said, “here. You can have this one too”! I couldn’t believe the rudeness of the attendant. Most all attendants were very rude, unhelpful, sing the food was absolutely disgusting. Never fly United internationally in business class. My flight back to SFO was a nightmare!!
Our experience on United Airlines was extremely poor. The plane was extremely cold throughout our entire flight- which multiple people complained about- and we had to wait 2 hours to get a blanket which was too thin and barely helped warm us up. As well as this, none of the entertainment features were working so we had to sit through a roughly 10 hour flight with nothing to keep our attention, including the actual flight path screen. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I would hope that this gets fixed if we ever choose United Airlines again.
Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.
The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.
I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time
Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible
Flight was delayed. But my finances flight with JetBlue a week before same route was extra delayed and then cancelled at 2am when his flight was suppose to take off at 7pm was never provided a hotel or anything. Came back to airport and his rescheduled flight was cancelled again for 2 days later. Was told since it was a weather issue they don’t do refunds. But that’s a lie because I booked him on another airline at the same time and they were able to take off perfectly fine
Flight delayed 4 times on a non-stop from BOS to SFO. Then when landed in SFO had to wait for 30 mins for a gate AT 3:30AM.
Plane was delayed multiple times. I would like to request a refund. Was due to arrive Thursday evening ended up arriving Friday morning.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.
The security line at JFK was one of the longest I’ve ever experienced - probably 45 minutes. I don’t know if JetBlue has control over it, but it detracted from the overall experience. Entertainment had good options, but the volume control was a bit small to tap on and the screen had a fair amount of interference blips. Clearer picture would have been better.
I liked the entertainment on JetBlue, the service from JFK to JAX was terrible at best
Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.
Jetblue provided a very good service during the flight, the plane in a very good condition, the crew is professional, everything was on time. That's it!

We liked the flight, but not in JFK, not in Gatwick it is no lounge and this was surprising and disappointing. I think by now it is understandable that COVID will not go away and why it should not be business lounge?
There was confusion over the electric wheelchair. Though it was categorized and double checked at checking the gate seemed confused by the chair.
Boarding was a mad rush as people still had issues with boarding passes and groups 3- 7 were asked to board when travelers were still stuck behind the document check. Food was one of the worst I’ve ever had in an Economy flight. The crew was very friendly though
We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.
Difficulty to check in online, but well handled at the airport. Flight delay was unfortunate. Crew was adequate but not what we have usually experienced from BA. Seat was not comfortable.
Charging $300 to be able to pick a seat next to your wife was nothing less than extortion.
I’m very mad because I paid an extra $105 to change seats to an exit row with more leg room. The app clearly showed a gap in between the seats in the row I changed my seat to and I paid for it. When I boarded the plane, it wasn’t an exit row seat and no more room than my original seat. I feel like I was ripped off $105.
I had a great experience , crew was great and enjoyed the entertainment options I will be booking my next International trip with them .
Front desk was closed at 6 pm, I was unable to get my boarding pass and as such missed my connecting flight home.
Overall a great. However, the seating is way too narrow, for guys with any shoulder width. Luckily the crew moved the guy next to me, or it would have been miserable.
The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
Crew members were thorough in checking seatbelts and whatnot which makes me feel cared for because passenger safety is a main concern.
I was sent an email that said my card payment was not verified. When I spoke to an agent , he said my card was not verified and the flight I thought I had to booked was no longer available so I booked another flight on another airline(United). Later I got flight updates , etc., concerning my supposed first flight. So if I was charged for this flight on British Airways/American airlines, I need a refund.
The crew made it a great flight. They were friendly and attentive. They made me want to fly British Airways again.
BA has not been handling priority luggage with any special priority. This time our luggage was distinctly very slow to arrive, well after the first half of items to arrive. Business class flights cost a lot and it would be nice to have that reflected in the speed of baggage handling! (I note that this has worsened in our long experience of BA.) On a different note, we spent 2.5 hours on the plane after landing because of an airport mishap at Boston Logan. The pilot provided reasonably frequent update but more could have been done to ensure passenger comfort, such as more beverage and maybe snack services.
Food is horrible. Flight was good and the staff were mostly men.
Delayed suitcase - terrible service to get my suitcase next day, I was informed it would arrive today in the afternoon (Jun/28). Now, I was informed I may or may not receive it until 3 am (Jun/29).
Seats were comfortable, but boarding was the worst I've ever seen. Way too much walking to get onboard as we had to go up & down steps several & then bus took us halfway around the airport for boarding & had to board outside after a very long bus rood.
I will never want to book with these people. They are arrogant and rude. Food was really really bad, crew was even worst
Generally very good. I think their service is better than some other big names I used to travel with. Their food variety is second to none - and you can place order beforehand. Their seating design is a bit awkward for service, I'd say. Flight attendants must be tall enough - long legs and arms - to reach the window seat passenger while crossing over the isle passenger. Also appreciated the variety on entertainment.
