Cons: "Flight could have been on time. Delay meant no public transport at London airport."
Cons: "The announcements made by the main air steward were mostly unintelligible due to a very strong Spanish accent."
Cons: "Airport was too far and the facilities are shite. The waiting for embark is way too long and no one informs you about anything."
Pros: "It was on time which was good"
Cons: "The selection of food available was poor for vegans Glad I packed my own snacks ir else I would have starved"
Pros: "Thete is nothing really good in low cost flight, so if you are not expecting you will not be disappointed. Recommend purchase the priority package in advance and allowed to bring two items on board."
Cons: "Paid for 20kg case not realising it was only one way. They should warn of this when booking"
Cons: "More one and half hour fight delay. Plus terrible queue at border control."
Cons: "Baggage policy"
Pros: "The fact that I won’t fly this airline again."
Cons: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."
Pros: "Nothing was terrible about the flight. The crew was great. There was a delay b/c of weather, but you can’t blame that on the airlines. But € 3 for a bottle of water. Really. Extra fees to be able to take a carry on bag onboard. Really. The attempt to squeeze every last farthing out of the customer is frankly disgusting."
Cons: "See above."
Cons: "40 minutes baking on the bus to take us to the aircraft, Lack of communication Disrespectful and bad attitude of the crew Paying £80 to put luggage in hold to be told as I didn’t report that my case was damaged when I arrived at 01:00 am (in the morning) with an onward journey of 2 hrs I could not now place a complaint! Despite having photographic evidence!! No tap water available - given ice and boiling water I am done flying with Ryanair"
Pros: "That it was short"
Cons: "It’s almost impossible to understand the options for boarding, seat assignment and luggage. What can you pay for and what you get is confusing."
Pros: "I like checking the carry on bag"
Cons: "I paid twice for 1 bag"
Pros: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Cons: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Pros: "Crew were nice"
Cons: "Seating was cramped"
Pros: "The price of the ticket is really cheap and I keep that in mind when I review the flight"
Cons: "The boarding was tedious."
Pros: "the price"
Cons: "the delay"
Cons: "Birmingham airport is awful the facilities the infrastructure the waiting the queues for security 0/10"
Pros: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Cons: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"
Cons: "Delay on tarmac"
Pros: "Flight took 1.5hrs rather than the expected 2hrs, departed on time. Cheap as chips if bought at right time."
Cons: "No entertainment and poor food choice quite expensive and limited inflight purchases"
Cons: "Not very comfortable seats"
Pros: "Staff was friendly on plane"
Cons: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"
Pros: "small airport so less hassle."
Cons: "Unpunctuality again."
Pros: "Crew were excellent"
Cons: "The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience"
Pros: "Very badly handled delay .Letting people line up at the gate even though they knew the aircraft was still at least 40 minutes from arrival .No announcements letting anyone know what's going on .Then letting us board only to be stuck in a stair well with door locked for 10 minutes and then on the tarmac for 15 minutes while the aircraft was being prepared ,It also staring raining .this is not how to run a airline .Perhaps training is needed from the likes of AirAsia"
Cons: "The check-in was long, lots of standing in cramped spaces, and the rep wasn't friendly or helpful. The website was difficult to utilize and app wouldn't download. It doesn't make sense that you must pay 30 euro before you get to the airport and it seems as if you are checking in. But then you find out you have only paid for luggage and not checked-in. Every time I went to website to check-in got diverted back to main check-in page. So, I had to pay 63 euro for them to print. T boarding pass which is absurd! I ended up paying double what I originally paid. I would not fly them again And would recommend that people just pay extra $50 or so for a better quality of airline, seating, customer service, and fees explained up front. These outrageous surprise fees are crazy!"
Pros: "Ease of being all done online check.in . Seats . Loved the crew the friendliness. The seat comfort and space ."
Cons: "The allowing of drunk passengers on return rude loud quite scary . Crew dealt with them very professionally"
Cons: "At check in there was little information posted. The check in folks made my in-laws check two bags that, while technically a bit larger than the frame, were clearly small enough for the overhead-- many other passengers cleared check in with bags of equal or greater size."
Cons: "Despite meeting the required measurements, my friend and I had to pay for our carry on bags at the gate. We were told at the check-in that our bags were ok. This is unacceptable and cost an additional 110 Euros. There was zero flexibility, and our bags DEFINITELY would have fit. Additionally, there were others with same sized carry on luggage that were allowed to stow it in the overhead bins. The "money saved" with Ryanair is not worth the inconsistency or headache."
Cons: "THE HORRIBLE POOR SYSTEM TO HAVE TO GET OFF THE LINE TO HAVE TO GO PAY FOR OVERWEIGHT, THEN COME BACK TO COUNTER, THEN TAKE YOUR OWN LUGGAGE TO ANOTHER AREA WE ARE NOT USED TO THAT KIND OF LAST CENTURY SYSTEM IN THE USA YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE IS NONE... I WILL NEVER FLY WITH RYANAIR AGAIN (NEITHER THE 34 OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP)"
Cons: "If you're going to be low cost, at least be efficient. RyanAir was messy and bureaucratic. I had to run between multiple lines to get the forms I needed to fly. I knew I'd be losing money on charges, that was the deal. But I did not realize they would be so Kafkaesque in the process of collecting those charges. Is it really so hard to swipe a credit card?"
Cons: "Had to pay 150 euros for checking at airport, even after paying extra foe seats and luggage. Boarding area is like a cattle landing shute. Ryanair is NOT suitable for american tourists in Europe. A poor experience."
Cons: "U have to print boarding pass 2 hours before I did t See this written anywhere . Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"
Pros: "My flight was about and hour and half delayed. Stood in line for almost 1 hour. It was awful."
Cons: "Poor communication"
Cons: "A printed boarding pass is required, however, no where at the airport to print them. The second rep took pity on us and wrote out boarding passes. The first rep couldn't care less."
Pros: "Charged me extra 50 eur 2for not printing the boarding pass"
Cons: "Extremely rude and condescending customer service—flight attendendants included. Extremely uncomfortable and small seats. Extremely unqualified pilots. 0/10 will never ride again."
Cons: "The web page did not work. I couldn't check in and had to pay"
Cons: "Way overpriced! We were charged excessive additional money after we booked"
Pros: "Nice staff"
Cons: "If you're big or tall this airline might not be for you. Tight fit all the way round for me and hubby. He's tall and I am stout so we were pretty uncomfortable. Glad flight was an hour. And thank goodness we checked in on line the day prior. That charge at the airport is ridiculous!,,,,,"
Pros: "The price of the ticket."
Cons: "Everything else. The seats were the smallest I've flown in a very long time. The boarding process was chaos. The flight attendants spent more time trying to sell us perfume than they did providing any type of service, such as a beverage service. In fact, they charged money for beverages (a lot too!), as well as pretty much every other aspect of the flight experience. How does it make any sense to charge you money for checking in for your flight at the airport if you have to visit the check in counter either way? Really crappy airline, I would only fly them or recommend them to someone who is also trying to pinch pennies wherever they can."
Cons: "That Ryan air charge you €45 euros to check in your baggage"
Pros: "Best to prepare for them being strict, but they were generous with us and let some things slide that were a few lbs over weight limit. We appreciated it, esp travelling with kids."
Cons: "Of course we missed having a movie, but for the price , not bad at all"
