Seats very small and unable to pre purchase internet or seat upgrades
I was unable to pre purchase sear upgrades or internet. Their online site is not user friendly and poor. I felt singled out in customs. Seats are very small even for a small person.

The only thing that could have been better, is that the food trays get left way to long after a meal. We had a snack 8 hrs into the trip, and they left us with the boxes and cups for way too long. It is not fun being trapped in your seat unnecessarily
The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.
Delayed my flights and no communication. We end up spending 6 hrs in Doha. No food or any concern from the airline. Terrible
Moved seats, didn't accommodate requests to change seats even though other seats were available.
Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.
The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.
Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?
